to be or not to be .. worried
Ok this guy spent over 700 dollars on me yesterday and today, we getting to know each other and he tells me he works for 6 pounds per hour. I say he must have won the lottery recently or inherited a lot of money and he tells me, oh no it's on the credit card. Should I feel sad and worried for him struggling with the bills later or do you think it's not my business how he manages his finance.
I know my job is to entertain him and make as much as possible, which i do, but kinda made me feel sad for him.
What do you think?

I think is not your place to watch his finances.. but he will probably vanish soon, if he is truely over extended. Probably not an uncommon thing around here.

Show some compassion (which you have :-) because this guy is obviously smitten by you and may not think about the financial impact later. That said, some might want to do this (lots of $ ) because they want you to have an easier time online. Good luck you compassionate soul :-)

It's not your business how he spends his money or how much he racks up his credit card (that's the credit card business' job) if it will make you feel better, ask him if he's ok with spending so much in a short period of time? He'll say "it's ok" and you can enjoy his thoughtless spending habits.

I don't think your two choices are mutually exclusive so I think you should do both, Carry on worrying about him because I don't think you can just switch off that part of your personality and keep letting him video if he wants to. As others have said he's an adult and has to take responsibility for his own actions.

I think that probably he just has a mad crush on you and is no longer making rational decisions. it is between you and your conscience whether or not you expolit his vulnerability for your financial gain.

I think that this is a sign of your decent character that this concerns you. Ultimately it comes down to personal responsibility. You can't make decisions for this person. Perhaps ask him if he is being careful with his finances. That is really the best you can do. Of course the cynic in me wonders if he is not fishing for freebies. Hope this helps. TC

Congrats to Andy Roddick who beat a very formidable opponent, Andy Murray. Although it would have been nice to see an Englishman possibly win Wimbledon, you have to give credit where credit is due. Both Andys played remarkably well.

Duh, ok...for you certain Asian "country" And since I speak 7 different languages, I'm fairly "familiar" with all of the language families, cognates between some of them etc. Anyway, you probably know that Yazik tranlates literally as "tongue" (and that "Rus" is actually a Viking word)

There is a site called freshlingua that is absolutely free. You just sign up and indicate what language(s) you want to learn and what one(s) you want to teach and it will pair you up with others, accordingly. I haven't tried it yet, but I will get around to it. There are similar sites as well, but this one is all I can remember for now. Hope this helps.

One of my friends (ex-CC chathost) in your city studied French at the Alliance Française, and managed then to complete studies in a French speaking university. Maybe not exotic enough, but surely enriching ... and helpful to read Pushkin or Tolstoi in their French citations!

When i was 18 id choose the 1st variant) Now im 25 and for sure the second one) Fire isnt all, the most important is trust and respect, but who said that calm love like this isnt love? Sure it is, and its so much deeper than passion and lust, i had it 1 time in my love, i drunk it all, it was fun and good memries now. Thats it. Ive suffered enough) And id never exchange deep stable love to the "fire love" as u call it. I think the first love never stays that way and always heads towards the second love to a greater or lesser extent. Sometimes the love that comes after the first love can be better even if it is in a different way.

The first is not love its passion and lust and love can grow from the first passion but most times its built on dreams so when reality and real life kicks in passion is usually gone. Love is very different thing to me.

On the contrary. I would guess 90% of the hosts whose name I ask for in text chat give a name (presumably real) that is different to the one in their profile. Often, in fact, the profile "name" isn't a name at all, but some other descriptive word...like angel etc. Hence the need to ask, and it becomes habit.

i never once got angry for the fact that she was working here. never once got mad about the words that were said on this site. the problem comes from the fact that it is happening OUTSIDE of this work. that is the problem. when the flirting is being done for free.

online "love" only works if both people are honest. yes. work is work. but, outside of work, it is a different thing. when marriage happens, you commit to being with one person, and one person only, for your life. that doesn't mean that you go to networking sites as single, and flirt with men there :) nor does it mean that you tell your husband that you don't care about anything to do with the life you both said you wanted to make :)

Zoom must be popular because most hosts use this function. IMO if I wanted to just see just body parts, I would buy an anatomy book. For me its the entire host of nothing.

I have to agree. I am not a big fan. I also very much like to see the hosts face. So many assume you only want to see below the waist. For me I want to see it all. Unfortunately some hosts have too small a space and have to assume odd positions for me to see their faces and their complete bodies. There are even some hosts who refuse to show their faces when they disrobe. Fortunately not too many. If I want a close up I can buy an anatomy textbook.

i have been there few years ago, i went to Havana, Varadero, Trinidade.
i went to the beach, and i sailed in a boat to an island, and i eat a lot of srimps and lobsters.

I know Cubans who are denied access to $s, denied access to places where party members and tourists only are allowed. The good food is exported, the bad is for their consumption. OK to go as a tourist and not worry as long as you wear a blindfold......

Guess my comment about Cuba was a bit jaded. Ohme is right, happens wherever you go on holiday when the people there are struggling.

We all have the right to say or write our ideas. It's a free forum. I dont like MJ. I dont celebrate his death, but I was always tired from him since I was a kid too.

"Dirty Diana" was great too. ;) But i like many of his songs and some clips are really great with a great danceing like "Smooth Criminal".... Hard to pick just one... "Man in the mirror" great written, "Billy Jean" of course

Da.. I knew it would be difficult for others too. I myself forgot about all the duets he did too. I Just Can't Stop Loving You I think is my favourite but actually I am thinking it is too complex for me to worry about any more and just say I liked lots of his songs.
All the videos are pretty cool too though. You just have to check them out on the most popular video sharing website that rhymes with BlueBoob. The one to Liberian Girl is just such a who's who of pop culture of the time :) Awesome.

So far as I can see it is an unconfirmed report Jacko is dead, though it seems widely reported he is in hospital in a coma following a heart attack. it is certainly a sad day, seems all the iconic personalities from my youth are falling one by one :(

I just now heard of Farrah's death, it didn't get much mention on the radio today I guess. I must say I was a much bigger fan of hers than of MJ. but it is sad all around.

as of 00:12 they r only reporting that MJ is dead...there is still no official word from family or doctors to say he is ACTUALLY dead

Michael's death is hitting me a bit hard, unexpectedly so.... I turned 50 this year, I feel like I grew up with him. For all the weirdness, he was immensely talented... I remember his performance on the Motown anniversary special. I'm no great fan of his music, but he was electrifying that night.
