Ya know... in all honesty, of the Romanian girls who host, most are more than just fluent in English, in fact.. of the ones i've met, more than 50% speak 3-4 languages... sometimes 5, and as close as can be word perfect!
Both spoken, read and written in all of their languages.

Maybe on a messenger but, even there, I've found learning some russian, romanian, german, portuguese, spanish or tagalog to say intermediate level B1 Spoken Interraction, (some of the languages available from CC hosts), is mainly a frustrating waste of time. Just being a native speaker doesn't mean someone can teach their language effectively.

However, if it's just a few phrases you want, then CC CommChat can do that for you for nothing; most Romanian hosts are very obliging there and their English too is often excellent. Start with te iubesc! )

Thanks for the question Annita. There is not one answer to the question as every member is different. In the early days of cam sites, many members used yahoo and MSN IM to give their cam to hosts. It was a very popular feature with many members so cam sites before the arrival of flash technology came up with their own software to offer c2c. And as of now I only know of 2 sites that charge extra for c2c. I can only think of 2 sites that do not offer c2c, so suffice to say it is widely popular. It is my guess that most members on all sites like to use c2c. In fact only cc and one other site I go to do not offer member profiles. So it is my guess that a certain group of members and maybe a large number number overall would like to share information about himself with the hosts. I think if we could do an opinion poll in this forum, the results would show most hosts and members like to use c2c and many would like member profiles too. But just because something is widely popular does not mean everyone is on board with the idea. And even if the vast majority of your viewers love c2c that does not mean everyone does.

In my opinion being a successful cam girl requires great intelligence and instinct. And I have met some great hosts on this site. Also remember not everyone can or should be a cam girl. But in my opinion all cam girls are engaged in videochat sales and the top hosts in sales are good listeners. As again all viewers are different. It would definately take traffic away from the ones that don't choose to be watched contantly while on line. It is actually kinda creepy that you would have a desire to spy on girls here....like a peeping Tom looking in her window when she isn't aware that you are watching...iicckk

Seen it at other sites both free and for a price, and to be honest the women seem to be less relaxed at those places. If the host has time to prepare before a viewer can see them I believe it is better than if they have to be conscious of what they are doing at every moment as someone might be peeking in on them.

joe, chat has varied a lot over the years - it always needed a mix of certain hosts and members to work well. Thread below about a guy who doesn't like the hosts you mention. My personal favs in chat are Gem, UnusualBlonde, WildDream, zaturn and johnz, but that's just me.

nice ladies from comm chat in my opinion are ladies like Andala , Boombaby , Freeheart and many more who do not use insulting language . some hosts use comm chat to solicit members to come to their video but so what this is their place of employment . press ignore user ( as i do with Gemstones ).
either way its easy to ignore those who have nothing constructive or entertaining to add .

I assume you are not suggesting the changes by CC were a direct response to your comments. Now that would be deluded.

The zoom? No. But the placement of the arrows and making the color not so bright? Maybe. They always had the arrows the same way with contest HD pics and all of a sudden they changed it so you never know. Perhaps they liked my idea or it was simply a case of great minds thinking alike. It might not have been that hard to do so perhaps they simply used my suggestion.

Im glad they brought back the separate window, I think I was the first to complain about it in tech forum lol. Gotta say I was worried at first, but must say Good Job to the programmers for how it turned out :)

Yes, but under different nicknames. There are other hosts I knew back then, who are still active, also under other nicknames. I guess 99% of the "first hosts on CC" who are still around, changed names.

I would be surprised if any host working for 10 years has the same screen name. When CC started most hosts worked in studios. If she changed studio or started working from home a host would have to change her name. It is unlikely a host could be here for 10 years without doing one of those things. I know a host who has had the same name since 2002 but recently she has seldom been on line.

I can't figure why HD pics should be smaller than the old low def pics. Shouldn't HD pics be something like full screen? Otherwise you don't gain anything by being HD over standard pics. If they are going to be so tiny just leave them standard definition so they load faster, but HD would be nice at like a 800x600 size or something, now that would be worth a slow load speed :)

im guessing (and hoping) that they are not finished tweaking the system yet and just have the smaller pictures as a stop gap measure until its all up and running. As for those who would reply and say stuff about beta etc, i don't know or care, just looks like they didn't decide to do it that way.... i hope, and they still working on it!

You can exclusively view the Photo in a New Tab by pressing the Double Window Pane Button.

You can make the Photo fully 'detachable' and 'movable' if you first press and hold SHIFT and then press the Double Window Pane Button.

It worked the same way in past versions here.
