RE: noname
the weak dollar is not all bad news. for American exporters, it makes goods cheaper to buy. for foreigners visiting usa, they can find bargins when shopping, etc. the big difference is that the in foreign countries it does not buy as much when compared to the Euro or BP.
regarding the Canadian dollar they are about equivalent now which means Canadians shopping in th usa have more buying power.

RE: noname
He didnt say cheaper than china. He just said cheaper than before and he is correct, it does help make exported goods easier to buy.
RE: noname
How about listing prices directly in Hong Kong Dollars and have a page here listing current exchange rates?
RE: noname
they probably don't change it because americans probably spend the most money on the site and moving it to euros would cost them more and cut down on volume
RE: noname - the americans
They won't change from the USD because the Americans are probably the most important members for them. It's not because the cost will rise, it's because the cost will be unstable, and customers don't like flucuating prices. It's like saying "the price is about $10, but we won't tell you the exact amount until we talk to the bank." Would you buy things that way? So it is the merchant that miust deal with the confusion.
Besides, when teh euro was low, did CC lower it's prices? No. They took the extra money as they should. If tomorrow the euro crashes or the US economy explodes in growth will the host lower their prices? I don't think so.
So the fact is that the prices here will, indeed, creep up slowly.

RE: noname
why when I see Russians on vacation in another country, they exchange US dollars and not rubles?
RE: noname
A rival site to CC had the crazy idea of setting a USD 1 = EUR 1 purchase parity and make their clients pay in the currency according to their location automaticaly (ie, a european pays in euros, while americans pay in dollars and no ability to choose currency). That means that while americans pay, for example, $1 per minute, a european client pays a $1.5 equivalent.
That said, i haven't spent a cent in that place ever since.
As for setting a floating exchange rate prices, while it looks good on paper, that would bring lots of other issues in practise. First of all, the vast majority of members here are from the US and, for them, that would mean higher prices but also less private minutes as well. That would bring us to point zero again, IMO. Second, the foreign exchange markets work 24/7 making it almost impossible to set a fair (and actual) exchange rate at all times. CC is an adult entertainment website, not a financial shop.
That's my opinion anyway.

RE: noname
it's not because of the potential price increase it's because of daily price fluctuations - a viewer would never know exactly how much they were spending - they would see 2 euro and think 2 dollars and feel ripped-off when they saw the bill - the only way it would work is if there was a "choose currency" screen before they were allowed to log in or a meter on the screen like on a taxicab that ran in the currency chosen
RE: noname
That is the choice of camcontacts to switch currencey, but I for one would be a member who would reduce my visits because in the long run I will stick to the US dollar. It is down now, but has been strong in the long range look at the economy of the US and the world.

RE: visa to the USA
your visa depends on why you are going to the US?
to work? you'll need a work visa
to marry? you'll need a finace' visa
go to school? you'll need a student visa
work as a host? you'll neeed a naked visa

RE: visa to the USA
It depends. Are you moving there on your own? are you moving there sponsored by someone? do you have marriage plans?
are you moving yourself only or have dependents (sons, husband, etc).
are you moving yourself only or have dependents (sons, husband, etc).
RE: visa to the USA
if you are marrying a member then he needs to do the finacee visa. He has at least 3 different papers to fill out and two of them will cost him money, the other one is free. After he does that, there is an interview process for you. All this will take anywhere from 6 to 12 months. If this is what you are doing and have any questions for me or what forms he will need just write me in cc mail.
RE: visa to the USA
The embassy will carefully look at the application, but if the papers are properly filled-out and the necessary proofs are provided they always say yes. The proofs are VERY IMPORTANT and you should have many.
Letters and postcars in the post, printed-out e-mails and YM chats, many many photos together when he visited you, the airplane tickets, hotel receipts, logs of phone calls, museums receipts, photos together with you and him and your family and friends...
It sounds stupid and you may be shy about that stuff, but you must PROVE you met him (pics together), you must prove he came to meet you (tickets/receipts), you must PROVE you have a strong relationship (letters/e-mails/chats). Just remember you must PROVE all these things.
In the interview they will ask things like:
Where does your bf work?
How many brothers and sisters does he have?
When is his birthday?
What did you do the last time he visited Russia with you?
The questions are stupid, but you see that if you knew each other well you would know these things. They respect the Russian wedding, but it doesn't make things shorter or easier. The forms and questions are simply different. They might be like:
What kind of pajamas does your wife/husband wear at night?
What size is your bed?
What was your last argument?
You will be successful, but you must be very patient and pay the fees.

RE: visa to the USA
You could marry him in Russia and I am pretty sure that would get you a visa to usa but it would take awhile. The marriage would be accepted in USA, I think. You could also get a fiancee visa, which would also take time, and you would need to get married within 90 or 120 days once you get here. I forget if 90 or 120... You could also try to see if a letter from the American inviting you to visit and showing he has enough money to take care of you while you are here would work if you are not ready to commit to marriage or to living in the USA.
RE: visa to the USA
Not sure what you mean by a business visa.... I am talking about 1) a visa for someone married to an American, 2) a visa for someone that is going to marry an American, or 3) a visa for someone visitng an American where the American promises that the visitor will not become an economic problem for the USA.
RE: visa to the USA
unless it has been changed, russian companies , not the giant conglomerates obviously, would have american companies invite certaain employess to visit the US for a period of time for the purpose of conducting business here, hence the business visa. i used to do it for russian partner company
to get a fiancee/spouse visa - the only real problem...
ALL YOU MUST DO is get the proper forms and fill them out completely and properly and on time. The only problem usually comes from not doing the paperwork properly. The main thing is to give them a mountain of evidence and have patience.
The only other problem might be if the girl has applied for such a visa numerous times and she looks like she is shopping for a visa, not looking for a long-term life together with a particular man.

RE: visa to the USA
It is difficult to get a visa to move to the USA unless you 1) have a job ready for you in the USA and the employer helps to get you the visa, 2) are married to an American, 3) are engaged to an American and will get married within a few months of your arrival, 4) win the Green Card lottery discussed in a post below, or 5) are a student coming to study here. There may be other ways as well, but even in all of these circumstances, you will be thoroughly investigated by the U.S. government before being allowed to come, especially since 9/11. It is hard even to get a visa to visit the USA unless you come from a more affluent location such as Western Europe since regardless of where a person comes from, the U.S. government assumes anyone visiting is really trying to stay here permanently and the poorer your country, the more likely you will want to stay. In simple terms, the policy is to limit how many people can move here. If your plan is simply to move here just like you could move to another city in your country, you are very unlikely to succeed unless you can use one of the five ways mentioned above.
RE: visa to the USA
If you have family here, that could also help you get a visa to move here depending upon the circumstances and their willingness to guarantee that they will take care of you if necessary. Similar rules apply if you would like to simply visit the USA and have friends or family that send you a formal letter of invitation. Finally, you could try to change a short-term visa to simply visit or have a summer job via Work and Travel if you are a student, for example, .to a long-term one by quickly finding a job or husband or something like that, but obviously the U.S. government isn't going to like such behavior and your plan might not work. Like I said before, the USA simply doesn't want people to come here in general other than for a visit and even then, the government can be strict depending upon where you come from. Of course, if you provide a benefit to the country like you are a doctor , nurse, computer programmer, or something like that, your chances of being able to come here are a lot better especially if you can have a job waiting for you when you arrive. I know many Russian programmers, for example, and there is a nursing shortage in the USA (although the qualifications to work as a nurse could be an issue). Sorry for the bad news, but this is how things are.

RE: Hi to America
For EU is different that the process for Russians. You really must be in a univeristy that has and existing exchange program with a school in the United States. Alot of pedagologic schools have them. Most of these programs are not in Hollywood but in smaller schools in North Carolina, Indiana Etc. Don't expect the schools to have an exchange program with UCLA or USC ha ha

Ohio State University has an International Student Exchange program but ... there isn't much in Columbus, Ohio but a lot of friendly people and a small community of Russian Immigrants.
review
cool movie out on dvd--"Amazing Grace" based on true story,, good movie to watch during this holiday seasons---love the ending--all i can say the bagpipes playing the tune amazing grace---awesome too
playback
someone tell me please--if i go into a video playback session, and its has the 2 different prices on there -like open chat and 121 does open chat mean anyone can come in and see same video or is 121 price the same video of different video-
RE: playback
It depends entirely on the host, I have many viewers who watch videos 121, with fone, and they watch what they have requested me 2 do, ie.Open Air Stripping, or Car Cam., or something risky outside. They ring me in 121 and chat as they watch. Many times I am available for chat in this category to, if not I post a message in chat window x.
RE: playback
I like 1 2 1 in video playback because the host gets more, and I am watching it alone! :P
RE: playback
Like I said, it depends on the host, every1 works differently here. I like chatting in playback, and so do my viewers. Of course when I have the house 2 myself I do Live Cam Shows 2. I have a family and other work comittments here, its not possible for me 2 have my cam on all the time. Also my videos are outside risky adventures, its not possible 2 do a live cam show of that.

RE: 99.99% don't care, but for those who do...
Probably not as popular with some since European Union has expanded.
RE: 99.99% don't care, but for those who do...
True, but still free to enter and a guaranteed green card if your name is drawn.
RE: 99.99% don't care, but for those who do...
Expiration date for getting a fiancee/marriage visa and green card is when chat sites disappear.
RE: 99.99% don't care, but for those who do...
Yeah, but with this there is no foreign marriage involved, no complicated documentation and if you win your bring your spouse with you, too.
RE: 99.99% don't care, but for those who do...
I forgot that many hosts have bfs and husbands, lol.
RE: 99.99% don't care, but for those who do...
we do, but preferably the illegal/off-the-book kind to be exploited on factory farms, in meat packing plants, for construction companies, etc, etc, etc.

* arrangements she makes = I like nicely arranged flowers.

49. not stress her out = I am good at picking out a perfect dress for you.
50. not look at other girls = Only if you don't.
AND AT THE SAME TIME, YOU MUST ALSO:
51. give her lots of attention, but expect little yourself = have never expected anything more.
52. give her lots of time, especially time for herself = Always. I can give you my corrected anatomically correct doll with a watch on the right wrist.
53. give her lots of space, never worrying about where she goes = I never worry. I am not at home anyway.
IT IS VERY IMPORTANT:
54. Never to forget: = What did you say?
* birthdays = i know mine, I think.
* anniversaries = I keep a daily diary instead.
* arrangements she makes = I like nicely arranged flowers.
HOW TO MAKE A MAN HAPPY
1. Show up naked = That would be a nice quality, put not a pre-requisite.
2. Bring beer = prefer Dos Equus.
RE: HOW TO MAKE WOMAN HAPPY
I would be happy by exchanging the bottle of beer for a glass of white wine and be naked
RE: HOW TO MAKE WOMAN HAPPY
Hehe very well said but i think its a too long list. I dont need all that from a single man to make me happy.
Is it possible
To b friends with someone after breakin up with them, because i tried, maybe too much, but seems it just doesnt work and she seems to push me more and more away
RE: Is it possible
No it is not. Friendship is a long term commitment. Love depends on your the size of your pocket book!
RE: Is it possible
I believe in friendship after, only that you need to give some space and let the time pass, give the chance to heal the wounds. Especially after a big love. And its not that she doesnt want ur friendship, but she needs to rearrange her life first.
Friendship is not conditional...
Love usually is because of insecure personalities....jealousy being the most dominant. :)
RE: Friendship is not conditional...
crikey thats a deep statement from someone who has experienced alot of issues.
I hope this time it works out
I hope this time it works out
Lol...
My expectations...as long as the human element is involved, "things" NEVER work out. I'm a pragmatist and have NO expectations and therefore am never surprised at the results be them good or bad. :)
can same people can have different names on Russia?
I met a girl. She says her name is Diana, tells me her parents and friends call her that.
But her ID's show her name is Anna.
She tells me this is possible in Russia. To be known by one name in your daily life and have all your official papers (pasports, diplomas, etc) with the other.
Is this possible? Is she not being entirely honest? Or maybe she has multiple and split personalities? :)
it's just curiosity. i know, i know ... curiosity killed the car..... but this cat likes risking his life..
cheers to all.

RE: can same people can have different names on Russia?
if you worked on a splooge site, would you use your real name?
RE: can same people can have different names on Russia?
I think that the fact that she is sharing her ID indicates that she has not concern over privacy. It is common in the US to refer to a person by his/her middle name - why not in Russia?
RE: can same people can have different names on Russia?
to distinguish betwenn two or three or twenty annas, it's common to include the middle name, but because russian middle names are patronymics, i doubt the idea of sharing her father's real name with a perv here is anymore appealing to a host than sharing her own real first.
RE: can same people can have different names on Russia?
Nice to see someone telling it as it is - good for you!!
But even when I know the real name - I know she does not want me to splash it all over the chat area. It has always meant she wants to be a bit more honest with one - not many!

RE: can same people can have different names on Russia?
Russians--and I believe speakers of all Slavic tongues--use diminutives (variations) of their first names. For example, a girl named Anastasia will refer to herself as "Nastya." These are terms of endearment, usually reserved for family members and close friends. But obviously girls use such names here (even if it is a false) name, just like they might call you "sweety" or "honey."
RE: can same people can have different names on Russia?
So maybe she has an anglisized version of her Russian name plus another variation for professional purposes. Don't worry about it, just ask her what she would like you to call her.
P.S. There is a very well known host here, she who wins CC competitions on a regular basis, whose real name is nothing like the one most viewers know her by and believe to be her real name. LOL. It's just fun so, as I said before, let's not worry about it.

RE: can same people can have different names on Russia?
oh.. in this case was just coincidence i was asking about an "anna". I was not using the actual names the girl gave me, it was just that it made me wonder if the girl was being honest or thinking i was much more gullible than i am.
I can't imagine any other place than a mental institution where a person goes by a name and his or her papers say they are someone else. Usually a much less interesting character.

RE: can same people can have different names on Russia?
And if one name was for example mmm svetlana - being called sveta by family and friends, and the passport says Anastassiya, with no middle name?
not true? wondering still wondering.
not true? wondering still wondering.
RE: can same people can have different names on Russia?
We dont have 2 names in Russia. Just one. And Diana and Anna are 2 different names. Not a short or sweet version, its just 2 different names.
RE: can same people can have different names on Russia?
All Russians list their patronymic on official papers. I'd be very suspicious too.
RE: can same people can have different names on Russia?
Thanks. I was wondering since i knew that.

What the hell does her name have to do with whether she strips fast enough for you.
If you want to marry her take it easy. Do you share all personal information with unknown foreigners? Besides haven't you ever heard of nicknames? Besides just braking the names down to various parts? Frederick can become Fred, Freddy. Freddie, Rick, Ricky, Rico and pet names played off it like Red for Fred or even Derick. Maybe she HATES her legal name and has adopted one.
Maybe she is using a "stage name" for all her chat friends and colleagues. Damn, man, get over yourself.

Russian Christmas
When (25/12 or over a period of time) and how is Christmas celebrated? What are the customs for the culture?
RE: Russian Christmas
Not sure how it is celebrated. Probably not as commercial as in a country like USA. Also probably not nearly as important from a religious standpoint as it is in the West given that country's history.
LOL!!
Commercialized in the US is an understatement.
A successful Christmas holiday in the US is measured by retail sales in the malls and has nothing to do with why Christmas and
the New Year are celebrated. Money, money, money!!!

Agree
It's been happening for 5,000 years! Most believing the same half-truths and warring about it. Go figure.
RE: Agree
religion has been around and fought over even longer than that. religion didn't start 5000 yrs ago with the jews. but if you are discussing it as xmas, well unless the jews secretly worshipped the birth of christ 3000 yrs before he was born, then that is wrong too.
RE: Russian Christmas
Russians/ Ukrainians celebrate Christmas Eve on Jan 6th and Christmas Day on 7th.. New Year's Celebration's are still much more important holidays, and the period up to New Year's Eve is more like the western Christmas Eve
RE: Russian Christmas
The Orthodox Christian Church (Eastern Rite) celebrates Christmas on what the Roman Catholic Church (Roman Rite) calls the feast of the Epiphany (or Three Kings). I'm not sure of the history of this difference, but perhaps it has something to do with the Eastern Rite's use of the old Julian calendar, whereas the Roman Rite uses the Gregorian calendar. I'm sure you could "google" this question and find the answer.
RE: Russian Christmas
you may well be right about the calendar, or it's just something came about when the church split into eastern orthodox and catholic. we probably need a theologian to answer that. wonder if cc has one of those
U.K Girls please.

2) There is a funny photo of a young guy on a nudist beach ignoring his naked girlfriend as he ogles the only woman there in a swim suit.
Male pschology! Wierd huh?

RE: gifts 4 old grandma?
My grandmother prefered clothing of some sort. A style that was good for her age.
RE: gifts 4 old grandma?
last year I gave my grammy crotchless panties and a pair of pasties. she absolutely loved them.
RE: gifts 4 old grandma?
My Grandmom told me the same thing Ju so I never bought the useless bitch a present ever again :D
RE: gifts 4 old grandma?
nice, real nice and very helpfull. hope your grand children will/do think the same about you!
more importantly though,
i would get/make somthing personal between you and her, as grand children are very importent to grandmas. this would be somthing she would cherrish and keep forever. i think the effort would mean more to her then going out and just getting clothes etc. although clothes and practical things are fine.

RE: Why do all complain about unfair 1 star and noone complains about unfair 5 stars?
why visit a 5 star, they charge more or are 2 busy, 3 stars are best
RE: Why do all complain about unfair 1 star and noone complains about unfair 5 stars?
techie..........
RE: Why do all complain about unfair 1 star and noone complains about unfair 5 stars?
It's all about the money, honey. The more stars a host receives and eventually displayed on her profile, the more she can justify raising her rate; and the more money CC can make.
Granted, there are some hosts' who don't give a darn and keep the rate the same regardless of the "stars". These ladies have been on my Favorites list before and after they became 5 star Starlets.
However, there are a few who have lifted their rate by as much as double and triple their previous rate. These ladies are off my radar for sure. One had the audacity to ask me "You don't feel I am worth $5."
I responded with, "You may be worth $5 but not by the minute." LOL

RE: Why do all complain about unfair 1 star and noone complains about unfair 5 stars?
So, why be concerned whether you are 1 star or 5 or 6 or 7 or 10?
It is just a gimmick by CC to give the hosts' reason to raise their pricing..and, subsequently, gain more revenues for the company.
So, why be concerned about it?. A good host is a host with heart, confidence with her own station in life, charming, and overall good demeanor will always be a winner. As some hosts in this forum denegrade and demoralize viewers for just being a "viewer" is testament to their poor character. Don't follow the same path as they. The path less trodded will make all the difference [sic].

RE: Why do all complain about unfair 1 star and noone complains about unfair 5 stars?
People never complain of good ratings. People do complain of bad ratings and sometimes about the reasons they think that got them the bad rating.
RE: Why do all complain about unfair 1 star and noone complains about unfair 5 stars?
who's "noone" and why would he/ she complain that??
Host?
Any hosts available right now who enjoy cam to cam? And who wish to share in the pleasure?
RE: for those who rate us 1 star when we are busy
i think first viewer should get 100% of your attention. if not, then 1 star is appropriate (from first viewer) imo.
RE: for those who rate us 1 star when we are busy
we agree to disagree. if as first viewer i do not get all attention, you get one star. simple? u say why did i not choose 121 and i can say why didnt second viewer wait or go to 121 either. one star babe every time.
RE: for those who rate us 1 star when we are busy
i go only to open session because i like the satisfaction of having the host's full attention while any other members who may enter can only watch. if i notice the host typing to anyone other than me in such a situation, she gets an automatic 1 star from me too.
RE: for those who rate us 1 star when we are busy
It's to give himself a feeling of power to make up for the lack of it he has in the real world.
RE: for those who rate us 1 star when we are busy
Ever thought that you maybe they rated on the value/performance of your video?
RE: for those who rate us 1 star when we are busy
When I feel I can't handle the conversation with 2 viewers I switch to "send message to all" instead of sending private messages and start leading the conversation so my typing is relevant to both guys' words. Kill 2 birds with 1 stone.
RE: for those who rate us 1 star when we are busy
Certainly a clever and more honest way to handle multiple viewers rather than typing to a second viewer privately as if we don't notice.
RE: for those who rate us 1 star when we are busy
I think some hosts are not getting this at all. If you do not like answers reconsider before posting in the future. While you will gain support from fellow hosts, most viewers IMO feel the opposite. The most frequently reported viewer compliant on many sites is "typing to others on my dime". First viewer deserves and should get total attention. The fact that you type to a second viewer IN PRIVATE shows that you are trying to hide from first viewer what you are writing. In doing this you are stealing from my time.
Second viewer goes in at his own risk. Frequently his purpose is to get show (strip) already started and does not have to bother with hi, hru, etc stuff that first viewer had to endure and PAY for.
You will always get one star from me when I see you typing to another no matter what the show is like UNLESS you alert me to the fact that another viewer has entered the session.
Bringing up the topic of why I did not enter 121 is a red herring. Why didn't second viewer wait or go to 121. Too much respect for second viewer. Not enough for first one.

RE: for those who rate us 1 star when we are busy
I think some members are not getting this. You have 2 choices. Choose open session and you agree that for a lower price you will not have the host exclusively to yourself. Choose 1 to1 and for a higher fee the host will give u her undivided attention. Sounds straight forward to me.
RE: for those who rate us 1 star when we are busy
Me thinks you don't get question. It's about hosts getting one star for being busy. First and second viewers. Perhaps reread OP.
RE: for those who rate us 1 star when we are busy
when i enter an open session that's already underway, i feel guilty if the host says anything to me. in my eyes, the wishes of the first guy in should have precedence. if he doesn't like you chatting it up with others comming in on his show, then please, ladies, respect that!
and speaking personally, if i come in on a show alredy going, i'm hoping to find the host in a position where she's not free to chat anyway, if you know what i'm saying. and i think most members that barge into another guy's vid go in hoping for the same thing.

RE: for those who rate us 1 star when we are busy
yeah. that part is being totally ignored. second member gets in cheaper coz he dont have to answer question "do u have cam" and all the other questions first member already has paid for.
RE: for those who rate us 1 star when we are busy
What's great about CC is the fact that the VIEWER can chose a public or private show, many other sites let anyone in at any time even if the host prefers 1-2-1. So if a viewer goes into public he really has no reason to bitch about someone else coming in...public MEANS public! Get over yourselves, and I say that with all do respect. : ) You want a pvt show? Click on 1-2-1.
RE: for those who rate us 1 star when we are busy
All of a sudden first viewer is a bad boy because he didn't go 121? Come on. Thread is about hosts sending pvt messages to others and getting one star for this.
RE: for those who rate us 1 star when we are busy
and what if i just want the host's attention only and don't mind if other members come in to just watch? what if i feel bad for taking up an hour of a host's time being her only viewer in one2one?
RE: for those who rate us 1 star when we are busy
Curious, you are one that knows what open is all about, i admire you, I was talking about the guys that are in open and expect to be the only ones the host pays attention to.
RE: for those who rate us 1 star when we are busy
I do not give a 1 star if host is busy. I just leave and return at another time with no rating. If someone else enters when I am there I also leave and give no rating. I understand that host can be busy; therefore, if i really want to stay then I will go 121 after asking host if this is preferred by them, because they will be receiving money only from me at that time. If they want to keep both, then I leave with no rating. Probably I will not return to them in this case.
RE: for those who rate us 1 star when we are busy
I can see why a guy would give a one star rating if the hostess wasn't nice. if a guy is paying for a session, and the hostess is giving attention to him and another, he may not like it if she isn't polite about it. Hostesses who don't say anything about being with two guests, but try to go through all the preliminary conversation anyway ("hi" "what's your name"), are making the clock tick faster. Sometimes, MINUTES go by before she responds, and all she is doing is typing and staring at the screen. And all us guys are doing is waiting for the answer to the question "what's your name".
Hostesses, if you have multiple guests, just say something. Don't ignore us for minutes at a time. Just tell us, and ask us to come back later. Be honest and polite about it. Then you won't get a one star rating.

Hi Sam, The best advice I can give is be respectful to the hosts and don't be shy about asking them questions. There are some wonderful women here, I am sure you will find more than a few that you will enjoy spending time with. I followed my favorite here from another site and we both like it here. Hope you find someone special to you.
RE: im new
If you don't want to look like a fool get yourself one of those industrial strength bitch shields and maybe look into some "How to communicate like an adult man" courses.

...these really mean responses. just be nice and hope you're treated the same way. some of the hostesses on here are lovely. others are rude.

do what you think is right sam as long as it don't break cc rules i was just screwing with ya. :)
fun enhancements?
Notify a host when she has been added to someone's Favorite List (with the option for the member to opt out).
How about the option for a member to ask that a host be notified when he goes online?

Be here. Now. Yes...that's what I''ve been trying to do for the longest time...such a simple concept...but yet so hard to do. ;P However, lateley I've tried not to take things too seriously...laugh at myself and others more...it helps! Maybe it is not the answer...but at least I enjoy my life more!
