Many of the member who come here are drawn or were drawn by the price. They would have never paid for videos in the higher priced sites. Ever. This site provided a cheaper alternative. I don't know why hosts think members have unlimited money but for most that is not the case. They have only so much they are willing to spend on this type of entertainment. If prices go up they buy less. If they go too high they question the value and consider spending their money on another type of entertainment. Prices can reach a point when the majority of members will say no way. Whether other sites charges prices that high or not is not the issue. What this site charges is.

Some of those sites where the normal price is $4.99 you also pay for time in advance, so after I spend $50 I am automatically disconnected and I do not spend more. Here at $1.50 if I am having fun in video chatting and making a friend I may stay an hour instead of 10 minutes, that would be $90. Sure you may have to talk to me longer, but if you are good you will get $40 more from me or even more if I stay longer, at the other site you probably wont. Its bad for me but when I am enjoying myself I usually spend much more money here than I ever would at another site.

If all I wanted to do was get off in 5 minutes, I would just find some free porn and never visit here. The most significant factor for me in a good video is its length, with a minimum of an hour and preferably 90 minutes or more. So little shy is the perfect category for me; a video that long at instant action prices just would not be viable for my finances.

Yes I do visit the instant action category but as the prices can be a lot higher it has to be a girl I really want to see and find very very attractive. The problem is, as you yourself said, that members (including me) will go to a little shy and try to get an instant action type show and as you also said quite often we succeed.

It's a bit of a balancing act as hosts obviously want to earn as much as possible and members want to pay as little as possible.

a lot has to do with the placement of IA....behind all the other categories with lower prices.

I tended to visit little shy or not so shy, these categories have sane prices and I'm not necesssarily into an immediate strip. I prefer 5-10 minutes lead into the show, and I'll typically stay for around an hour, of course if the host hurries things along a little then I don't usually complain, but I like to tease a little too.

Instant action prices are too high compared to the shy categories and I don't like the implication that it's "strip here and now", jerk, squirt, and leave.

If guys are demanding instant action in the shy categories, then it's up to the host whether she chooses to oblige, or tease and stall for a few minutes first, but in the shy categories (particularly little shy) that is totally justified.

For me available for video chat only is the kiss of death. I figure the host is sleeping and thats fine. Then put in the message...I am asleep if you want to wake me up come to video. I like that better for some reason. If the host is awake and just doesnt feel like chatting for free then she can sit on her ass and piss away the night making no money.

I think there is a general perception that inexpensive=bad quality and expensive=good quality.
