Hi. Well i was going to be gently critical, as what should be the main feature of the photographs (ie. you) was very much in the background with lots of things to distract the eye. However, the second lot of today's pictures (those with the hat) are just the sort of thing I was going to suggest you do. Flaunt your assets bb. Good luck:-)

Don't be so quick to give up on your dreams of love or of even finding your White Knight. Guys like that are out there and are actually quite plentiful. It's just that jerks always seem to stand out more simply because they're more obnoxious or loud or attention seeking. As for "where" you can find them, they're all about...again, they just often go unnoticed because the jerks are doing everything possible to hog the spotlight or get a girl's attention to have his way with them. Meanwhile the Nice Guy is hanging back and trying to be a gentleman and respectful of the woman, which often means (again) that he's standing right there but goes unnoticed.

Hi. Perhaps you need to approach things from a different outlook. You don't mention what sort of "relationship" you are seeking, but I assume it is one that will probably culminate in sex, so the gulf isn't necessarily that wide between yourself and the men you have been encountering. They merely want things sooner rather than later; sorry but we are an impatient gender! But my point is that if you can cut the men a little slack (and I am not suggesting you do anything against your principles), you might find that some of the men who have crossed your path might actually be a good catch...and I think you have enough feminine wiles to coerce them into waiting for intimacy. The issue is your ability to see through to who the man is and this is not always easy . Looks at first I must admit, face primarily, LOVE a great smile!! but the thing that keeps me interested and coming back is personality and attitude. I may consider a price ar first, depending on the credit limit situation the time. But plays a small role in deciding, but a part it does play. A year or more ago I would first look at the face and the body in the picture. If interested I would go through the profile pictures. Then I would check the price. If that all looked good I would go and chat for a while and then go to video. Now I check the price first. If it is sustantially over 1.00 a minute I pass on the host. Eliminates most but that is my economic reality. I still have a small group of very hot very friendly very fun hosts in the dollar a minute range but they are getting fewer and fewer. I am amazed at all the new hosts charging 2.00 - 3.00 a minute. I guess they must be making money but I don't know how.

If the host looks pretty in her profile pic I will check out her archive to see if she still looks good (a nice round bum ias also a huge plus). Then I'll check her price and if that looks good I will go into text chat to see if she gets naked and only then will I go into video.

If you strike up a conversation with me in comm chat, then seem to be a nice and friendly person I will check out your profile. Looks and category are not so important, price is usually a limiting factor because when I enter chat I lose track of time and often stay for hours. The fact I owe 10s of thousands of dollars will attest to that lol. Hosts who are sweet and will chat even when I am not able to buy a video at that moment are at the top of my list and when I do have money they usually get it all ;). Hosts who are my best friend in video then wont even give me anything past hello once I say not today, those are gone forever.

Well, initial attraction is through the profile picture and photo archives. After that I go in free chat and introduce myself and try to have a little bit of a conversation. If I'm asked to go in video right away its a turn off and I usually don't go.
If the host seems friendly enough, maybe a little flirtatious I check the price. I'm usually okay with anything under $1.50 for open.

What do you do in video?
Is asking a host "What do you do in your video?" an offensive question. I ask a lot of hosts and they either say....What do you like to see? or they come right out and tell me what they do and dont do. But...there is an increasing number of hosts who ignore the question or are very evasive in their answers. Some get mad. Most just dance around the question. Don't you think it is to a host's advantage to be straigh forward about what she does in video? I never go to video with hosts who dont give a real answer. Am I alone?

It's not a literally offensive question, but i find it to be a silly one. Most hosts will give some hints as to what they do, in their profile. If there's no such info available, then the question should be more like "Do you do this or that in video?".
My answer to "What do you do in video?" will never be a serious one, i can either say I love eating ice cream while you watch, play WoW, or god knows what else. Just ask a host if she's able or willing to do those particular things you like watching.

The point is that asking 'What do you do in video' is not the same as asking 'Do you strip'. It might be obvious to you when you are asking. It might not be so obvious to the person answering. The host may be attempting to read your mind in a totally different language from the one you speak. She may also not give you the answer you were looking for because she thinks she can keep you there longer while she does minimal "work" since she thinks you might not seem to know what you want or are too shy to ask.
Whatever, not getting a concise answer to a vaguely worded question isn't something one should complain about. If someone wants to know if she strips, then the question to ask is 'Do you strip.'

I usually will ask a specific question, not a general one like what do you do in video. I also like a direct answer for that question, not a "maybe, if you go to 121". If the answer is "I will if we go 121" that to me becomes an expectation at that point. If the answer is "No" then I can just chat with the individual and that is okay with me, because they have been honest with me. I do not like the "Maybe". It should be "yes" or "no"

Hey guys and girls...before we get TOO angry with each other, let's all recognize that it's not just the per minute price we should be talking about but the TOTAL cost of a video (minutes X per minute price). I for one like to chat with hosts for a fairly long time (40-60-even 90 minutes) as a key part of the fun and excitement). I'm willing and often do spend $80-$130 a chat. That means I have to look for girls that I am compatible with who charge around $1.00-1.40 a minute. I guess I could spend the same money in 20 minutes with a girl who charged $4.00 a minute, but I wouldn't get the same thrill :P. For another guy, who enjoys swooping in and getting down to business right away, $2.20 is not bad at all. A 10 minute video costs him far less than my 60 minute videos cost me. May be we should all begin discussing what a reasonable TOTALVIDEO PRICE is, rather than focusing on just one component of the equation.

Not because I'm afraid that I will have a good time....it's because in order to have that good time with a girl who charges $2.50 a minute in open (since, as I said in my 1st post, I like to spend 60-90 minutes in chat with a girl.....if we "click") I would be spending more PER VIDEO than I want to. Now I'm sure that there are viewers here who do regularly spend $200 to $250 a video or even more, chatting with the host for a couple of hours; however, I also bet that most hosts who charge that per minute rate often have short (for example, 10 to 20 minute or so) videos and and that just doesn't appeal to me. By the way, I have never ASKED for a "Show" in all my years here but often see and learn far more from the hosts that I click with than any show as I understand the term could possibly provide. Different strokes for different folks, I guess!

This is the typical game that the Hosts always play. You girls can be such hypocrites. You girls always complain "We are people first of all with feelings" which means you want the guys to treat you like total princesses. You want us to be nicer in your chat rooms and you want us to respect you as women with real feelings. But then you turn right around and say "Not every I love you is honest here" which means you're admitting that the Hosts ARE players who will say whatever it takes to screw with a guy's head (and his heart) to keep the money flowing.

I don't think that people are surprised lying is taking place. What I think people are complaining about is that it's happening more than ever before. I think that's because the economy is slowing down, so there aren't as many customers and the Hosts are finding it harder to make money. And that's what we're really seeing in this thread. The guys who can still afford to have cam fun are complaining about being lied to so much. They are arguing from a moral stand point about what is right and wrong. Meanwhile the Hosts are defending the lying because they need to make money any way possible so to them its become an acceptable tactic. They're arguing from a business stand point and to them the ends justify the means.

Things would be better if Hosts were honest with guests about why they're here. Stop with the "I'm single and looking" mind game if you have a real BF at home. We're camgirls, don't make it sound like it's an affliction, it's a job - and for some of us it's even a hobby. We are real people just like everyone else, and guess what, we have feelings, morals, standards, likes and dislikes. So yes i believe it is possible for a host to start liking and even fall in love with a member, and vice versa. Some people really need to grow up. Paying to speak with a potential bride????? The name 'Long Term & Marriage should be banned as it encourages misrepresentation, scamming & game playing.

The Hosts will always twist the categories to their advantage. One night take a good look at who is in "Shy" and "Not So Shy" and "Instant Action", 3 categories which clearly have different meanings. There are Hosts who are clearly working multiple categories at once just under different IDs. I know one Host who works "Shy" hoping to make money by just chatting with guys (which makes her night go easier) and she will tell them that she's single and hoping to meet a nice guy who will spend the time (and obviously money) getting to know her. Yet at the same time you can find her in instant action under a different ID trying to grab customers who want an immediate show.
The crock of this being she'll also tell them she's single in the hopes of turning them into romantically interested regulars, but I know she has a BF at home. I'm just waiting for her to open up a third and fourth ID in "Make new Friends" and in "Long Term and Marriage" so she can cover all of the bases at once and play the same less than truthful game in those categories as well.

Depends on the situation. I like doing some chatting and can be a bit awkward starting out talking to someone I don't know, so there may be some goofy questions there on my part too. What about Hosts who go out of their way to talk to you, to befriend you, ask all bout you, who tell you all about them (or what you THINK is them sharing real information), who tell you they're single, who stay in touch away from the cam site by messenger or email, who say real romance is in the air...and then you realize one day it was all a set up? They were just working you and your emotions and your wallet? And all of a sudden the single girl magically has a boyfriend who wasn't there before.
It's one thing to be on cam and do a job and take money for it. But I think it's a whole other thing to work a guy over and break his heart knowing that was the end intention all along. I know some will say it's part of the game of being here. And I know some girls from the poor countries will say they have the right to stick it to guys to make money any way they can. But on a basic human level I have a word for it. It SUCKS and hosts who do it should be ashamed of themselves for the very real pain they cause in the end.
Of course now we'll hear from various hosts who will rush in to defend Cam Girl honor by saying something like: How many of you guys tell us you love us and will take us away and give us good lives and are faking it? You men deserve to get your hearts broken and get payback!!!

The hosts who act like this (I fell for it in my younger, more naive days some years back) are basically sticking two fingers up at any ounce of humanity. In return they deserve to be treated like dirt and nothing more.

I have see the same host at other chat sites and they are online the same time as they are on CC... It is very easy to tell if the host has more than one chat going at a time. Sometimes I will ask the host if she is chatting with someone else, they always say "no" and make up some excuse. It is not fair to the member if he is paying $$$$ then he should get your full attention.

Because the majority of women do use cosmetics to enhance their appearance even those with "natural beauty". On some women it is amazing the difference it can make turning a not so attractive woman into an attractive woman (sometimes even better than beer goggles).

Phone sex is the best with video. Of course many hosts are reluctant to participate because they feel their English is bad. In some cases they are right. So what seems to work best is to get their number before the video. Call it to make sure you can make contact. I say this because sometimes I get a number during video and spend 10 minutes trying to make contact only to fail. Waste of time and money. If the host says they will only give you the number in video...move on. I have been given a few bad numbers over the years. Anyway...have the host agree to at least listen to you and join in with appropriate moans and sighs. The best part of phone is seeing the host's reaction. Often they turn red or they eyes widen or they really appear excited. Even if a host sees a ton of action cam to cam ...the phone adds a dimension of reality that is very exciting. And always ask a host if they have a mobile phone. Not if they do phone. Then negotiate the video and call. And most will insist on 121 for the privacy which is reasonable.

I am surprised you are so cynical and distrusting of members. I have video with phone probably 50 times on CC and other than the first few times when I got burned by the host I was given the number in text chat. I called every time. The deal was I call and if they answer I go immediately to 121 video. It has worked well for me and the many many hosts who have agreed to do it. I think the member has more to fear about being given a bad number than the host does in being called by a member outside of a video. So members don't be discouraged or put off by these hosts. Ask for the number in text chat. If they refuse move on. There are many many hosts who are happy to provide it.

Well lets look at this. First I would never ask a host for phone with video unless I knew her well. That means we did a number of videos without phone and generally I spoke to her for hours in text chat. That probably makes a big difference. I am basically a nice, funny guy who respects hosts a great deal and appreciates when they agree to do phone with video. So maybe I am in effect "pre-screening" the hosts. If a host says no..it is no...obviously. If a host says maybe then we do more videos and talk more to make her feel at ease. If a host says yes right off the bat then I say...lets chat a bit. For me the appeal of CC is getting to know very young, bright, articulate, funny and beautiful hosts on a personal level before videos. If I want to see just naked videos I can download them for free from Limewire or other sites. CC gives me the chance to me people my own age and interact with girls I would probably date if the Atlanctic ocean and Europe was not in the way. I love the hosts here. I love talking to them. And I love doing videos with them. They understand that before they agree to phone. Yeah..maybe I am the exception and thank god for that.

I think Bell is right on. Just ask. Even if they don't have a phone in their profile many many hosts are willing to do phone with video if you accept the fact their English is poor. I also agree you get the phone number in advance. Using a phone card and dialing all the numbers plus the time it takes to connect can eat up 5 minutes of video time. Unless the host is a real mercenary and only wants to screw you out of money then she will give you the number in text. Really my experience is 20 or more hosts. No problem giving me the number in advance. Never one said only in video.
