Well I'm a member, and I wish any other member in the host's room at the same time would hide their writing too. Nothing worse and more guaranteed to spoil the moment when in the middle of a video than some neanderthal entering and writing (in public) " show ass" or "have you got a baseball bat"!! Here's a different perspective. What if your rate is $2.00 min. for open session, and someone wants to spend some extended getting to know you talking time ( no sex stuff ) with you.
Would it be to your advantage to spend one hour "talk time only" with him at $1.00 min if he was agreeable to the "one hour" or would it be a waste of time to consider?
If you stay busy, I can understand declining the offer. But, if you would like to have a nice conversation and rest the equipment for awhile, would it make sense to consider?
Now I think about it, I believe I have answered my own question. It's probably just too complicated to have special rates.

Maybe this member does not understand the "star" system? He might need to have it explained to him calmly and how it affects your rating. If he understands it, and if his one star pulls your rating down so much it makes you lose prvts, and you are positive his one star rating is causing you to lose prvts, more than his prvts pay you, then block him and leave him blocked. But be sure his prvts are not worth the taking and his one star rating affects you more than he makes you, b4 you block him, ratings are ok but I do nto think most members use them to decide if they take you prvt. It is more about your photos gallery, and behavior in that first prvt that brings members back , not so much the stars.

I think Gem hit the nail on the head. Based on the story that SundaySmile told -- and given the way this guest was repeatedly acted -- this was my instant reaction too. Look, unless he is certifiably insane, no one PAYS again and again and again to keep seeing someone that you actually DON'T like. That would be the near definition of insane. However, since he does keep coming back...and even if he can't see her, he will then go into her text chat and use that as a way to still stay in touch with her...all of that would lead me to believe he's got a big crush or fixation on her.

i agree too, he wants u all for himself but i disagree with nice guy about confronting him the way he told....i think it is better to tell him that this 1 star is damaging your work and if he cares he should stop doing it....if he doesnt care need to block him again and report him to cc.

Dear you should never need to have to be afraid of members. If you find one who is harassing you, following you and making you feel uncomfortable and you have done all you can to dissuade him ( and it sounds like you have) then you should report the matter to CC. Every member has to read and agree to terms and conditions when they sign up to CC and one of those specifically precludes harassment of hosts. CC do and so should you take this very seriously. There are all sorts of members on here and some are just plain crazy. Do not suffer dear. Have faith in yourself and your own right to privacy and peace of mind.

Agree .... you have the right to let CC know. There's no reason to waste your own time and energy ... keep him blocked ... he will torture you in txt but hopefully not for too long. Trust your instincts ... the first instinct is usually the correct one.

This is the type of guy that gives all man-kind a bad name/reputation. Judging by his acts he definitely has some type of 'stalking' mentality for you. That can only mean trouble. The host normally actually earns 40% or 50% of this, depending on how the viewer came to CC. If you are on line regularly and are good at hosting you may make between $1500 - $3000 per month. One way to boost earnings is to set up a website with links to CC so guys who visit your site become CC members. You get a percentage of what they spend.

The whole concept of draining water reversing direction at the equator is a myth. The phenomena often related to the claim is know as the "Coriolis Effect" which is the influence of the earths rotation on moving bodies such as storms, ie: hurricanes. Cheers

Just had to find that out - so I'm just back from my travels.
I decided to go to Ecuador to test the effect because Kenya has wild animals that like to eat people and Uganda and its neighbouring countries could have have wild people who would probably like to machete me.
After a 14 hour journey I landed in Quito in Ecuador, where I hired 2 guides and, as I don't like to be unprepared, 4 donkeys to carry my extensive supplies which I mostly managed to get locally but some other items had to be ordered in from the US, adding a few days wait.
Eventually we were ready and, after 3 days of slow progress (due largely to a bout of dysentery and one of the female donkeys being in season causing the male donkey to mount her and shed his load several times), we found ourselves on the South Slope of Volcán Cayambe where, after careful checking with my trusty Sat Nav, I made sure we were positioned exactly on the equator and we set up camp.
At noon on a nice calm day I got out the 20 litres of water I had set aside and a flat lollipop stick to float in it and watch any rotational effect...... but imagine my disbelief when I went to the supply tent and discovered I couldn't carry out the experiment.... I'd only gone and packed everything but the kitchen sink .....

Age Old Question
