Even in the circumstances you detail, it would still be worthwhile to have an alert set for when a host comes online. This is because after a 121 many hosts often logout of the session (for obvious reasons!!) and you will get the alert when they come online again several minutes later.

It was a week later the young girl, riding a bicycle, came again to the farm. She had hoped to see the young man once more, but today the farmer's wife was minding the store alone. The girl's disappointment must have been obvious as the woman then suggested if she returned on the same day the following week , she believed he might be there. For the girl, the week passed as if it were a year. She had been unable, and most likely unwilling, to remove the young man from her mind.

Finally the day arrived. She was preparing to leave when her mother reminded her it was the afternoon for her piano lessons. “Oh”, she thought. “How could I have forgotten?” She looked at the clock. It was one now. “If I hurry , I’ll be back by half past three, just in time and no one will know”. Without wasting more time and with a plan in mind , off she went .

It had been said love brings about an exaggerated concept of time . In this case it seemed to be most assuredly so as the bicycle ride of the ten kilometers each way would leave scant time, if any, for a visit. Nevertheless, she was undaunted as she pedaled toward her meeting.

With the farm in sight she began to question her judgment. “Would he even remember me, what will I say?” “No matter”, she thought, “I’m here, and I am not turning away now”.

It was early in the spring of the next year when the young man from the farm and the girl from the city, decided to tell her parents of their love and wish to be married. His parents had been killed in an accident when he was eleven and the family who owned the farm, while not officially adopting him, had taken him in and treated him with the love and caring they would have provided their own children. He had already told them of his feelings and intentions and, as they had come to know the young girl well and liked her very much, it was a happy day where he announced his desire. Sadly, the same could not be said of the girls parents reaction.

It seems I have wandered significantly from the story I began so, with that in mind, I will summarize the story of the young lovers and why it was so memorable.

The girl’s father was furious with her. He was a prominent doctor and a University professor, His father had also been a doctor, and his grandfather had helped establish the medical school at the University. He wanted more for his daughter and had hoped she would become a doctor also. Certainly he considered this “farm boy” to be beneath the dignity of his family and wanted no part of this relationship.

Her mother on the other hand, while always siding with the father in his presence, came to understand her daughter’s relationship was far more than a passing infatuation and
secretly supported her daughter.

It was no surprise to the mother when she found the note by her daughter’s bed explaining how she loved them both very much, but had made the decision to elope with her lover. Upon learning of his daughters leaving, the father denounced her and forbade her mother from contacting her.

After their marriage they moved into the small cottage, where they now live, which was given to them by the farmer and his wife as a wedding present. The girl quickly assumed her role as the wife of a farmer and became accepted an integral part of the family life.

Over the next several years she bore two beautiful children and, even though forbidden to do so, her mother would visit almost weekly, just as she had from the beginning, to now see her grand children .

A number of years passed and the two children grew into fine young adults . It was when they were attending University, in another province , they learned of the passing of the farmer’s wife. She had died during a horrible winter storm when she became stranded as she searched for a lost cow. The farm vehicle she had taken in search of the missing cow had become disabled and it was not until three days later she was found..

Shortly after her death the farmer called the couple to the main farmhouse. He told them it had been decided some time ago, since the farmer and his wife had no biological children, the farm would be theirs. He was quite old now and asked only that when his time came he be buried on the same grassy knoll where they had buried his beloved wife.

I have told you the shortened story of the farmer and his wife as it was a lesson to me in not only what can be overcome by two people who are devoted to each other, but what surprises life sometimes presents.

It was a about noon time, after having heard the story of our host’s lives, we decided to go for a walk. Our hosts packed a nice lunch, along with a small bottle of wine, and suggested a road, which they told us was their favorite place for a walk, nearby for our excursion.

There was a small stream which ran beside the narrow, tree lined dirt road. The trees provided the perfect shade from the afternoon sun . It was indeed romantic. Having walked a bit we came upon a small grove of fruit tress. I am not sure ow far we walked, but by now we were both hungry and decided this was the perfect place for our lunch. We spread out the blanker, which our host had also provided and , as I opened the wine, she began to unwrap the lunch package which had been wrapped it in brown paper and tied neatly with string. Please don't ask me what was in the package, as I am not sure what I ate that day. I do however .remember asking "What is this?" My answer came as a laughing ." Don't worry, you will love it. She was right, I did.

Our appetites satisfied, small cups of wine in our hands, we began talking. Perhaps it was our hosts story which influenced our conversation, as we now began to share thoughts neither of us had expressed to the other.

Of course one might say , "How can you have come this far without discussing everything?" I suppose we thought we had, but in reality it was our hopes and dreams we had talked most about, Now, we were speaking of our fears as well.

I lost track of time sitting beneath the tree that afternoon. We had shared more and become closer in those hours than I could have imagined possible. I noticed it felt cooler, and in looking up noticed the sky had changed. With the sun seemingly suspended just above the hills in the distance, the entire sky had become what seemed to be an artist canvas. As we stared at the beauty nature had provided, I pulled her closer. I could feel her heart beating as I stroked her temple and gently kissed her neck. "You know, I do love you" she whispered.

It was then we made love for the first time.

Perhaps too often some, myself included, hide this side of ourselves in fear or denial and continue to be “Caught between the longing for love and the struggle for the legal tender”* or somewhere in between. Even at my age , those feelings are within me. Truly love is universal and all around. For the spiritual minded, consider this; “ We are not human beings having a temporary spiritual experience, we are spiritual beings having a temporary human experience”. Let your spirit guide you.

As a good friend once told me; "Love cannot enter the hardened heart"

As I read this thread, I noted the response of some who write they wouldn't shave their head for any price. Would $10,000 change the minds of those who say no? If I am interested in a show, I don't care about age.... I just care about how a host looks and the show she puts on. I will look at the pics, and if they are good and the price is right, I will check her out. (Hopefully, the pics will be accurate.) But I don't think it is a secret that very often, a person's body is not quite as attractive as the person ages so I would probably end up going for a younger host due to looks, not age. (And yes, I know there are some very hot women that are 40 or even older... I am talking about "in general".)

If I am not interested in a show.... Well, wait, I am a guy that is on a cam site... I am always interested in a show at some level, lol... Let me rephrase..... Age is not important to me, being friendly and nice means much more. I usually only look at the age section of the profile to see just how much the host tries to hide it lol. Many I meet here will tell me quickly they are older than what is on the profile.

It is "Je ne sais quoi", and it means "I don't know what" in French. You say it when you don't know what else to say - it means something un-definable.

Quoi (Qua) means "what". "Sais" is the first person conjugation for the word "savoir".

'je nais se qua' is a common misconception (esp. in canada). You have further twisted ne or nais to "nous". "nous" means us in french.

I tend to find that many of my best video experiences are actually with the more mature hosts. The reason is quite straightforward...they have learned what their body responds positively to, and how to give themselves pleasure; the younger hosts are often still on a learning curve.

I was never interested in any specific age. I do care in people's mental maturity. There are hosts in their late 30's that are more immatured than others in their early 20's. A nice chat is important for me than age. Besides, marriage or any serious relationship will not be a factor so age is not important.

The age does not matter, the person and personality and character matter most.

It is offensive if you lie about your age to catch a member in video.

Hell no, I am 40 years old and I dont like teenagers. I want to see women in their late 20's to early 30's I usually go out of video when they say they are 18-19 We all know most profiles say 18. Then you look at the pics and think she's 28 and she says I am 19, lol. Why not say the truth? I dont like teenagers. Not even lots of make-up hides your real age. It can hide a couple of years, but not 8-10 years. Honestly, I would definitely like that hosts say the true age, afterall most members here are between the ages of 40 and 60
