another good one!

A blind man walks into a restaurant and sits down. The waiter, who is also the owner, walks up to the blind man and hands him a menu. “I?m sorry, Sir, but I am blind and can?t read the menu. Just bring me a dirty fork from a previous customer, I?ll smell it and order from there.” A little confused, the owner walks over to the dirty pile and picks up a greasy fork. he returns to the blind man?s table and hands it to him. The blind man puts the fork to his nose and takes in a deep breath.

“Ah, yes, that?s what I?ll have, meatloaf and mashed potatoes.”

Unbelievable, the owner says to himself as he walks towards the kitchen. The cook happens to be the owner?s wife and he tells her what had just happened. The blind man eats his meal and leaves.

Several days later the blind man returns and the owner mistakenly brings him a menu again. “Sir, remember me? I?m the blind man.” “I?m sorry, I didn?t recognize you. I?ll go get you a dirty fork.” The owner again retrieves a dirty fork and brings it to the blind man. After another deep breath, the blind man says, “That smells great, I?ll take the macaroni and cheese with broccoli.” Once again walking away in disbelief, the owner thinks the blind man is screwing around with him and tells his wife that the next time the blind man comes in he?s going to test him.The blind man eats and leaves.

He returns the following week, but this time the owner see?s him coming and runs to the kitchen.

He tells his wife, “Mary, rub this fork on your panties before I take it to the blind man.” Mary complies and hands her husband the fork back. As the blind man walks in and sits down, the owner is ready and waiting. “Good afternoon sir, this time I remembered you and I already have the fork ready for you.” The blind man puts the fork to his nose, takes a deep whiff and says, “Hey, I didn?t know that Mary worked here?”

don t get mad at me when u read it lol

I, the Penis, hereby request a raise in salary for
the following reasons:
I do physical labor.
I work at great depths.
I plunge headfirst into everything I do.
I do not get weekends or public holidays off.
I work in a damp environment.
I work in a dark workplace that has poor
ventilation.
I work in high temperatures.
My work exposes me to contagious diseases.
Sincerely,
P. Niss

The Response:
Dear Penis:
After assessing your request, and considering the
arguments you have raised, the administration
rejects your request for the following reasons:
You do not work 8 hours straight.
You fall asleep after brief work periods.
You do not always follow the orders of the
management team.
You do not stay in your designated area and are
often seen visiting other locations.
You do not take initiative-you need to be
pressured and stimulated in order to start
working.
You leave the workplace rather messy at the end of
your shift.
You don t always observe necessary safety
measures, such as wearing current protective
clothing.
You will retire well before you are 65.
You are unable to work double shifts.
You sometimes leave your designated work area
before you have completed assigned task.
And if that were not all, you have been seen
constantly entering and exiting the workplace
carrying two suspicious looking bags.
Sincerely,
V. Gina

who wants to be a millionaire

Mick, from Dublin , appeared on 'Who Wants To Be A Millionaire' and
towards the end of the program had already won 500,000 pounds.
You've done very well so far,' said, Chris Tarrant, the show's
presenter,'but for a million pounds you've only got one lifeline left - phone a
friend.
Everything is riding on this question......will you go for it?'
'Sure,' said Mick. 'I'll have a go!'
'Which of the following birds does NOT build its own nest?'
A : Sparrow
B: Thrush
C: Magpie
D: Cuckoo
I haven't got a clue,' said Mick, 'so I'll use me last lifeline and
phone me friend Paddy back home in Dublin '. Mick called up his mate, and told him the circumstances and repeated the question to him.
'Fookin hell, Mick!' cried Paddy. 'Dat's simple.....it's a cuckoo.'
'Are you sure?'
'I'm fookin sure..'
Mick hung up the phone and told Chris, 'I'll go wit Cuckoo as me answer.'
'Is that your final answer?' asked Chris?'
Dat it is, Sir.'
There was a long - long pause, and then the presenter screamed, 'Cuckoo is the correct answer! Mick, you've won 1 million pounds!'
The next night, Mick invited Paddy to their local pub to buy him a
drink.
'Tell me, Paddy? How in Heaven's name did you know it was da Cuckoo that doesn't build its own nest?

'Because he lives in a fookin clock!' :--)

the ultimate resignation letter....i know how to cut & paste.

Dear Mr. Boss*,

As a graduate of an institution of higher education, I have a few very basic expectations. Chief among these is that my direct superiors have an intellect that ranges above the common ground squirrel. After your consistent and annoying harassment of my coworkers and me during the commission of our duties, I can only surmise that you are one of the few true genetic wastes of our time.

Asking me, a network administrator, to explain every little nuance of everything I do each time you happen to stroll into my office is not only a waste of time, but also a waste of precious oxygen. I was hired because I know how to network computer systems, and you were apparently hired to provide amusement to myself and other employees, who watch you vainly attempt to understand the concept of "cut and paste" for the hundredth time.

You will never understand computers. Something as incredibly simple as binary still gives you too many options. You will also never understand why people hate you, but I am going to try and explain it to you, even though I am sure this will be just as effective as telling you what an IP is. Your shiny new iMac has more personality than you ever will. You walk around the building all day, shiftlessly looking for fault in others. You have a sharp dressed useless look about you that may have worked for your interview, but now that you actually have responsibility, you pawn it off on overworked staff, hoping their talent will cover for your glaring ineptitude. In a world of managerial evolution, you are the blue-green algae that everyone else eats and laughs at. Managers like you are a sad proof of the Dilbert principle. Since this situation is unlikely to change without you getting a full frontal lobotomy reversal, I am forced to tender my resignation, however I have a few parting thoughts.

1. When someone calls you in reference to employment, it is illegal for you to give me a bad recommendation. The most you can say to hurt me is "I prefer not to comment." I will have friends randomly call you over the next couple of years to keep you honest, because I know you would be unable to do it on your own.

2. I have all the passwords to every account on the system, and I know every password you have used for the last five years. If you decide to get cute, I am going to publish your "favorites list", which I conveniently saved when you made me "back up" your useless files. I do believe that terms like "Lolita" are not usually viewed favorably by the administration.

3. When you borrowed the digital camera to "take pictures of your Mother's birthday," you neglected to mention that you were going to take pictures of yourself in the mirror nude. Then you forgot to erase them like the techno-moron you really are. Suffice it to say I have never seen such odd acts with a sauce bottle, but I assure you that those have been copied and kept in safe places pending the authoring of a glowing letter of recommendation. (Try to use a spell check please; I hate having to correct your mistakes.)

Thank you for your time, and I expect the letter of recommendation on my desk by 8:00 am tomorrow.

One word of this to anybody, and all of your little twisted repugnant obsessions will be open to the public. Never f*** with your systems administrator. Why? Because they know what you do with all that free time!

Wishing you a grand and glorious day,

Ex Employer

Humm, I wonder if someone would be willing to take a plastic shower curtain with some olive oil , beer, golf balls and peanuts and .... , Oh never mind, that's too perverted to write about. :)

RE: Do you stick to categories or just click on random pics???

Categories are less important that 1.) price and 2:) appearance. Price must be in 1.25 121 or less price range. If a host gives a good show in open for less than that she is added to my fav list and becomes a regular. Appearance? Race is not important....face..hair..eyes....body...all important. Good Pics... and nice chat.. that is what rocks my world.

I usually stick to categories (Little Shy, Not So Shy), but also go random host surfing.
I always read profiles and check out pics to get a sense of what the host may be like, especially when it is someone I haven't visited before. Sometimes go to text chat if I'm interested in the seeing the host, but not sure enough to start spending money on her.
Only then, will I stick a bottle up my ass and head into video chat.

Hello!
I am from Ivanovo and I have had some american, french friends here with me. You don't need have registration in the hotel for get visa; you could choose every hotel whatever you want. In the hotel you ll get stamp to you passport (registration); this is important for you whe you are ready to leave Russia. You ll have first 3 days for get this registration, if you didn't, then you ll have points for each day. If you want live in appartaments- not a big deal-need ll get hotel for one night (just for get registration to your ID) and move to the flat; it ll cheaper then hotel too;)
I like hotels like Sheremetevo , Souz (100-200$ per night).
Have a good trip, and a lot of fun;)

Reply

RE: has anyone been to ivanovo?

if you go thru travisa they will get your visa and an invite. once you are there you can go to the post office and get one registration for your whole trip, it takes about an hour and you have to be with a resident or be able to read russian

Hand Pictures... curious about

As I look through the pictures put up by various hosts, I notice a lot of pictures of their hands/fingernails. Is this a fetish with some guys or something? Are the hosts proud of their fingernails (some do look awesome)? A few hosts that I've seen the pics are a major percentage hand pics. Personally, I'd rather see what the host looks like... face, body, etc. not her hands.

Yeah, never could quite understand the nail appeal. Don't get the foot fetish thing either. Is it the actual feet they like, or must the feet be attached to a beautiful woman? Or would they perhaps like even my feet? (Too bad I can't attach a pic here) I like women because they have things I don't have. And don't try to tell me we all have nipples.

There are certainly some guys who are nail fetishists and so the pictures may attract them. I think a another factor is that many girls do take a pride in their nails and consider having them looking good as an important part of their overall appearance.

RE: Hand Pictures... curious about

When we are talking about strange fetishes.. What about those high heels?? Do anybody really become sexual stimuladed of those? A beautiful naked girl among white sheets with high heels... a ridiculous sight in my opinion.
Look at SolitarySouls toes in her new pics.. this is really a beautiful and sexy sight.. (still my opinion..)

Something to think about

I only really mention this because of the whole Jade story and the link between promiscuity and cervical cancer. I am not sure that aspect of her illness was sufficiently promoted as much and, for certain, the promotion of the dangers to men are not.

So for the record, and to all those young stallions out there who think with the wrong head all the time. Please take note. Women are the not the only ones who can suffer from untreated STD's. You can too.

So WRAP IT UP, or as they say, it will fall off on you ;)

I'm sorry but you are very ill-informed and the prognosis for many cancer sufferers is very positive, not just for a complete cure but to in having no adverse effect on life expectancy. Obviously this varies from country to country. Your remark could lead to unnecessary fear and despair and must be contradicted.

Reply

RE: Something to think about

Well speaking from my personal experience I do know that certain forms of cancer if spotted early enough are treatable. Breast cancer and Prostate cancer being the two most prevalent and therefore the ones I am aware of. Though skin cancer and throat cancers are also apt to be overlooked by people who are not so attentive.

The strange thing about cancer is that to all intents and purposes it is not one disease to be tackled. Cancerous cells are cells that do not naturally die, that is to say they start off as normal cells but something happens to them that changes their behaviour. Links to a modern lifestyle might point to more environmental factors than any one would feel comfortable with but given that we really only scratch the surface of understanding how our bodies are adapting to the 21st of ours anything is game to be questioned.

Bottom line though is that sleeping around without physical protection is putting more than just a sore dick at risk. If more people really took note of that then maybe we would see a decline in teenage pregnancies and STD's.

When I was a teenager the AIDS ad's were really stark and made no bones about catch AIDS and you're dead. I distinctly remember the tombstone. That got the message across to me so why aren't similar messages getting to the kids of this generation?

Ahh well, it is not a matter for too much debate really just an attempt at an informative post to prompt some discussion.

RE: Something to think about

Thank you for your post. I know also from recent personal experience (someone very close to me) that cancer is treatable if caught early enough. And, yes, you are fortunate if you live in a society where medical screening is available, but you still need to get screened to take advantage of this.

And there are all kinds of changes you can make in your lifestyle to avoid cancer, even apart from the available medical care. Exercise, changes in diet, reducing stress, stop smoking... these things can also improve the quality of your life in general.

It's not simple or easy, necessarily... but I don't wish cancer on anyone.

RE: Something to think about ~ host in adult section

I am sorry to know that host, it is true around the world often curable ailments that seem very trivial to us in the 'developed' world, are killers in a foreign land.

Perhaps cancer treatments and medicines are not as readily available to you but that was not really what I was driving at. The reason I tried to highlight the link was because over the last few days ,in the UK at least, there has been much talk about how if more women were checked more would be saved but it is the rise in STD's that is putting people off even wanting to go see a doctor let alone have a smear done.

I have friends who work in laboratories that test all manner of ways of detecting and treating cancer, from dye tagging misbehaving cells to custom making virii to latch onto and target malignant cells. It is all very cutting edge stuff but what they have all told me is that if they could compile real data on healthy people as well as those that have been diagnosed they would stand a much better chance of seeing how the type of cancers change from person to person.

For the people whose bodies just seem to give up and let it spread all over to the ones who bodies seem to do the impossible and actually target and kill the rogue cells before they are a problem.

All I know is that if we want to live a healthy and happy life it cannot be a wild party 24/7 with the thought of no consequences in the future. I know I want to see my grandchildren grow up and so I hope I will still be pontificating and whining long into my 80's ;)

Just take care of yourself, host.

Waste not a day or a night in fear, hold close your loves and keep them near.

It's interesting too that cancer, as well as other such "diseases of affluence" that affect the the health of the developed world are not nearly as prevalent in other societies. Cancer, heart disease, diabetes, obesity, Alzheimer's, and autoimmune disease like multiple sclerosis occur at much higher rates in the West than anywhere else.
Makes a person wonder.

Reply

RE: Something to think about ~ host in adult section

There is something in what you say, but one mustn't ignore the fact that precisely because it is the developed world that diagnostic identification of disease when alive is more precise , and post mortems more prevalent when dead. So the incidence of disease is not necessarily greater, just the recognition of it.

Well put host. I am sorry you had to suffer the loss more than once :(

It is true that many things are thought to be the causes of cancer and our world today is markedly different from what it was say 200 years ago. The amount of unseen 'noise' that flies about us is incredible. From mobile telephone masts to Radio antennas, even the stray odd microwave or satellite transmissions. We have no idea how these might effect us on a cellular level over generations and perhaps we are only just finding out what all this electromagnetic smorgasbord has in store for us.

We must all be aware of the dangers and try to live our lives not just healthily but happily too. Happiness it a natural balance for stress and without it you will suffer greatly. Make no bones about it, stress in all it's forms is a killer. And no one ever said as they are lying on their deathbed having run themselves to exhaustion, "I really wish I spent more time at work".

What was it again.. Don't worry, be happy? :)

One thing that has been noted is that HPV (human papilloma virus), which causes the majority of cervical cancers, is also showing up in the mouth. There is a huge increase in the cases of oral cancer due to HPV. And with the amount of oral sex that is happening, this number will increase.....people need to wake up and realize that unprotected sex, be it oral, vaginal or anal....can infect someone with HPV and cause cancer. A sad but true fact of life in the 21st century.

While i would never wish her harm, I am at a loss at working out why exactly she was 'famous'. The nearest I can get is that when she was thriving it was because of her being idiotic and someone to openly ridicule. This wave of sympathy is borne mostly because of media manipulation and guilt I feel.

I'd like to think her life would be a homage to the less privileged in life or cervical cancer awareness, but somehow it never seemed to radiate farther than herself when she was alive. Anyway, she's gone - I'm sure we will have plenty of funeral coverage and this time next year there will be a new victim for the OK and Hello mags and it will be Jade who? Reply

RE: r.i.p jade goody

It does seem strange to me too. When celebrity supplant heroism in peoples perception of achievements you do have to wonder if we are looking at things in the right perspective. When people give up lives and families to do great works, like being it working in Africa or India or any of the places where help is needed most, do they attain cult/celebrity status?

It is sad, yes, for any one to lose their mother so young and that she tried to provide the best for them in her final months too shows a form of courage in the face of inevitability, a little late to understand really but then not to take anything away from her, she was probably best know for her ignorance. To compare her to princess Di or Mother Theresa is nuts.

What is this world we live in when heroes are replaced by personalities and media spin? Am I really alone in thinking that the aid worker watching babies die of malnutrition is some far away place, or the scientist who works 24/7 trying to find that cure to save millions, or the grandmother serving food in a homeless hostel are not in some way a better statement to what you CAN achieve without 'fame'.

I never offered anything I couldn't give and I never asked anything that would make them feel under my wish and command or just uncomfortable. We just shared great quality time in text chat or vid. Some I met in real and they're still here. Some of them already left the site and we are still exchanging emails, sms, and sometimes phone calls. They will always be in touch with you if there was an honest feeling in between. Otherwise they will just go and leave any and all less than worthy memories behind.

RE: memories

yup. all memories are not necessarily pleasant ones.

RE: memories

Jimbo, you may be a stud extraordinaire, but that is probably the most pretentious and assumptive post I have ever read.

Lecturing someone on their degree of friendship with another while having absolutely no insight into the dynamics of who what, why or when, is patently absurd and utterly classless.

Reply

RE: memories

"you may be a stud extraordinaire, but that is probably the most pretentious and assumptive post I have ever read. "
Jimbo is not referring to "conquests or sex." He just mentions true friendship. Your post and comments are totally out of context.
I've met people from all over the world. Men and women, boys or girls, and kept friends for long time. No one leaves a good and genuine friend behind. Just give it a second thought ;-)

Reply

RE: memories

Unless I missed something, the posting was most certainly not out of context. The poster did NOT ask for advice, nor was the word friendship ever used. He simply related to a personal experience.

Mr. Unforgettable (Jimbo) not only judged the posters relationship with another person, while having absolutely no concept of the circumstances, as the poster did not mention any details, but used his presumptive judgment to suggest the poster's lack of people skills was the reason. He then proceeded to launch into a self promoting diatribe into how wonderfully unforgettable he is.

While I am happy to know you are still in contact with everyone you have ever known, it has nothing to do with the original post. Mr. Jimbo's post was most certainly pretentious, self promoting, assumptive and callous Think about it sir.

accommodation in amsterdam

Hey i was wondering where to go for easter and decided on amsterdam and i found some very reasonable flights.
I use 2 sites to book hotels usually but everything on them seems to be over 3 miles from the city centre. Can anyone advice me on reasonable accommodation in the centre of Amsterdam I will be there 9-13 April and looking to pay no more than 100 euro per night.

RE: accommodation in amsterdam

hmmm ... Amsterdam, easter, sub 100e ... good luck! You're prob talking Hostel standard rather than hotel.... bathroom down the corridor and loud Germanic grunts and groans from next door. Leidesplein is the square where its at for pubs and eating ... but I usually stay at the Victoria ... but I usually go in winter when cheap deals are around. Its just across the bridge from the train station at the top of the Damrak so real handy for getting back to the airport on time! Its also one street from best shopping street, 2 streets from RLD if you feel like a different kind of window shopping :)

Dont be afraid to be a bit 'out of centre' - the trams are excellent - just get a correctly zoned strippencart every couple of days for where you want to go. It's the kind of place you end up wandering around anyway as its so pleasant to look at/experience.

Keep looking online - theres loads of booking sites out there .... but you'll be looking mostly at 2 star and maybe a far out 3 star or two at that budget ... but what the hell ... you'll be out all day and half the night anyway :)

Reply

RE: accommodation in amsterdam

I usually stay right at the Schipol airport hotel (Sheraton) where you have close access to trains, buses and taxis. The airport complex is a city in itself with many cafes, shops and restaurants within. The Sheraton Hotel is very lovely but the price may exceed your budget unless you wish to pamper yourself.

Reply

RE: accommodation in amsterdam

I saw sheraton for 500 and hilton for 400 but dismissed them as they r near teh airport. There r 2 tulip inn west and riverside, they r 300-350 for the 4 nights i'd like but only 3*, anyone been in them. I tend to go for 5* always when on holiday as I own some time shares and exchange weeks and points like a grandma LOL but this time I will be out and about, want to go to a gang bang club, see a live sex show, hire a prostitute lol these kind of things, so I will deff only sleep in the hotel. How about this one Best Western Blue Tower Hotel it's 4 star, anyone been in it?

Reply

RE: accommodation in amsterdam

I haven't stayed in the Blue Tower but Best Western are generally a reliable brand. However the hotel looks like it is still some way from the main attractions.
You could look at the Convent Hotel which is much closer to the action. It used to be the Sofitel and I stayed there at that time. Not 5 star but a solid 4 star. It is a little over yr budget but the convenient location should make up for this.

Reply

RE: accommodation in amsterdam

If I stay in A'dam, I stay at the Mercure, in the North East region. There is a metro connection to the centre at 5 minutes walk from the hotel. If you book in time, you might have a good price ( I have stayed there for 85 € a night...)

Reply

RE: accommodation in amsterdam

Sorry, South -East region, close to business park and Arena stadion

I have stayed there several times. Nice hotel but some of the rooms are on the small side. Also will cost at least 150 euros a night which puts it well over budget.

Reply

RE: accommodation in amsterdam

I have stayed in the Mercure and it is fine. However the Convent is a nicer hotel and in a better location. It is worth the extra 20 euris a night.

Reply

RE: accommodation in amsterdam

i stayed in Rembrandt's Hotel a few years ago now it was quite comfortable and looking on site 75 euros for a single room
enjoy... pity i cant join ya lol sounds exciting xx

Yes it is not a bad hotel, though a little away from the main nightspots. Also it seems to be fully booked over Easter.

Barney you are not the only one who feels this way. I have been shafted big time and am moving on, but i do not really blame the person involved personally. There are so many forces in each person's history and in their material circumstances that have a demoralizing effect, and ignorance plays a role too.

Lying diminishes the liar not the person being lied to. Letting someone lie to you twice is another issue. Hang in there Barney buddy. I don't lie because it makes me feel sick. I lose respect for myself.

RE: LIfe...

Yeah Barney, it can be cruel sometimes. In my opinion, even though not necessarily always comforting, there are some great words of wisdom in this thread. "A little preaching" and "Ralph" hit on the karma aspect. "Less Green" , tells it from a "what do you expect perspective" and others, including "Sexy", "South America" and "Free to flirt", consider men just as guilty. Maybe "Pistolpeter" got the closest to the crux of it all and his experience in just moving on is the way .. Wish I knew dude , wish I knew. Oh well, ya got it off your chest, and just maybe one person reading this thread had a change of heart. Cheers and good luck.

bank queues

a mother takes her 5 year old son with her to the bank during a busy lunchtime.they get behind a very generously proportioned blue singleted truck driver with a pager attached to the back of his shorts.as they wait patiently in line, the little boy says loudly"gee he's fat!"
the mother, furious, bends down & whispers in the little boy's ear that that was a very rude thing to say & he must be quiet.a few minutes pass & the boy, still stunned by the bloke's sheer girth, spreads his hands & announces,"i'll bet his butt is this wide."
the truck driver turns around & glares at the little boy.again the mother gives him a good telling off & tells him he MUST be quiet or he will answer to his father when he gets home.finally the large truck driver reaches the front of the queue & just then his pager begins to emit a loud beep, beep, beep.
truly alarmed ,the now owl-eyed boy yells,"run for your life mum,he's backing up!" :--)

That's what it feels like

A husband and wife are getting all snuggly in bed. The passion is heating up, but then the wife stops and says, "I don't feel like it, I just want you to hold me."

The husband says, "WHAT?"

The wife says, "You must not be in tune with my emotional needs as a woman."

The husband realizes that nothing is going to happen tonight and he might as well deal with it.

So the next day the husband takes her shopping at a big department store.

He walks around and has her try on three very expensive outfits. She can't decide. He tells his wife to take all three of them. They go over and get matching shoes worth $300 each. Then they go to the Jewelry Department where she gets a set of diamond earrings.

The wife is so excited. She thinks her husband has flipped out, but she does not care. She goes for the tennis bracelet. The husband says, "You don't even play tennis but, okay, if you like it then let's get it."

The wife is jumping up and down, she's so excited - she cannot believe what is going on.

She says, "I'm ready to go, let's go to the cash register."

The husband says, "No - no - no, honey we're not going to buy all this stuff." The wife's face goes blank. "No honey - I just want you to HOLD this stuff for a while"

Her face gets really mad and she is about to explode and the husband says, "You must not be in tune with my financial needs as a man."

Similar Host Names?

I wonder how often two hosts with similar names get some confusion between the members who see them.

For example, if the name is sweetbabyx i will always think her name is sweetbaby, but maybe there is another host without the x.

Maybe there is no confusion at all because the member sees the profile pic before he comes in, and we normally use our favorite list anyway, but I wonder.

Would the host with name sweetbaby end up knowing or at least talking to sweetbabyx just because of similar names? Or would they hear about each other from members?

RE: Similar Host Names?

I dunno about similar host names, but I keep getting caught out due to people with similar member names. Hosts in community chat give me a hard time because I haven't seen them in while (I have never seen them) or because of something I said to them (I have never spoken to them). Very strange to see someone immediately launch into a conversation as if they know you, when you've never spoken to them before in your life.

These days I've figured out what's going on, and I can just give them a gentle reminder that I'm not the member they think I am, and suggest the "correct" name for the member that isn't me!
