That's funny. Unless you believe the fantasy consideration of coming to CC to is the only aspect of a member or host's persona.

Personally, I think the forum, however silly it may seem at times, is a great little tool for exchanging thoughts and sharing. But, then again, that's the opinion of one. Me.. :) Life is good.

RE: guyzzz help me please

It would help to know what you did and why you did it. Without knowing more, the best advice I can give you is to first ask yourself why you did what you did. Is this a one time type of thing or is it something you might do again in the future? Are you sure that you love him enough to prevent yourself from hurting him again, and if you do think you love him enough, then why did you hurt him the first time? After you understand why you did whatever you did, and IF you are sure you truly love him enough to not do the same type of thing again, then you need to explain yourself to him. You need to be honest with him and explain to him how even though you love him, you did something that hurt him. You need to show him that you truly understand what made you do whatever you did, that you have learned more about yourself and your relationship with him, that your understand you made a mistake and are sorry for it, and convince him that you will not do the same type of thing to him again. But remember, you must first be honest with yourself or 1) he will probably know your are not being honest with him and / or 2) you will hurt him again and that will be the end of your relationship.

RE: guyzzz help me please

Oh, for god sake! I thought it was a real relationship you were talking about and thought you hurt him by sleeping around or something. Now, it sounds like he, not you, is the problem here. If he is going to get upset over something as petty as you giving your yahoo and email to your regulars - to keep them happy and coming back, and to keep you employed - then he is just being immature and selfish. Does he not realize that is part of the job? Geez, 99% of the hosts do that.

Reply

i agree

totally

Reply

RE: guyzzz help me please

Well, I can see why he was upset, but this seems like it is not too hard to work out. I was thinking you cheated on him in real life or something like that. Compared to that, giving out your yahoo id and accepting roses (did he or you post "roses" below?") is not that big of a deal.

Still, you made him think you cared about another man and hurt him very much. I am not sure if you mean you just gave your yahoo id out or sent your cam to a member and gave a free show to a big spender or what, but all of that is simply good business for a chathost and is understandable. I will admit I would not like my gf chatting with guys on yahoo if I had a gf, but I have chathost friends so I guess it would be fair for her to have member friends. I think that unless you said you never give out your yahoo id, that he needs to accept that hosts give out yahoo ids.

As to the flowers, again, not the end of the world, but it shows that another guy is interested in you and makes your bf think you might be interested in the other guy. If they were not roses, especially red ones, then maybe you could explain it was just a gift, but I would not want my gf getting flowers of any type from another man. Maybe if her boss bought them for her birthday or something like that, but not from a member unless I truly understood they were just friends and a friend would probably not send roses.

I think you should agree not to accept presents from members except for things like your birthday or if they are helping you with a problem of some type. But the yahoo id thing, sorry Mr. BF, that is part of being a chathost and you need to understand that goes with the job.

This is why GUYS are concerned with IDs and Roses

1) KinkyDiva, I'll tell you why some people are concerned with Yahoo IDs and Roses (and I say this as someone who HAS dated a Host). Hosts like to encourage guests on so they'll keep coming back as regulars -- and that can drive a REAL boyfriend crazy. That game-playing can easily make him jealous or make him suspect something is going on behind his back. Like guests who start emailing your girlfriend TOO MUCH. Or guests who now want TOO MANY after-work chats to get closer to her. Or guests that want your girlfriend's phone number, so they can call her at home day and night. As the real boyfriend or as the guy she SAYS she is most interested in, you find yourself asking why is your work coming home so much with you? Why are guests from work intruding so much in OUR private life?

2) Mrs Z, talk to this guy again and tell him you didn't mean to hurt him. Explain you did certain things for work reasons (like giving out your Yahoo ID) -- but you need to set some rules (as a couple) so that YOU can work and make money, but HE can feel comfortable TOO. As a couple, you need to set rules for what's considered proper contact between you and your guests when you're working and on-site VERSUS showing him the respect he deserves as your lover when you're off the clock -- like NOT accepting romantic gifts at home from guests. There is your work world and your real world, and you need to separate them. Or more important, you need to show this guy that you can separate him from the guests, to prove you care about HIM most of all.

There is not truth here, it's a fantasy site and we are paid to entertain the veiwers and do whatever it takes to keep them coming back. Reading some of these comments make me feel the luckiest girl in the world to have a husband that knows he's the one and doesn't get jealous of e-mails, txt messages, and my chats. My viewers also know I am here to make money, or if they don't it comes clear very quickly as all my responses lead to one thing pay per minute :))
If you want to date go to a bloody dating site and waste your time there to find out you are one of the thousands messaging the girl and have no chance whatsoever. I have many profiles on dating sites and what do you think I do there?! After the initial few naughty words to get his attention and make him all excited about seeing me on cam, I invite them all here :)))))))))))

RE: guyzzz help me please

You never even met this "boyfriend" in real life, and your love relationship is strictly virtual, right? - Sorry, don't wanna sound mean but I probably do anyway. I do apologize in advance.
Let's just say the nature of the relationship is irrelevant, for argument's sake.
1. You WORK here, and sometimes giving your ID to keep in touch for whatever reason is also part of your JOB. It's called self-marketing, it's improving YOUR business.
If your "boyfriend" doesn't realize that, then you should pick up your things and run away like the wind. (At least that's what I would do).
2. If you two love each other so much, while you are aware of the fact he is excessively jealous and hates your current job on CC, then maybe you should quit t his and get a regular job.
3. I bet when you say you hurt him before, that is also internet-related. Maybe you virtually cheated on him with another member? That's naughty!

Conclusion: Many people are addicted to the internet. They start living a virtual life outside of which they are completely lost. They start developing feelings and emotions that are only natural in REAL life. Is it healthy? No.

Reply

RE: guyzzz help me please

Now that, in my opinion, is good advice, Especially the last paragraph.. Ahh yes, it does seem increasingly easy to substitute a virtual world for real life. Virtual worlds are designed for entertainment and / or distraction / escape, not as a replacement for living life. Sadly, it would seem, for whatever need, some participants find themselves in a reversal whereby the virtual world becomes their reality. One great danger lies in reaching a point whereby the participate begins to feel they no longer have control of their "perfect" world . This sense of loss , coupled with the absence of a "natural" environment can be overwhelming. And therein lies the danger of detachment , depression, anxiety or worse. Then again, by my taking the time to read the post and posting this reply, I too have begun to be absorbed by the "virtual"demon. Hummmm, I wonder..

Well, you said you hurt him twice before. He probably figures there's a good chance you'll do it a third time. Are you really surprised? I mean think about it. If the situation was reversed and he did this to you, would you have even taken him back the first time? Leave the poor dude alone.

RE: guyzzz help me please

Yahoo ID and roses????? Doesn't sound like much of a reason to break up. However, since you did it once and then did it again knowing how much it bothered him the first time, it kind of looks like you don't care about his feelings. Takes a certain kind of boyfriend to date a girl who works at CC. I don't think I could do it.

Sorry but the type of men who pose as victims to impress a woman are not men, they are *boys*.
If you really love this guy and are sure you wanna be with him then maybe try and educate him a bit, when it comes to both his unjustified jealousy and his attitude towards your job, because it looks like he's clueless.
If you don't get some ideas straight into his head you'll end up allowing him to change you into something you're not.

Ask Monikababe , shes usually good for some advice on things like this :))) , what you think Monika ?

Reply

RE: guyzzz help me please

My advice is more for the man in this instance. If you tell a women that you love her you should mean it .
IF you came into CC looking for love and you were lucky enough to find it, then the reasons given here are not sufficient to throw that all away. The cynic in me doubts that few men who come here know what love is but all the more reason to avoid telling a women here you love her if you're not ready to accept why she is here and forgive her for minor transgressions like getting roses.

Reply

RE: guyzzz help me please

Even if they actually do know what love is (which i also doubt) it is a proven fact that a very high amount of the internet users tend to create a new identity for themselves, the internet is the best place to hide your flaws and reinvent yourself. Knowing that, I think it is not impossible for two people who never met in real life to fall in love over the web, but in 90% of the cases "she" is in love with whom he *pretends/would like to* be, and the other way around. Not saying there aren't exceptions, but they are quite rare.

Reply

RE: guyzzz help me please

Knowing you as I do, it sounds to me as though he has misunderstood your "work activities" and now you are blaming yourself for his misunderstanding. My dear, YOU have not ever hurt him. He has hurt himself. Stop blaming yourself for his misunderstanding. You are a wonderful person and you deserve better than someone who jumps to the incorrect conclusions. Someone better is out there, whether you want to believe it or not. Don't tear your heart out, my precious friend. He is not good enough for you...:-)

RE: usps

I don't know about USPS but i presume you mean UPS. It depends on which part of the country it has to go to. I think around Bucharest they have their own drivers. They have offices in Timisoara and Constanta so this may apply there too. In other places they use other local delivery companies. They do not use the postal service - lol.

Reply

RE: usps

no, he means the United States Postal Service. I have shipped to Romania myself a few times. It is my understanding that most packages are help and the person is notified to go pick it up.

RE: usps

RE: usps

Reply

RE: usps

never had a problem sending or receiving from Russia (or Romania) via DHL.

Reply

RE: usps

I send a lot of stuff intenationally and if your package has any value at all you should use FedEx or DHL. Never a problem. It goes totally through the company's facitlies and agents. When you us the USPS you are fine up to the point it gets on the plane and is delivered to the foreign country. Then it is a crapshoot. They can lose or misplace the package or more often it is damaged and accidently opened in transit. No countries I know of provide tracking once it hits their system. Now the good part. A lot of stuff goes through fine but enough of it gets waylaid to justify using FedEx

Reply

RE: usps

absolutely correct.

Reply

RE: usps

Maybe I'm looking up the wrong service rates but aren't DHL, UPS or Fedex International rates at least 3x USPS rates? I think it was over $300 to ship a 8lb package to Russia from USA.

Which one of their services do you use?

I've had good luck so far with nothing lost using USPS. Small packages usually take 3 weeks, but one heavier package took almost 2 months. It usually only takes 1 week for the package to reach Moscow so the packages is usually sitting in Russian customs waiting to be processed. Maybe part of the DHL, Fedex and UPS fees are paying bribes to get their packages out of customs faster. ;p

Reply

RE: usps

Yeah the international rates for heavier packages are not cheap and far more expensive than USPS for sure. Again most USPS packages go through fine. In my case about 30% have problems. Either they disappear or they are opened and some contents removed. Plus some international post office make the recipient come to the PO where she must open the package in view of the postman so proper duty can be paid on imported goods. If you are sending a Victoria's Secret bra and panty set it can be embarassing. Again it comes down to the value of the package. Electronics, checks, valuable jewelry, etc. FedEx. Pictures, letters, inexpensive items....give the USPS a shot.

RE: usps

As it was sent to be signed for she should receive a card if she is not home when they try to deliver it. If it is more than 9 days since you sent it then it would be worth her going to the post office to ask. This does depend on where she is. Can you tell us the city or at least the Judetul? Most Romanian hosts here are in Bucharest, Brasov, Bacau, Iasi or Constanta so if she is in one of these you will not be giving away any information that could lead to us identifying her.

Reply

RE: Beer

Stella Artois. It's marketed as a premium product at a premium price and after that "the emperor's new clothes" effect takes over...but only in foreign countries. In Belgium, from where it originates, they think it's p**s water.

If you weren't so sexy and beautiful, I might criticize your listing Miller (although maybe it is brewed locally and tastes differently than the one made in USA).

Reply

RE: Beer

You make a good point about the potential difference in quality between beers brewed in their own country and the same brand brewed under licence elsewhere. A good example is Foster's which, as brewed here in the UK, is another which qualifies as p**s water, but the genuine Australian brew is far superior (though not itself great).

Reply

RE: Beer

Yes makes sense...Not everyth we get here under famous brands is highest quality. Thats true and sad(((

RE: Beer

Well, I assume that what usually happens is that the licensed product that is brewed outside of where the beer orginated is not as good as the original, but in Miller's case, he opposite might be true.

If its hot and I'm sweating like at the beach or a ballgame then any American beer will do because you are just quenching a thirst and wanting a little buzz. Sorry, folks but I put Heineken and Becks in that group. No flavor for me.

If I wanna have a nice beer before or with dinner I'll go for one of those Belgians like Chimay. Yum Yum. Pricey here in the states. I also like Newcastle. not pricey

If I am going out drinking or playing pool "Stout me" The blacker the better Guiness or Murphy's. A shot of single malt scotch completes the picture. Take a sip of the scotch. Massage it into your gums with your tongue, inhale and exhale through your nose a few times. Take a swig of the stout and let them mingle. It's like a sea pirate party in your mouth. Wenches and all.

Meeting host

Has anyone met a host who gave a strip show ? And do you think its a no no to meet with host after she shows you ? I have a host who made a rule we cannot meet again if i get show she shows others but not me do you agree or .............................. you fill in the gap and tell me ))

RE: Meeting host

There is not real rule, it's possible to meet with a host who made a strip for you: cam meetings take place in a particular world, meeting in reality follows rules and conventions of society, it can perfectly be a nice meeting if you keep it in the right context (it happened to me).
What can happen to you though is that after a meeting in real, a chathost wouldn't strip for you any more or at all. But here again no absolute rule: for some other chathosts, cam life resumes as before...
In short respect your favourite chathost's wishes and inclinations, you'll get rewarded with much more than a short show that you can get from other girls

Reply

RE: Meeting host

I don't think there is any "rule". It is all up to the hosts and the members.

I have had hosts tell me that they would never meet me or be my friend in real because they have already given me a show. I have also had hosts that I no longer see in video want to meet me in real and are willing to give me a free show on yahoo. And of course, I have had hosts that I originally visited just for a show, became friends with them, no longer or rarely see them naked, and would be willing to meet me. It all depends on the host and the member and their attitudes about sex. Just make sure that her "rule" is based on a real desire to meet you instead of wanting to have you keep coming into her video without her having to strip.

girls strip here coz its a safe environment. to assume this carries over to real life meetings is absurd unless the girl is a ho (and most are not). have respect for these girls. they are human beings. i have met hosts that stripped here at cc but not in real life meetings. this is a fantasy site.

everyone has the right

to charge what they feel .or play up with prices, see what s best for them.So if you come and moan about how x or y had a rate too high, well she knows better what to choose, and if she keeps that rate means she s doing good as she charges.
and members have thier choice to pay the rate or not
if you don't like the rate, stop moaning, move on ,find some rate that is more suitable with you,or go and ask politely in the hosts text if she would be willing to drop her price by anything
no need for trashing people for petty reasons
hosts don't put a gun on your head and ask u enter or i ll shoot!!!
ok
that was my 2 cents

RE: everyone has the right

Certainly everyone can do what they want here, but hosts who charge more sometimes pressure other hosts to raise their price. They do this for their own selfish purposes.

Some businesses would consider customer complaints as a warning. One day it will be the hosts moaning: "Where have all the members gone?"

Reply

RE: everyone has the right

not selfish purpuse...just an advices...3 mounths ago 2 popular beautiful hosts which have 2-3$ min told me that i need2 raise my price too couse imm to good for my price...i made it and now i earn a twice more for less time.thx to this hosts..

RE: everyone has the right

funny,isn t it?

Reply

RE: everyone has the right

... but if you vary prices too often, for instance during the same day, don't wonder in case guests start bargaining, you give them a clear signal to do so...,

Reply

RE: everyone has the right

Changing prices for some members and not for others is a sure fire way to get a customer to complain. Unless a host can explain and say something like "I gave this guy a discount with a password because he helped me in the last contest" or something that seems reasonable and is not done too much, a host will cause herself problems.

To Hosts! How about HONESTLY writing in your profile that you are NOT really single. Just be honest and straight up with guys for once. I love how hosts always say in their profiles that they are single and looking for fun and sweet guys and all sorts of things and then later on (after a poor sap has been led on and spent lots of money) she will finally admit "I said I was single which is technically true. But I never said I didn't have a BF on the side that I'm really seeing." That leaves ME in a bad mood. Thanks.

RE: to members!

Regardless of what the host's profiles do or do not say, why would anybody believe other than that they are likely to have a bf/husband. Completely unscientifically, I am sure 99.9% of members assume most hosts are attached, after all (just look at them)...why on earth wouldn't they be?

Reply

RE: to members!

Yeah Mori. I appreciated one host saying, 'before we go any further, I have a bf, this is just for fun and money, ok?' In her profile it says, looking for romance. lol

RE: to members!

But that goes right to the point about Hosts being honest in their profiles or in the very first chat. You're right, this is a pay site which means time is money. But that also means the longer a Host hides the truth, it only benefits one person -- her. Which means it's not about trust (as you said) but instead about making as much money as possible from a guy while he's still interested and before he can learn the real truth that you're purposefully keeping from him.

Besides, what does trust have to do with telling a guest you have a BF or husband? Trust is only important if you're a Host willing to meet your guests. In that case, sure, taking the time to know them and being able to completely trust them is important. I could see that. But telling a new guest in chat (right from the start) that you're only working for money and you already have a BF or husband (and you are NOT looking for romance AT ALL) simply establishes some ground rules right from the start, which is better for all concerned. It's an age-old saying, but it's still true: honesty is the best policy.

Reply

RE: to members!

well dear, honesty doesnt help earning money hear obviously - i dont feel comfortable lieing, and you know what happens? man come to my text asking things - i give honest answers - he says, u r "down to earth person" and leaves, never to come back; U WANT TO BE LIED!

Reply

RE: to members!

I have to sympathize with ImSandra on this one. Surely by now you must know there are all kinds of hosts here... Some are totally straightforward, and some are less honest than others. And, from the hosts' standpoint, all kinds of viewers, some of them nice, some of them total jerks.

I think you are expecting too much from this site... you're looking for a girlfriend? The vast majority of viewers here hold no such illusions, and the hosts here know that. The profile is advertising and seeks to draw you in. You just have to keep your eyes wide open and keep your own expectations from fogging reality.

I was wondering why a woman would need instruction on how to be a mistress. Then I read the replies. I can only laugh at myself as I was fully prepared to respond with a monologue relating to the concept of a mistress being more about attitude than skills. I won't bore you with the rest of the speech as I now realize it is I who needs
the enlightenment. Good Luck , and try not to hurt yourself.Or maybe the other way around. ..Jeez, I just don't know..

RE: help me how to be mistress

Your advice is on point had I been referring to the description of what I now, after reading the replies to the original post, understand the term "mistress" to mean. I am sure it does require great skill. My post was a comment on my ignorance in originally thinking the writer was referring to a "mistress" in the context of a "secret lover" rather than a "Dominate". I am quite sure the role of a "Dominate" , unless the ability is innate, requires significant skill and expertise. On the other hand, as I wrote in the post, the role of a "mistress lover" would be less of a skilled endeavor and be more dependent on attitude. Sorry I wasn't clear in the original. Life is good. Love is all around

What type of host do you prefer...?

I've noticed over the few years that I have been visiting CC that the hosts seem to fall into one of two categories......either "high fashion.' model types or more "girl next door" types. Which type do you prefer to chat with ..or are there other types that you have noticed ( in Little and Not so Shy categories only)?
Open thread

Reply

RE: What type of host do you prefer...?

Definitely the next door girl type just like my curent gf.

Reply

RE: What type of host do you prefer...?

I am not sure what you mean by the "high fashion" model type. Given the comparion you provide, I assume you mean the "hot babe" type versus the "girl next door" type. I am not sure why you only want to consider little shy and not so shy, but my answer isn't affected by category.

I have typically gone for the "hot babe" type when looking for a host to see in video because usually I have been interested in playing. If I do not find a "hot babe" (be it because I don't like who is available online or the price is too high in my view), I will then expand my search to include all hosts including the girl next door type and look for the hottest one at a good price. (I also factor in ratings and forum comments when making any choice.)

the good lawyer

One afternoon a lawyer was riding in his limousine when he saw two men along the roadside eating grass. Disturbed, he ordered his driver to stop and he got out to investigate. He asked one man, "Why are you eating grass?"
"We don't have any money for food," the poor man replied. "We have to eat grass."
"Well, then, you can come with me to my house and I'll feed you" the lawyer said.
"But sir, I have a wife and two children with me. They are over there, under that tree."
"Bring them along" the lawyer replied. Turning to the other poor man he stated, "You come with us also."
The second man, in a pitiful voice then said, "But sir, I also have a wife and SIX children with me!"
"Bring them all, as well," the lawyer answered. They all entered the car, which was no easy task, even for a car as large as the limousine was. Once underway, one of the poor fellows turned to the lawyer and said, "Sir, you are too kind. Thank you for taking all of us with you."

The lawyer replied, "Glad to do it. You'll really love my place. The grass is almost a foot high." :--)

ear wax

An 86 year old man walked into a crowded waiting room and approached the desk. The receptionist said, "Yes sir, what are you seeing doctor for today?"
"There's something wrong with my dick", he replied.
The receptionist became irritated and said, "You shouldn't come into a crowded waiting room and say things like that."
"Why not? You asked me what was wrong and I told you," he said.
The Receptionist replied, "Now you've caused some embarrassment in this room full of people. You should have said there is something wrong with your ear or something and discussed the problem further with the doctor in private."
The man replied, "You shouldn't ask people questions in a room full of strangers if the answers could embarrass anyone. The man walked out, waited several minutes and then re-entered.
The Receptionist smiled smugly and asked, "Yes??"
"There's something wrong with my ear", he stated.
The Receptionist nodded approvingly and smiled, knowing he had taken her advice. "And what is wrong with your ear sir??"

"I can't piss out of it," he replied. :--)
