I do no understand..
Do guys in thier early 20's really think that entering video in little shy category..showing no respect at all....not even enough to say a few polite words....showing their dick..and moving thier tongue around like they are catching flies is really arousing...and not even saying hello..even tho it is said to them 5 times...and then finally saying hello...then saying tits...is really going to get them a good response...why in the world do members come into little shy categoryamd do this...not only do they not pay attention to the category they r in but they dont even read the profile when the profile cleary says if u gonna treat us like something u stepped in the stay away...if u members really want a host that will see ur dick and start jumpin on a toy and pretending to be aroused by that then you need to go to instant action category...because that is exactly what that category is for...dont get me wrong just cos I am in little shy category does not mean that I do not do a full show...I get naked...and I do play and yes I do get aroused and I do very much enjoy when I get wet and let myself go ...but not when someone like that comes along....

Sorry you had to put up with that idiot..sadly there's a ton of em out there. I always try to be nice and respectful to you ladies. If one of you was rude to me first for some reason, then I'd say something back, but otherwise there's no excuse for that sort of behavior.

I agree, common courtesy is the only way to go. That having been said , there are many other sites where the host begins her show as soon as you enter with no words being exchanged. So if a viewer has only seen this, I can understand his seemingly rude behavior.

I for one don't think it's a "site" where hosts start as soon as you enter. I think it is a "host" who makes that determination. I can't name one site I've ever been to where the host doesn't have some measure of decision about how or what she will show (or not show). If that was your experience on that site, then I suggest it was coincidental that you did not get the host who took a bit of time and chat before starting.
The point I'm making is that there are many, many hosts here, too, who do just as you described: start the moment you enter the room. As a man who enjoys chatting and getting to know the host at least a little, that immediately getting down to business really turns me off.

Feel free to think as you may, but there are such sites. You just haven't been to them. I was not condoning any rude behavior, but rude behavior happens all the time on and off line. It's called life. And we all have to deal with life, bot the good and the bad.

Sadly it seems the youngest generation coming up now have been taught that only they matter and everyone else owes them something. I can't speak on behalf of the original poster, and fail to see the relevance of whether "Marc" is male or female, but their is merit in the comments. There is far more 'omg' and 'lol' etc. being used in the member's forum than one would consider appropriate. And given there is no shortage of space, some of the abbreviated textspeak also seems a bit unnecessary. As, presumably, the demographic of the membership tends towards the middle-aged, there seems to be a deliberate attempt to adopt the language of a younger generation.

I've never seen anyone who claimed to meet hosts "boasting" about it. Rather, it has always come up in response to one of these threads about "meetings" started by a different member. If someone asks a question about members and hosts meeting, and a member offers his own experience I don't label that boasting - it's merely answering the original poster's question and/or participating on-topic in the original poster's observation. It seems like in almost every one of the threads on this topic the vast majority of the members don't want to accept the reality that members and hosts meet. It's that simple.

Nope, that's not all of them. Type your favorite host's screenname into Google, and see how many different sites come up. Click on them, and you'd be surprised how many of them are just variations of the old CC site, just different name, maybe different appearance, but down at the bottom of the page you'll see the words "powered by camcontacts". They must spend a fortune designing niche sites for just about every category multiple times over. The name of the game is get the customer. If one name doesn't catch him, maybe another will. :)

I personally think an option to choose between pre-pay or per-minute pay would be nice.
Pre-pay is nice if you want better control of your spending, and if you are prone to lose track of time when in videochat. It's downside is that you feel pressured to "get it done" before your credit runs out.
Per Minute is nice because it allows you to be more relaxed, and take your time, as long as you want. It's downside is that if you are prone to losing track of your time, and get caught up in the action or interaction, you can run up a super huge bill before you know it.
The ideal site, IMO, is the one that offers both options. I have as yet to find such a site. Pre-pay is nice if you want better control of your spending, and if you are prone to lose track of time when in videochat. It's downside is that you feel pressured to "get it done" before your credit runs out.

The ideal site, IMO, is the one that offers both options. I have as yet to find such a site. Perhaps I should clarify that my resistance level is $1.20 in Glamour not what I want to pay. What this means is that if the host charges $0.90 or $1.10 then the price makes no difference to me deciding whether or not to visit. So for the host it is better if she charges $1.10 as otherwise she loses $0.20 per minute for no effect on my decision to visit or the length of time I will stay in vid. But above $1.20 this is not true in Glamour - that is why I call it my resistance level. Above this price I will hesitate to visit at all and even if I did visit and the host became a favourite I would not visit as often as I might otherwise do. So I said $1.20 is the best price for the host - as it is the highest price she can charge before the price effects my viewing decision. This resistance price will obviously be different for each viewer.

The MOST important thing any host in any category can do is pay attention to paying viewers. When a guy clicks into your roon all chatting in text on other sites should stop. A member must put up with some distractions if there is more than one viewer, but once the meter is ticking all the hosts' attention belongs to paying customers. Close other rooms if you have to.

There have been some recent posts about what viewers like, pricing and other related matters. I only speak for myself, but a genuine smile in paid video and a thank you for taking the host pvt has a very big impact on me. It may not sound important to many, but I can tell you for me , it's a mood changer. It makes me feel welcome in that host's room. It sets the tone for how the whole video will go. It relaxes me and gives me a general good feeling. And I get the same feeling regardless of the category or site I happen to be on.

However: here's some common sense: if the host is nice to me afterwards as well..it increases the chance of my Returning.

It's a department store with high prices..clothes, etc. They have a unique but now often copied rule which helped make them successful: After each customer has made their purchase, you come around the counter, personally hand them their bag, and Thank them. Simple; but proven to be effective. Same basic idea. If you smile and thank the customer, that might just be what gets you a return customer. It may not, either, but it sure won't hurt.

It is not unheard-of for a low level porn actress to open a room on some sites. I don't know why more don't do it. I also wonder why girls working in Nevada don't open rooms in their down time. This site doesn't seem to have that feature, other than checking out photos, which I find amazing. Other sites have free video...I can see arguments against that...but most sites also have a simple feature, where you can put your mouse over the performers splash photo, and it will show the performer live in her room, or at least a video teaser. In any case, you get to see the real her. Reason I mention this is because I've found many, many times, the photos don't match the performer, so it's a nice, quick, easy way to at least see what you're getting for real.
So this is basically just a major vote for CC to add that feature, that I hope gets enough support that perhaps will be noticed and followed up on by CC. Thanks.

I'm a member of "another site" and I have to admit it's often a lot more fun to chat up a host as a guest than as a member. I don't ask them to show anything but it's amusing to see all the desperate guests saying "show this" "show that" lol! Some hosts actually handle it all quite well, and are usually the most succesful. In CC one has to take a blind leap of faith to go into video with a host one has never seen.

Not at all, just hate misrepresentation...and since money situation is fine, can certainly say sadly, that I have experienced Many times jumping in to private where looks were nowhere near what was expected by looking at picture. Nowhere near. It's just....disappointing. A dissappointment that seems could easily be avoided by a simple feature.

Well let's see were do I begin with this. Host that have photos in their profiles that are not them, all I can say shame on you for misleading us and when I do get into a video and discovered this it's for sure a rating of 1 and a ccmail to the site telling them they are misleading and using someone else's photos. You know now days you have to be careful with that with age restrictions, copyright laws and such. As for free video teasers I see nothing wrong why cc can not provide this feature since many other sites do, but I do understand they try to be different and don't like changes and well we the members don't have to be here if we don't want to, but we still are here and still not happy with it (go figure) another thing do you find it interesting that some host here take photos of them picking their noses and putting in their profiles.

Erm am I said I get naked in free chat? I never ever said I ever been in free chat as a model! But I seen it at those sites, when I came there as a guest, like anyone else. And I seen how beggers disturb models in all that free chats, I dont want it for myself. there are other sites with the same thing, log in names and member names but can hide as guest which is cool, but host can click ignore and not listening to them, even the basics and members if they wish and still show free teasers, anyway, so be it, I give up on this, cc stay the way you are and watch out, someday things will change and the other sites will keep getting bigger. Take it from members advice and not host (well host does need input to they are collecting and wanting more privacy) which I guess makes your site different, good luck

I have read myself at this forum some time ago that some members say NO to free -teaser, exactly because they want more privacy and hate how it in other sites, because many beggers in rooms, not possible even to have some short chat with a model before pvt. From other side I dont mind from sneak preview if it recorded (!) short teaser video, I even suggested it myself about 1 year ago.

I do not think it is fair to force something on all hosts just because some hosts are not honest and misrepresent themselves, when you can simply report them to cc and ask for a refund. It is the resonsibility of the site to make sure that a host is not using fake pictures. it would be better if the site would simply have someone monitor every now and then the hosts to make sure the pictures match the person.

This has been suggested before and gotten many negative comments from hosts and members alike. I like free video preview, voyeur view etc, but I'm not holding my breath waiting for it to happen here. I simply take this site at face value. It is what it is. Luckily we viewers have many choices these days when it comes to cam sites. I often have 5 or 6 windows open , all on cam sites at the same time. When I comparison shop I do not restrict myself to just one cam site. I've seen hosts post here many times if you don't like a particular host just move on to the next host. And I do just that , but to a host on other sites.

One of the problems with having sneak previews is that when no one is in my video or my text I do things around the house..etc wash dishes or clean up or what ever needs doing.
so if someone is havin a sneak preview then he wont see much and that will then cause complaints that hosts are not sitting in front of their computer the whole time when on here even if no one is in the video or text.

Feel I should clarify one detail..and appologize to some hosts, that I was not clear enough on one aspect of this...I just advocate the hover feature, not free chat..but to clarify..and I said this wrong the first time..I forgot the specifics of it when I first wrote this..I didn't after all design the tech, just use it :) ...but it dosen't show you live..it's just a teaser...so the way it seems to work..is when you as the host log on...you hit record and let it run for 10-20 sec or whatever, then turn it off...That's what people see when they hover over your splash picture..very brief prerecorded same day video of you...That way, no worries about stepping away from cam, being caught picking nose as someone said, etc.

So I advocate only free video teaser...which again is prerecorded by you that day, not live. Just thought of this, while editing: That video teaser that I can see so quickly and easily by just hovering over your splash picture: not only serves to verify that you really do look like what I see in the picture; but on the very positive side for you hosts: often if well done, that video teaser is what will draw me in :) So the picture will look good...then hover and get quick video, and it's like Wow, she is Really hot..and the way she is moving there...omg..definitelyy gotta see her...so it can very much work in your favor as well.
By the way..video teasers is just a suggestion, all in all I think CC is a great site. As several of you have said, it does indeed seem to have the very best prices out there...also alot of sites don't have both the live community Chat, and Forums like these, which I certainly am glad cc has both. The problem with sneak previews is that the room is always filled with guys begging/demanding free flashes of tit/ass/pussy that the host is so busy trying to control th room that you don't get a chance to establish any rapport in text before going to video. I think a free 10 second sample clip would be enough to check a host out.

Well that says it all. I think raising your price is counterproductive for your current situation. Normally when goods or services are not selling in the real world, prices are lowered or there is a sale. A higher price does not mean the quality is better, especially on a cam site.

There will cease to be meaningful communication and dialogue, it will become harder and harder to find the thread that is about a legitimate topic amidst all the self-promotion. I would not be put off by the low price. I have found that, in a large number of cases, the price charged does not relate to the quality of the show.

i just discussed this recently with another host. before i answer the initial price question from a viewers opinion first of all you really should not be so harsh to yourself with you thinking and writing that you 'sell ourselves' on a sex site. and camcontacts here is one of the best and reputable with mostly polite well bred members anyway. and in general what is so bad being a little cheap and slutty in your very professional ways? not every girl can overcome herself and do this 'job' here and keep it professional like a good prostitute or even a glamorous escort.it is all the same in the sex business. it is sexual satisfaction for dollars and you are right all are satisfied. it is easy since it is like on a free self regulatory economy here. we men in control need your sex services since most women in the real world are not so cool and easy like you girls in here to be used and serving what a paying stranger tells them to do. we buy. sometimes we men need and demand and take somegirl to listen to us and sometimes somegirl to please and watch us and then we pay almost every price. you offer. so your price is not so much an issue for a gentleman like me when we want to have you.

There's something called (by me anyway) the Stella effect, named after Stella Artois beer. Its not very good beer, and not rated highly in the country where its brewed, but marketed overseas with a premium price and effective advertising, it has a reputation as a first-rate product far in excess of its actual merits. Moral is judge the product not the hype.

You do not say how long you have been hosting here but if it is not long and hardly any members are coming to video for even a few minues or trying to chat in text then you should probably look at your pics and profile. Yet this along with the profile pic is the first thing about you that members see. Ther are several that say "new" or even "Fist day on line" and when look at their archive pics I find they have been hosting for months.

1) you might try visiting Community Chat. Use it to interact, and get to know the customers there. However, I don't recommend going there and inviting people to come see your pictures or visit you in videochat. Viewers tend to look down on those hosts who do that, as it violates the basic intent of Community Chat, which is for hosts and members to interact apart from regular videochat experience. Be part of the conversation there, not someone advertising herself there. Be likable, interesting, fun, and you may draw some to your room.
2) I believe it can still be done here: offer free videochat sessions so folks can get to know you, but keep a limit on them
3) Use your actual host name when posting here. Some say it is self-promotion, but I don't believe that is the case. I think all viewers and hosts should use their ID here. That way people know who they are talking with here in the forum and who is expressing what.
4) When not online, offer pre-recorded videos at reasonable price. My personal opinion, is that Pre-records should be less than the Live performance. They should also be worthwhile. Think about what the viewer wants, and if within the scope of your category and your values, offer it in a pre-record. But don't over do it. One host I wanted to visit was almost never live, but constantly in pre-recorded session. I lost interest, because I come here for live interaction, not to watch some video, no matter how hot and steamy it may have been (and it was)

just because she is glam category does not mean she should lower her price...you really do not know all that she does...not all hosts in glam category only sit and talk.. just like not all hosts in lil shy only sit and talk and not all hosts in the hardcore category do hardcore shows...so it is not fair to tell a host that she is too high priced just because of the category she is in until you know for sure all that she does do.. maybe she does get naked and play at times...

I disagree, I lived in western country some time, the main purpose of economise the water for most people I knew there, was money for enegry not "environmentally conscious". And yes with time in all countries we started to pay attention on environment more, because the lack of everything in the world (not only clean water). Russia here is more lucky then other countries, thats why people there are careless.

Wasting water causes no direct harm to the environment. It costs money and effectively "wastes" the energy used to purify and distribute it.

In Russia people wash dishes with the tap running. Mostly in Western Europe, people run water into a bowl and wash in that. That's a good example.
I guess in communist days, the state gave you water and you used it. That idea is still stuck in people's minds. Maybe even now Russia does not have metered water? I.e. you pay the same no matter how much water you use?

So perhaps the processing of the water is not so harmful to the environment, because there obviously isn't that much processing.

Let me put it this way. We (at least intelligent) Russians see all the problems in our country. I personally cannot complain about the lack of information in Russia lol. It is just pointless to complain about these things all the time. It is not our overpartiotic attitude but a...perhaps psychological defense mechanism that lets us see best things in life in Russia and, therefore, live hapier lives.

Our water costs aren't really high at all. But people might want to save on them here as they are trying to save money *everywhere* to cover the other, generally quite high, living costs.

I noticed in (continental) Europe that even if women have more possibilities, they don't use them. My point is, if more (in majority naturally pretty) Russian women had more money, they would take care of themselves. I am from Russia, I dont like drink water from tap, because of chlorination not beacuse of parasites. lol We actually get water for drinking from spring in wood or mineral bottled water from shop.

we dont have cholirination in tap water here, its only used when needed to kill the bakterians.. our tap water comes from "spring in woods" and we make bottled water from this same tap water, to sell this bottled water to you lol
It is truth that our tap water have better quality than most bottle waters, it has been tested many times. tap water runs and change all the time to stay fresh, but bottled water might stay in warm bottle for months before use... yak!

Never bought mineral water from other countries (I am not crazy to pay so much) nope, all bottled water are russian, I prefer local water. The problem with water from tap are chlor (so u should figure if there is chlor there can't be any parazites) but chlor is toxic thing, so better dont drink such water. Also u can check for yourself what countries have got the largest reserves of fresh water in the world. ;)

polyvinyl chloride, bisphenol a - chemicals in plastics that pose the risk of leaching into food and beverages packaged in them and causing a wide range of health problems - cancer, neurological problems, obesity. search wikipedia for 'bisphenol a' and you'll find a list of the health issues that seem associated with that particular chemical. kind of disturbing.

In that case all plastic should be forbidden for using with food, but most countries use it...shame. So far I knew it's not good put alcohol and hot drinks in plastic, never knew that any food shouldnt be in plastic.

sorry but its not sarcasm, tap water in many our cities is groundwater, so it is same water than water in springs and because we have pure good quality groundwater, it is good and fresh to drink just as it is, chlorium is used only sometimes when needed to make water pipes clean.

There may be a shortage of pure clean water but there has never been a shortage of just water. The amount of water on the planet now is the same as it was when the dinosaurs walked the planet. It is also interesting that Russia has the largest supply of the most pure water on the planet in Lake Baikal.
Where I live in the US I take long showers, I remove the flow restrictor in my shower heads and have washed dishes with the tap running and my largest bill has been $15 per month. I also work in a laboratory that tests drinking water from many facilities and I know that many bottled water types are only tap water put into bottles and that the regulations here are less strict for bottled water than for tap water so it does not have to be better than tap water. In tap water chlorine or ozone are used to kill the germs but there is also a regulation on how much chlorine can remain in the water once it gets to your house, but without it you would most likely be sick from the germs. The testing is expensive but our water still is not so expensive to purchase at the home. I hope that some day in Russia there can be the same type of water for everyone there to drink also.

Sometimes I use home coal filter for water from tap, if I gonna cook soup or tea, but still if I want to drink just a water I use mineral bottled water...because taster.

depends on how much water you have and how much it rains and how much evaporation you get. What's the point of restricting use if the water is plentiful and what you take does not upset the river flows. Russia is lucky as it has very very low evaporation rates and a warm periods that last only a few months.

i live in the usa and in my house we have a set price for water.lets say i pay $50 a montth no matter how much or how little water we use.so in my house we dont pay attention to how much water we use.if i feel like taking a 45 minute shower,i do.

Hold on there. I have spent thousands of dollars on this site over the years and I get my best value for the great Slavic women here. And yes I've spent money in the Colombian girls rooms, and no thank you. I much prefer the Slavic women for more reasons than I can list.

I think part of the draw is that the Colombian women have, for the most part, taken the stage quite recently compared to the Russian hosts. I've been on several sites. For a long time it was the Russian women who were tops on all sites. Then came the Brazilian women. Now where are the Brazilians? Hardly to be found. Practically never was there a Colombian woman, but now they abound. I think it goes in spells, for whatever reason. Russian women will still be tops or at least pretty darn near there. I suppose a lot of it has to do with supply and demand. I've not checked but I'd lay bet the Russian women still dominate the scene, simply because they pretty much have more hosts to choose from. But as for the Colombian women ... the full figure, dark complected, black hair, Latin temperament, all seem to hold a special mystique that men find appealing.

'Favorite" list-how many
you know cc has some really neat features on this site for us members, one that comes to my mind is below Viewer Options on the left hand corner-6 words down (Favorites) were you can stored your favorite host profiles especially so you can go back and visit them as often as you like to check out photos-my question is does cc stop at a certain total number of profiles that can be stored in here, at the moment I have 210. If so how much has anyone here have.
