Most toothpastes contain fluoride. I use toothpaste with fluoride, although some scientists say that fluoride is harmful to the body. my dentist advised to combine toothpaste, for example, in the morning - with fluorine, calcium evening (Colgate Elmex, Splat bio calcium) .

I used the forever living aloe based one for a year which is without fluoride but my dentist adviced to start using sensodyne or colgate too. Flossing every day is very important too. I also use some tiny brushes to brush between my teeth and thinking of buying one of these air blasters too :)

Here in the US the same debate occurs. Parents worry about side effects of vaccines. Public health authorities worry about an increase in communicable diseases. By and large vaccines are not mandatory. However I noticed a recent trend that some pediatrician's offices will not have patient's whose parents do not allow vaccines. Good luck, this can be a difficult decision for some parents.

I was vaccinated, my kids were vaccinated. There were no noticeable side effects. And if there were, the potential harm from the disease itself far outweighs the possibility or even the severity of the side effects. I do not understand the reasoning of parents who supposedly love their children yet choose to deprive them of the means that could prevent serious catastrophic illness or even death, as can many of the diseases vaccinated against.

Parents in UK can opt out of having their children vaccinated. It is not compulsory. I don't know what are the standard vaccinations in Russia but why are you worried? They provide protection against a range of diseases that at best are very unpleasant for a child and at worst may be fatal.

i thought like u guys too.A while back.I was vaccinated , other people were and blah blah.. My sister was strong against it.And i never even listened to her. Then she had a baby, and her concern increased:vaccinate or not the baby. Then , i started to inform myself a bit more. I was shocked what i discovered( side effects of vaccines, and how its hidden by doctors etc). Its a whole industry.Its just money.I wont try to convince anyone with anything.But dont do just what u`re supoussed too, cos other told u so!!! Ask around, read!(internet is free), inform yourself and then take a good choice.

hello, do any of you have Logitech BCC950 ConferenceCam? I would like to buy one but it's pretty new and I don't know anyone who use it..I was wondering how good pictures are and if it's compatible with splitcam software. Thanks for any response

yes, it was released in August I think. I saw the similarity between this and sphere as well. I used 3 different Logitech webcams and I liked them all. What caught my attention to this bcc950 was the remote <3

We need to especially give thanks to the loving hands that hold ones heart...because we all hold at least one heart in our hands, just like we all have at least one person holding our heart in their hands, be it a partner, friends, kids, parents, brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, cousins, etc. Even those who say no way, my heart is locked away, you are either holding someone's heart in your hands and/or someone some where is holding your heart, in their hands....

.....or is it new and I haven't notice it before . I just notice in here host names are underline so you can click on the name and their profile pops up-very cool. Now my question is what do you think CC should do for the members as a new feature- I have a couple ideas. One is when we go into 121 session, we have a clock at the bottom of the page if we want to click on or off showing us how long we are in there at the moment (and yes I know that is never going to happen). Second one has something to do with community chat room- have a small box at the lower right hand corner and when a host types something down a small picture of her profile pops in there. Again thank you CC for outstanding site with beautiful people on it and especially thank all of you host here, cheers, good health, peace and love be with you always.

You can always ask the host how long the session has been on, they have a clock. Whether they tell you or not is another thing (lol)

yeah but that requires interaction. When you are caught up in the lurid, throbbing one-stroke-after-another excitement, who's thinking about typing? LOL Rather than a clock ticking away, I'd rather see a cash meter showing the amount spent. Don't see those at casinos either, I imagine ;)

As I understood Austin's suggestion, the purpose of the clock timer would be to gauge how much one is spending ($$) in videochat. You said, a clock is already included. But if one's hands are too busy to type, how will that help? The purpose is limiting how much one spends, not just to know the time. And when one gets caught up in the passion of the moment, it's easy to lose track of time and overspend. A cash meter would serve the same purpose

and.... systems that "work" can always be made "better", especially from the standpoint of the customer's needs. Casino's systems "work" for the benefit of the profit of the casino. But how many bankrupted souls are there in the process?

there is another site with a clock and does work well maybe something cc can think about for new feature and I would like to see the feature in community chat room if host dont type anything in there after 1 hour there name should be disconnected for inactivity just like members
