I like the feeling of family I get when I visit and getting to meet new and exciting people from all over the world. For me this is not about the people, but about the community that all the wonderful people together make.
Also, I really like reading the comments of the members on this forum and learning from their insightful understanding of world events and how they share their feelings about life and love.

The couple of refugies from Ukraine I came to know these days, told me that people are fighting there cause they dont want Ukraine to become "the second Russia", and that in Russia no one is fighting anymore, people have accepted their fate... Its sad, all of it. What impressed me the most, is the fact that they were "accepting" the victims... Young men that got killed, they've said about them something like "at least they fought for their country, for their freedom. We have a son too, if he was among them (dead) we would be proud of him...." o_O

Deputies began to work at least yesterday, it is forbidden to use guns by police towards people now. And army is leaving Kiev now. President is going to leave his post. I hope it will calm down and Ukraine will get the chance for better future....
