Hopeless?

With all that's been in the news lately, I've had a hard time trying not to feel too depressed about the state of the world... Somehow, stumbling upon and reading his words kind of helped.
Anyway, I posted the quote only hoping that if anyone else might be in need of some, that they could get a little bit of hope from his words too:)

I completely agree with you Anonymous. I have also been feeling down and out about the state of the world lately, and I'm glad you posted this! People like Dr. King were in my opinion, way ahead of their own times......I am of the opinion that unfortunately people with the intellect and foresight of Dr. King, seem to always perish before their time, and always at the hands of stupidity and ignorance......Thanks for posting!

And so what if there are Liberals, Moderates, and Conservatives........That is exactly what makes up the "checks and balances" system of The American Democracy. By the measure of your comment, it sounds as though you would prefer to have Conservatives in complete control of our country? Perhaps 'hard line' Conservatives?

I can see from your response huh! that you have absolutely nothing constructive to say..........I suppose if everyone had that same attitude by not caring about what happens in a democracy in which they live; what would happen if you were to wake up one early morning, only to look out your window and see tanks in the streets? I staggered out of a bar the other night and fell onto the road. I saw a beer bottle and so reached out to grab it but in my drunken state I rubbed it and a Genie popped out telling me that he had been stuck in that bottle for over 1,000 years and I could have any wish that I wanted.
Well I thought about it and asked if he could make me King of the world and a beautiful palace with huge turrets, marble floors, gold encrusted taps, diamond studded cutlery, Persian rugs and other beautiful items.

Four members of a band are walking to a night concert. They decide to take a shortcut, but must cross a bridge. Luckily they have one flashlight. Because of the varying size of their instruments, it takes each member a different amount of time to cross the bridge - it takes the first person one minute, the second person two minutes, the third person five minutes and the fourth person ten minutes. They must cross the bridge in pairs, travelling at the slower speed so if the one minute person went with the ten minute person, it would take a total of ten minutes. Since there is only one flashlight, one person must come back across the bridge, then another pair can cross. They only have 17 minutes to cross the bridge and still get to the concert on time. First, the one minute person and the two minute person must cross the bridge, for a total of two minutes. Then the one minute person should come back with flashlight - total of three minutes. The five minute person and the ten minute person cross together next, making the total thirteen minutes. Now the two minute person goes back and (total now fifteen minutes) and gets the one minute person and they cross together bringing the total to seventeen minutes.

To answer your question in real life I would have to say that I prefer a certain amount of intellect (but not too much).
As for this site I really suppose it depends on what sort of show you are after.
If you are here for an instant action show then I would imagine that beauty is the over riding factor that governs your choice.
If you are going to non adult then intellect may play a more important role although you can probably find plenty of girls in non adult who have both beauty and intellect so it may not be as clear cut as it seems (and just to clarify I am not saying that adult hosts do not also possess intellect).

I have heard the same thing MrWOW, even outside of the Nostradamus Quatrains, and the dates always seem to point to the years 2011 to 2012 as the end of the world. I am still a "bit of a skeptic" when Nostradamus is concerned, however his Anti-Christ theory is very interesting! He points out that Napoleon will be the first Anti-Christ and Hitler shall be the second. What is equally fascinating is that the 3rd and last Anti-Christ will according to Nostradamus come out of what is now known as the Middle East. I don't know the exact quote off the top of my head, but he explains it as the most evil ruler of all will come from that region of the world, and shall wear a 'Blue Turbin,' and shall wage war with the West. This is frightening as the world's crisis points currently are in the Middle East. So I wouldn't rule Nostradamus completely out of the picture yet, in the overall scheme of things!
