iam disappointed in you Psy. Both of you really. When you do dangerous things and something bad happens ... YOU DESERVE IT. Noone FORCED him to do those things he did. He took risks, he asumed them. The baby thing.. yes, it was stupid irresponsible, but that doesn't mean he deserved to die!

he played with dangerous animals and died by one not-quite-so-dangerous one in then end. Yes, he did deserve it.

What is plainly obvious is there are men who are willing to take risks,show courage in the face of adversity and live and chase a dream and ambition and in doing so become better men, influencing people all around the world in a good way. And then there are low forehead heavy eye-browed people who are seething with jealously when other guys have the balls to do things you could not in a million years.

Steve was the former. You, it seems, are the later. I'd like to know how much of your life has influenced people across the world and most especially in your home country? How much of your wealth have you invested into buying up land to secure as a wildlife preserve, for example? Or how many people have you educated and inspired with an interest in wildlife that will ring on for decades to come?

You think he got what he deserved? Maybe you are right. He has earned the respect and admiration of many hundreds of thousands of people across the world all of whom are going to mourn his loss. He deserves to be talked about in a positive way as almost everyone but you are doing. It is tragic that he died so young but he died doing what he loved best. And looking back on a short life you can hardly say he was not busy chasing that dream or enjoying it. He was passionate about his 1st love of wildlife and infectious to all who watched him or met him.

Do you think you will ever become so motivated in life? I doubt if you will influence a single person in a good way with an attitude that is bitter and sour and quite frankly, shameful.

So you didn't care for Steve, big deal. Keep your gob shut and let others who did care express their feelings. What is that to you hmm? Gonna make you cry to hear other people mourn is it? over the course of the first three messages you posted here you've used the words of a single person to rail on against anonymous posters generally.....you've not once made any sort of distinction between those anonymous posters you feel are are deserving of your sermonizing, your sickening show of indignation, and your ad hominen attacks, and those who are, for whatever personal reasons you have of judging them so, okay in your book.....not once.

If we follow your argument to it's natural conclusion that Steve Irwin deserved to die because of what he chose to do in his live then yes it is comparable.

You chose to cross that street and people do get run down when they walk across the street. Therefore if you get squashed as flat as a pancake you deserved it as you were prepared to take the risk.

You can't have one rule for him and one rule for you. People either deserve to die because of the consequences of their actions or they don't. The amount of danger involved should have no bearing on your decision.

Steve Irwin was a very entertaining man and will be sadly missed.

Funny i just read this thread entirelly and most of the ppl who posted seem to forget that he didnt even die from a crocodile bite or smtgh. He was doing a documentary about ocean diving and died while he was punched in his chest by a stingray...wich is not a bad way to die btw (no pain). It was an accident and it could happen to any diver out there...so by your assumption any diver who dies because of a stingray diserves it.

I did not say the amount of risk was the same in crossing the road as working with dangerous animals. I said the amount of risk was irrelevant in determining whether someone deserves to die or not.

Explain to me where the level of risk a person takes in their live ceases to be acceptable and the criteria you use so that I can try to understand your argument?

Someone who flies - do they deserve to die ?
Someone who smokes - do they deserve to die ?
Someone who drinks - do they deserve to die ?

Actually tens of people die everyday crossing the street. It almost happened to me twice. So yeah, thats extremelly dangerous nowadays.
To anon...i didnt know what the documentary was about exactly. But it was still an accident, the stingray was hidden in the sand and apparently Steve hit it by accident. And of course he knew the great risks involved, he took charge of his own actions but that doesnt mean he diserved to die for crying out loud.

This guy was a pioneer in his approch to bringing wildlife to people who would never see some of these things normally. As with all pioneers/leaders they get out there and do things that others wouldn't dare. To have some half wit morons saying he deserved to die is both disrespectful and un-necessary. I was immensely saddened by the news of Steve Irwins death, the man did so much for conservation throughout the world and yet some idiots posting here cannot respect his death. Yes he did take risks and sadly this was one risk too many. I hope that you guys realise the value of respect when you have a sudden heart attack while wanking in video here, still, its a risk you have to take right? God bless you Steve, and our thoughts should be with your young family.

From my own understanding Steve did only wonderfull things for the animal protecting programmes, he revived the entire australian tourism and trough that maybe he brought new jobs for the people in tourism and actually saved a few species. WE only saw him on tv playing with crocodiles but he did lots of other good stuff. Maybe he was nuts indeed but he actually made a difference for the world, unlike all of you that say "he diserved it". Its like saying those astronauts from Columbia diserved to die because,hey, they took a chance.

The Columbia shuttle crew did take a great risk, although i would not say they deserved it. A technical malfunction does not make one deserve death. Playing with dangerous animals ... you deserve it when it comes.

I will repeat my former opinion about this matter. The people in the space shuttle did not deserve death, although we should not be surprised by it. It was an equipment malfunction that led to teh explosion, not their own foolish decisions. They did NOT deserve death the way Steve Irwin did.

A technical malfunction is a risk of flight... as would be evident by studying the flight issues of Shuttles in the past. For example.. the problems with Columbia echoed the problems with the fated Challenger in 1986. Both tragedies were a result of a malfunction that although identified as a potential problem by engineers in advance of launch they did not correctly inform senior officials at NASA. You are not telling me these highly educated professionals in their field (the astronauts incase I've nlost you) did not know even the basic information about the Challenger? that is clearly crap. They knew the risks. They knew that their safety lay in the hands of these engineers and decision making NASA gods and still they chose to take the risk doing something they could'nt spend their lives not doing. I dont beleive they deserved to die. In the same way I do not beleive that fighting troops who choose to join an active force dereve to be picked of by sniper fire. I dont beleive that the police officer who runs into a fight to save someone deserves to die. Noone deserves to die simply following their hearts desires and having the courage of their convictions.

There is a fine reason for me not giving my real chat host name. Business. My opinions and thoughts do not influence how I treat my clients or visitors and I do not want them to influence who comes to see me and how they may treat me when they are in my room. I found CC from a host on another site who suggested I visit her here for reasons because she knew me well. Being "guilt-ed" into a vid is the same "guilt-ed" into a drink at the corner bar. All the posts are most valid above and shows how much CC is its own community. Wish I had a magic wand to make all happy, but face it... will not happen. The hosts points are valid... they have bills to pay and this is "THAT" kind of site. The members points are valid... they are here because its "THAT" kind of site. I am viewer rather than host so don't know what it is like to work here, but is it possible that you may get more viewers at a lower price and therefore earn more money in the long run?

The only thing to add is that so few hosts actually put much though into their profile pages that most members brush right past it.

It is really nice nosey, but not all the hosts are behaving like that. Some of them dont chat on text, so you dont have any possibility to make clear what you can expect; some of them dont care with profiles and dont put any information there and some of them simply lie on text chat, just to take members on video, etc.
So these are good rules, what you have written, but unfortunatelly there are lot of hosts, who are breaking rules too.

Well :P i have tried to think of who it is but i`m SORRY i can`t remember, cos it wasn`t this year it happened by the look of it cos i went into my account under the session part to see what free vids i had done seeing CC keeps a track of all my vids Free or paid.... there was 3 from the start of this year.. So what ur talking about must be from last year..
but why won`t u tell me who it is, cos i`d like to know, i seriously can`t remember who it was, and how many times did i see her.. maybe it was under Koshed35 or 36... I have deleted those accounts now so i can`t look them up... Seriously who ever you are tell me who it was.. I`m not going to attack her or anything...
