Don't you get it? I am one of those who made a loan to a foreign chathost friend who stiffed me. Rather than whine here I quietly sucked it in and merely refused/ignored all other hints or requests for "help" and constantly advise others to do the same unless they are fully prepared to write it off.

My original post was merely an idle comment over a message from the girl that she was prepared to repay me and my musing whether she was thinking to repay what I sent in original dollars or in the currency she actually spent.

I think the system is fair, if a large enough sample is used, such as over the last 10 to 20 entries. I either give a good rating or "no" rating. When I give "no" rating I do not return to the host, but I feel that what I think may not be what others think; therefore, the "no" rating. That makes it fair to the host.

The reason that guys don't pay attention to the Profile Page is that they are so often empty or not helpful, so old they were written by the host that used that name 2 years ago or the English is too rudimentary. If you expect us to study and rely on the Profile Page then we need to be able to assess complaint points to all of them that are not helpful and fully descriptive. No one wants another way to complain about hosts.

If we are to rely on the Archive pics then we need a way to assess complaint points against hosts that don't have good ones, don't have enough of them, don't update them regularly. No one wants another way to complain about hosts.

The one complaint you have that is valid is why complain about the rate a host charges when it it clearly shown?

..ever consider that some jealous competitor might send someone in to give you a bad rating?....I think it happens...

I would never give a bad rating for technical problems or other things outside of the host's control.

I would give a bad rating for deceit, bad attitude, and stalling. All of those things suck in my opinion and are bad business. Good hosts don't do them. What do they mean?

Deceit. After agreeing to something in text chat the host does not deliver. Whether that is partial or full nudity. play, singing Yankee Doodle out of her butt. If she agree to do and doesn't that's deceit. I also include the "yeah I do that in open" hosts who then tell you....oh...you want me to take off this bra??? One to one only.

Bad attitude. Hosts who look like they are washing the dishes during a video. If you are tired I understand. If I see a girl who looks tired I ask...are you tired. Should I come back another day? But look...you chose this line of work...do it with a little enthusiasm or at least some sign of life? I also include in this category hosts who chat with other members during my video. Ok if they are in the video...otherwise...I am paying for your attention.

Stalling....obvious one. A little sexy tease and strip is great. Hopping around like you were stung by a bee while fully clothed for 5 minutes ignoring my messages for 5 minutes is annoying. Why do host worry about this so much? "'Ohhh, I lost a star from yesterday!" Booohoo, get over it, you are making easy money.
Many have mentioned it only works if certain cirteria is met; objective members, certain amout of time spent, member has to read the profile 1st, blah blah blah, Different strokes for different folks.
You could have the exact same show performed for 5 guys, same outfit, hairstyle, background, lighting, etc and get one or two that loved it and one or two that thought it was average, and mabe one that hated it, let it go, that is the way life is.

Unlike the majority that I have met there are some that come in just to be abusive and rude. There are some that come in to simply disrupt things. Some come in to ask for illegal activities and ask for things that are just not something you’ll do.. but they don’t always ask politely.. some are just down right nasty. It would be a hosts right to say to them.. no sorry, its that’s what you want you'll have to find someone else. Or those things aren’t allowed and its not worth me losing my job over. And that is exactly how I've said it in the past. Eg .. I had a customer years back as if I would pee on screen and then drink it.. he was quite obviously told no. However… he came back time and time again and asked in open room and disrupted the members who were being good company and eventually I banned him. Something you cannot sadly do on the new system without shutting down your session.

Why do you think we HOSTS suggested that only viewers who have been in video for a minimum of 2/3 minutes should be allowed to vote at all. It would help to curb those giving out unfair ratings .. both negative and positive. Staying with someone for less than a minute makes all but impossible to get a good view of who they are. Of course if they are sat there picking their backside, not ready for video, or tell you to sod off or not there at all.. then something should be done. You have a way of getting your money back if that happens… and maybe a revision to a tally of refunds given for no presence on webcam shown in profiles is the way to go. BUT if you go into straight into someone’s video without asking what they do and are disappointed that they wont shove a melon up their backside.. you shouldn’t be allowed to give a bad rating. As I know this might shock you… but sometimes… just sometimes it’s the viewers fault for not finding out whats on offer first. Also do you think its fair that the member who jumps and out of other peoples sessions in the vague hope they’ll get the host with their knickers down with the hope that they wont have to spend more than $50C on getting off have the same right to rate someone you may have spent 5-6 minutes with? I wouldn’t have thought so.

Personally, the only time I will give a host a bad rating is if she is in a adult category like not so shy or instant action and say's she's shy and does not like to do anything, or in any category and ignores me or is rude to me. Other then that it's always a good rating at least 4 stars minimum because they have done there job, they sat there and talked with me, told me or showed me they would do what I asked of them, or easily enough told me they don't like to do what I asked. Now every one has there own opinion on what the rating is for, like some viewers like to just chat with the host and have no “show” and still give a 5 star rating, and other's will take that as they give a good show and give a bad rating because they did not get what they wanted. I don’t really rely on the rating when choosing a host to go in and see, and I don’t go into free chat unless I have talked to the host before and want to return to them, it’s the lest I can do for them since they are doing this as a job, why deny them there work, when they cannot do it to the viewer? I will get off my soap box now, I have said enough because I can continue to go on and on saying the same thing over and over again.
