This is a difficult one. The main thing is you told the second guy the situation. He was probably hoping that by joining an instant action vid when someone was in there he would find you naked. I suppose if you wanted to offer the best customer sevice possible you could have told him that he could get a refund for the time he spent.

The first Viewer ALWAYS has priority and in the case of dueling instruction HE is the one wh directs things. You should NEVER enter a video without textchatting first to be sure she is willing/able to give what you want. In your case the first Viewer defined and was satisfied with the action he wa getting.

What if he didn't WANT her to strip and his desire was exactly what you saw? Who does HE complain to? Does he get the refund from YOUR credit card.

first off, if you re-read the original post, it was the viewer that told the host to fuck off, not the host that said it.

secondly, your logic is flawed... it has always been first come first served in video and that is the position that CC has always taken on the matter when viewer complaints are made. since viewers are made keenly aware of when a host is in a video session already by the video options available to them... BEFORE they enter video... they have the ability to decide whether to enter or come back later before they spend any of their money with the host. any viewers entering after the first video has already started are gambling with their money and know they might not get the show they want. nobody forced them to enter video. their choice and they have no right to complain afterwards.

thirdly, again your logic is flawed and furthermore, your stance as "paying member" is narcissistic. You handled the situation correctly, the second viewer was just getting pissy and throwing a tantrum because he did not get his way. Very childish... thought this was an adult site... anyway, even if he does report you to CC, they will not issue you any penalites because he was not the first viewer in your video and you informed him that you were already in the middle of a show with someone that did not want to see u naked and gave him the option to wait or to come back later, so after that point it was his choice to stay in video, knowing he would not see u naked until the the first viewer left, and it was his choice to continue spending money in vid to argue about it, so they will not give him a refund either.

but after reading your profile and seeing what you wrote under expectations.... i.e. "Please don't ask for nudity, not even in one2one, because you won't see it" i would advise you to stay out of the instant action category. the instant action category was created for action, not talk and nudity is expected without delay if a viewer asks for it. if you do not want to take your clothes off, stay in the non-adult category or at the most, the little shy category. if you refuse to strip ever, as your profile inplies, and have your session open in instant action, CC can and will give you penalty points and refund viewers if they ask you to strip and you refuse to do it. if however, you have changed your hosting policy and now do nudity in video, then update your profile accordingly. the categories can be confusing enough for viewers trying to find what they are looking for, don't make it harder for them... stay in the appropriate category for the show you choose to offer.

First of all thank you all for taking time and reply to my question. That was very nice of you and I appreciate it :) (K)

About profile: I am in non-adult usually, yesterday it was the only day I was in instant action. I was there for 3 reasons:
1. I was dieing to try the game :D
2. I wanted to keep some of my old promises to some guys and since I respect the rules, I had to be in an adult category.
3. I needed a bit more money because now I have to pay the immigration papers and they r damn expencive.
This being said - the only day in adult - I didn't changed the profile, because being in Instant Action is a very good clue that I WILL get naked, right? As I said: I respect the rules CC has for their categories. Plus I really didn't have time to change the profile at all, as I have been very very busy..

Now: I don't usually ask people to come in one 2 one. As a matter of fact I ask only one guy, but that is a part of the roleplay we play. One of my personal rules is NOT to ask for 1 2 1. If someone wants that, he will come there without me asking it. I don't find it fair to ask people to pay more when I don't provide anything different in one to one than open session, no matter the category I am in. I think at one 2 one exactly as CC said it is supposed to be: privacy, nothing more. And I pesonaly don't like the girls who use 1 2 1 to milk more money, is NOT fair!!

Now, even if it is Instant Action, I believe that the guy who wants to just talk is entitled to talk at the lower price in open session as well as the guys who want to see a show in open session. Why would I ask the guy to come in one 2 one and pay more for just talk? That isn't fair again!
The other guys who come are warned that there is already someone else in there, I don't force anyone to come to my room, so I expect a little bit of understanding from them as well as they expect from me. What it was intended to be and what it has become are two different things. Nominally non-adult is non-adult. Realistically it has become largely adult though only in one to one and generally only at a premium price. I suspect CC is considering how to deal with the problem.
