Agreed...I am a regular visitor to this fine woman. Only part I don't agree with is that you say it is quite difficult to get into her show. I never have a problem. Seems like whenever I am in the mood to visit her, she is always available and I think "why is this lovely not in video??!!". But you know, for just a few more cents a minute, I always choose 121 with her, which is still a greater bargain than you will find anywhere.

With all the new sites like this springing up it's easy to find a low cost pay per view girl.

My dear lady...in your category I am sure your price is reasonable. I didn't check before I responded. But I think the idea that lowering your price will bring cheap short videos is not true. Lower prices generally mean longer videos and more faithful viewers who become regulars. Sure you will get a few quick hitters but I suspect you will get a larger more loyal following. In a way it's kinda right that rich people dont worry about bread and food and where to get food -yes.
But lol, what they don't mention is what type of problems rich people have. Like for example: if i live in a penthouse and you live in a flat, you living in a flat (depends on you of course) you can hate me for being more successful and find other reasons but the true reason would be you hating me for something you dont have.
People think and say everyday: Bill Gates should give his money to me, or donate the money to our club..
People always expect too much from everything.

But look, i dont wanna go deep into details. Let me say and kinda confess.

My family was extremely poor, i mean as poor as it gets.
Although your right about when it comes to cancer troubles thats true yes, but it's still kind of generalising because there are many many reasons and i cant mention all.
Im not saying it's better to be poor or rich, i want to say that both sides have cons and pros.

I wanna say this though, We had much better life when we were poor.
I would love to give up everything i have to return to that past.

But they have to live in both shoes and i dont mean only one person too.

1: you go to an expensive hospital and they all talk and most probably worst then a normal hospital.
2: Many people have cancers that still cant be cured for any money, (happens a lot, even in the family) (my).
When your poor you do more research and most probably someone already recommended you something good. In the rich world same thing could happen but it can be just someone elses gossip and go and get ripped off.
If you dressed poor and walk through a dangerous alley you just be a local unless your unlucky. If im walking in the same spot and dressed rich i will get mugged and beaten up unless im lucky.

People don't wanna kill or kidnap average Joe, but if it's some Joe with a big account worth few millions, people who are capable of such things, to them it's a walking treasure chest.

Just analyse this, rich are more targeted, more hated, more judged, taken advantage off, people and i mean almost all people always search and hunt for a rich sucker! Every shop salesman wants to rip off riches..
And still im not saying rich are better.
Im just saying we both have ups and downs.
It's tough being rich and it's tough being poor.
Life is hard and tough thats why.
Please don't think it's easier though, We both have ups and downs, we both share deep secrets that we won't tell even on the Documentary programs. But yes! It's nicer to have money, but as long as not everybody knows about it. If money could buy happiness then fights over money wouldn't exist.
Again we were poor and now we're not. When your poor people hang out with you and want nothing from you and when your rich you don't know if they hanging with you because they like you or because they can use you. (Sounds harsh but many people are really like that)
and when you poor you dont get those fakers much and you also see the other fakers and how te rich guys fall for their sly tricks..

But you still can control your life and make it happy being poor or rich.
Unless your just unlucky in life and you know what? If you are, the time will come and it will change for better one day.
The real lucky and happy people are the people who never had big tragedies in their lives or had but few.

What do you consider a "reasonable price". Any host in "not shy" has to be ready to do some sort of show in open video. You can find many for $0.75 - $1:00 a minute here. If you want a lower price than this you are not looking for a reasonable price, you are looking for cheap.

many times ive had hosts say i only do that in 121 and didnt.
a few hours searching isnt much spend more time searching and you will find a few that are happy to show plenty in open session.
keep in mind many hosts are clockwatchers and take thier time to get into it , so i suggest you keep a close watch on your clock and set a limit such as if she doesnt do X in 5 minutes, you leave.

As for the girl saying we pay less here on CC than in other sites, yes, generally speaking, we do.
But in other sites you don't have to deal with the 121 non-sense, the non-enforced category "guidelines" - and get benefits like watching video preview, recorded videos, and buying time by volume with discounts.

All in all, i spend more in other sites since the 121 rule came into existance. Because, as it is now, "little shy" and "glamour" are the most expensive categories of them all, because you need to spend a LOT of time with the host and THEN go to 121 which more often than not, 100% over the base price.
Which in turn leads to other sites being cheaper. You can even get to see the same girls do a show for a lower overall cost, since you spend less time with the "yadda yadda it's against the rules" here.

Not everyone wants to jump immediately to a show every time. I sometimes like to chat, flirt, be teased for a while, then have a show. Why should I pay a 121 price for the whole video. One of the reasons for the increase in hosts who only show in 121 is the number of rude members. Many times when a host is in video other members join and start giving conflicting requests/instructions. Some hosts manage to handle this in open vid. Others decide it is simpler to only show in 121. Not the orginal intention of 121, just an unintended consequence.

I guess it comes down to this question. Host are you making as much money or more on CC as you were a year ago? If so then keep your prices where they are? If not consider lowering the prices at least during slow times of the day for you. Members are you doing as many or as long of videos as you did a year ago? If so then the new prices don't bother you...if not then chances are you are not a happy camper.

And girls if you do strip and give a show in open. Put it in your profile. It is very very good for business.

I would like to see a single price for hosts and have host divided into categories by price. Have a nonadult and adult section divided by price. And if you want 121 it is .50 more per minute across the board.

So if a host is in the under 1.00 category in adult I know she will do something adult (I think that should be spelled out in a section of the profile...like lingerie, topless, nude no play, all, etc.) I go to a video I know what I am getting for the price and if I want privacy I pay extra.

Errr...yeah it does. You will get a constant stream of men doing 10 minute videos for $5.00. Easy, fast way to earn you pieces. Price has everything to do with it.

Economics 101.
The LOWER your price, the MORE people will be able to see you.
The HIGHER your price, the LESS people will be able to see you.

Wether they WANT to see you or not, is NOT important, since COST tends to be the only restriction.
That said, what's better? Sit in front of your computer for 8 hours, and get 2 members, for a total of 20 minutes at $2 per minute?
Or would you rather spend 6 hours in front of your computer, and get 10 members for a grand total of 200 minutes at $.80 per minute?

If two hosts are equal in terms of quality, the market says that the one who charges less money, will get the most members, and in turn, more profit - because most likely she will spend less time idle in front of her computer, as opposed to the one who has to sit for hours and hours and hours with no viewers at all (remember, the higher the price, the less amount of people that can afford you ;))

Some girls RISE their prices when they get no viewers, in an attempt to try and compensate for their income loss. Honey, you're doing it the wrong way, since this is a market, you have to lower your price to make it affordable forr a wider amount of customers. If you start getting a lot of viewers, THEN, increase the price!

For all of you who don't believe me, do a test-run.
See how much you earn PER HOUR at your current price, during a week.
Then lower your price by say, 20%. And see how much you earn PER HOUR for a week.
If you used to earn more before lowering your price, it's plain and simple: your price was right for the market.
If you start earning more when you lowered the price, that means your price was OVER the current market value.
If you're doing bad economically, you will lose little trying this :))

Oh, and make sure you do it in a PER HOUR comparison. An hour in front of the computer with no members, is an hour wasted - you could be doing some other job and earning a lot more (opportunity cost), or simply put, you could be reading and having fun with your friends. Not to mention for all the girls who work at home and have to pay their Internet Provider, electricity, etc (or for the girls who pay on a per day basis to their studios).

I for one would have gone to your video for that price if I had known you were lowering your price and if I was home. If you are going to do that you should advertise it so people know. Or set a particular slow time every day. Say 1-3 eastern time your video is xx cents a minutes. Advertise that. If you lower your price and dont tell anyone you are expecting men to just stumble upon the lower price. You could send a mail out to all your past customers. A few good hosts do that. Keep a list and send out CC mail. I miss you. Come see my new pics. Or...what gets me. Come see me and I will give you a half price video if you stay for 30 minutes. All good business. I go on CC binges every now and then, after which I disappear for awhile once I get it out of my system, My most recent binge has been about $8,000 in 7 weeks. I get so much love during these periods of high-volume use, only to be ignored by most of my "friends" when I cut back. Strange how that works, lol. But sometimes I do end up with a real friend that doesn't expect video or anything so that's always nice. Then you know that the host actually cares about you as a person, not as a big fat wallet.

As a member, I would not like anything that encourages me to spend more than I already do. I spend enough already, lol. Also, flagging members for hosts also raises issues in terms of member privacy. I do not necessarily want everyone to know how much I spend because then hosts expect me to spend more just like casinos expect me to gamble more for comps. On the other hand, if CC wants to give me a discount for spending more like another site I know does, I would of course like that.

I'd rather see the option to buy by "time volume" for a specific host: 30 minutes with a 10% discount, 1 hour for a 20% discount, for example.
It's better for the viewer, and it may be useful for some hosts (the one who don't want it, should have the option to not allow it).

CC sees itself and the Ebay of Porn. Their business model is to provide the means of matching willing buyers (horny members) to willing sellers (cash strapped hot girls). For this service they take a percentage of the sale price. Of course the more sales the more money they make. They must police the site going after members and hosts who are not playing according to the rules. They attempt to increase business in general with contests and special promotions but anything that rewards some more than others always has to be paid by someone. I think it is up to the host to reward high rollers with extra perks....free videos, hotter videos, maybe some off site action. Neither CC or the hosts will go along with anything that erodes their income long term.

Half of the girls with phone symbols do not do phone and generally didnt know a phone symbol was there. By far the girls I did phone with did not have a phone symbol. They were willing to let me call their cell phones. They also said they did not want to talk but they would listen. Pretty hot if you ask me. But my point is the symbol is no guarantee and the lack of a symbol means little as well.

Host should consider having two phones... or at least two sims... One for CC and one for personal use.

The CC phone rules (set by the host) could be that the viewer only gets the number after he is in video so she was sure he would go into video. Of course, he could leave right away, but that would not matter because the host would not turn on her CC phone until he was actually in her video and saying he was calling, and the phone would be turned off the second he leaves video. That would prevent 1.000.000 phone calls from viewers. Also, I believe that most phones allow sms to be turned off and to make it so voice messages cannot be left. This would prevent harrassment by viewers. Finally, there are phone in Europe (I know of none in USA) that do not need credits on them for but a viewer could call and the host would not pay.

The only risk with my plan seems to be that a host would need to buy a new phone if she wanted to keep her personal phone on at all times and not change sims and also that two viewers (one in video and one that already had a number) would call at the same time (which seems unlikely and it is easy enough to change phone numbers for the CC phone if a viewer became a stalker and waited for another member to enter video -- a host could only give numbers to members with cams to prevent repeat stalking if the number is changed). Also, phone could be an incentive to go 1 to 1 and offered there exclusively. I don't think that I am missing anything, but hosts let me know. And of course microphones that actually worked and didn't take up too much bandwidth would be another alternative.

The guy entering chat has no idea that his greeting isn't going to be seen by a host who is away from her screen vaccuuming her cat, busy on one of the other sixteen sites she is currently in a 121 with, or just doesn't care enough about free chat to answer.... ie. I've had the experience before where my greeting in text gets no response, so I go into vid and she is right there and ready to talk... I then leave.

I can see both sides though... well, except for the side where you say you just watch them and say nothing when you know they have entered. And like I said, you can see when I come in... I can't see when you aren't there or are just ignoring me.

The idea of the free chat is to be able to get to know someone a bit before deciding that you might want to give her your money. And someone who says nothing at all has just told me all I need to know.
Btw, I also should also mention this is not the only site with free "intro" chat where this happens, and I think, for the most part I've had better responses from the hosts here than a lot of them elsewhere...

I am constantly amazed at some of the things I read in these forums. In a normal world, the customer is usually greeted by the salesperson. Only here is there debate about who says "hi" first.

Some members have a bunch of windows open at the same time. They may have opened your window and you did not respond right away and they moved on to another. Your window is lost in the tabs or open windows. This happens because a lot of hosts don't respond. Out of 50 hosts I try and chat with at night (Eastern US time) only about 20 or so respond. So it is a question of volume. Say hi to 5 and maybe 2 will be awake or not otherwise engaged.

I don't get you people, why make such a big deal?
Do what i do, If someone comes in, i am just random. Either i say hello or i just pause a few seconds or bit more and if nobody says anything then i just say hello or hi first.
Thats it and why such a big deal? Lets come down to earth and not be so high and mighty about ourselves we're all equal.
