Are you in love?
I don't want to start another of the endless debates on here about is Love possible or not. I just want to ask a simple question. Do you feel like you are genuinely IN LOVE with a host or a member?
Forget about whether you can trust that they love you back. Forget about whether it will work out or not. There is so much distrust here. I just want to know. Do you have these strong strong feelings for a person you met here? Just you, your own feelings, and are they true?
I think it happens more than anyone knows, and I think it happens to host AND members. It's just very unfortunate that so many problems make it turn out bad. And so many times one feels real love and the other one already got burned too much to feel or trust it.

Hello there...After years being online ..when I thought nothing more could happen...because I am far away from being twenty( or thirty!) story of my life
I always get zero or three. Never one, never two.
Zero girlfriends for six months, then get lonely and start flirting. Somehow always get three girlfriends instead of just one. Going from starving to gluttony (sexually speaking). Then I can't live like that, and not fair to them and exhausting for me, so I choose one. I only want one gf. But then that doesn't work and i'm back to none again fast!! Cats vs Dogs
Why is it that people love cats and hate dogs, or the other way around? Some few people like both, that's true, but I think most dislike one and love the other.

I certainly do not hate cats and in fact had one as a pet for a while (it was homeless and kind of moved in itself - although this was before it became homeless). But it was very unfriendly only paying you attention when he or she wanted fed (I never did figure out what sex it was).
However I have had several dogs and the love you get from them is amazing. The pleasure I have had walking along the beach with them on a summers day or a cold winters morning is also something I never got from a cat.
Plus you can't come home blind drunk and tell a cat all your problems or about the girl you have drunkenly fallen in love with.
I also had one dog that had been treated badly by it's previous owner and one day she was sick in the house. She then went and got an item of clothing and attempted to hide the sick under it before hiding behind the settee. If it had been a cat it would have watched as I stepped in the sick and then laughed :P

The Purina Diet
Yesterday I was in the queue for the check out at my local supermarket with my trolley laden with Purina dog food for my loyal four legged friend when a woman behind me asked if I had a dog.
My first thought was to ask her "What do you think i have, an elephant?" However instead, on impulse, I told her that no, I didn't have a dog, I was starting the Purina Diet again. I added that I probably shouldn't, because I ended up in hospital last time, but that I'd managed to lose 12kgs before I woke up in intensive care with tubes coming out of most of my orifices and IVs in both arms.
I explained that it was essentially a perfect diet and that the way that it works is to load your pockets with Purina nuggets and simply eat one or two every time you feel hungry. The food is nutritionally complete so it works well and I was going to try it again. By this time practically everyone in queue was now enthralled with my story. Horrified, she asked me if I ended up in intensive care because the dog food poisoned me or made me ill in some way. I replied no, I had stayed in perfect health, until I stepped off a curb and bent down to sniff a labrador's asshole and a car hit us both.
I thought the guy behind her was going to have a heart attack he was laughing so hard.
I'm now banned from that Supermarket.

If I were you I would visit my family for holidays, and make more time for myself. Working on CC cant be named a carrier but money are made easily so you better enjoy life more, go out, play hobbies, create opportunities to meet the ONE, or at least try it. I saw many movies about VIPs crying for a regular life and poor people dreaming to be famous..why dont we learn more from other's "mistakes"? Being in between wont kill us. Make a list with what you REALLY want from life and try to do everything for those. Good luck and start thinking positive. Thanks for reminding us the time is passing by too fast and we need to enjoy every little thing in it.

I understand how you feel, but remember also that this season is also about appreciating the blessings in your own life, and perhaps how you might share those with others. You are healthy, beautiful, and intelligent; you have much to share.

Try a more traditional dating site if you're going to stay around as an 'online' person ... keep on with CC as your money earner but I think it's a chance in a thousand to find a genuine guy who you will like 'in real life' here - and will trust in the future. This site is a secret fantasy playground for most guys.

Sorry to hear you are depressed but you are young and have many many good years ahead of you never rush into anything. Holidays both make us sad and also happy , try to dwell on the good things you have in life , your health , you do have a family that loves you they are just not close to you and obvious friends from here thinking of you. If you wanna chat through emails by all means dont be shy im always a good shoulder to lean on.

Sorry to hear that you are feeling sad. This can be a difficult time of year as depression, loneliness, financial burdens, family conflicts, feelings of loss, feelings of failure, and alcohol abuse may intensify. I'm not qualified to offer advice to you here but I can tell you that you are not the only one who feels that way.

well, a favorite host, and a favorite list of hosts are two different things. for me, the favorite list is for those hosts I want to visit again, some regularly. A favorite host is the host I like far above others and will probably visit more than anyone else.
