what to do, what to do
As of right now, I have 999 videos. Question is do I go for a good friend that I have seen many times, or do I see somebody new for no 1000? Your thoughts?
RE: what to do, what to do
Leave CC before you become truly addicted... 999 is 666 upside down. This is your last chance to escape!!!
Bravo, Canada!
The openning of the Winter Olimpic Games 2010 was awsome! Impressive show, and Garou, omg, BE MY WIFE!!)) And the ceremony of the lightning of the Olimpic Flame-breathtaking)))))
Canada was always on my wish list of the countries id like to visit, hope one day ill get there:) They say to get a visa there is a pain in the ass tho)
Anyway-good job!!! Really enjoyed the ceremony:)

RE: Bravo, Canada!
yep agree with u one of the best openings of the olympics i have seen too....shame the first lighting of the flame inside the arena went wrong when only 3 of the ice sculptures came out and not all 4....still...nothing is ever perfect (except for me ofc) :p
RE: Bravo, Canada!
It was pretty boring for me. They even had noticeable technical difficulties lighting the Cualdron. There were supposed to be 4 arms rising from the floor, 3 functioned. A disaster of a show! I hope the snow doesn't keep melting as i want to see the competitions.
RE: Bravo, Canada!
Breathtaking? It was a nice opening ceremony overall, but I wouldn't call it breathtaking. Things like China's opening ceremony and MonikaBabe are breathtaking.
I would call it a nice, intimate opening ceremony which is what the organizers were going for. It was a shame that there was a problem with the lighting of the flame, but I think it still came off pretty good. I am getting a little tired of Wayne Gretsky though, lol... I think Canada needs a new face. He has spent almost as much time in the USA as Canada, but I guess there isn't anybody else of his stature.
The ceremony was perfect for the winter Olympics and for the small town feel that is Canada. And in terms of visiting Canada, I would be happy to go there with you. (We can get married so you will be an American, and there won't be a problem with your needing a visa.) It is a beautiful country with nice people. Americans like me couldn't have a better neighbor. There are few places in the world which have such a friendly relationship with the country that they share a border. I don't know if I can think of even one thing I don't like about the people or the country, except the weather, lol. And if the USA isn't going to get the gold in an event, I hope Canada does, especially in hockey because I know how important it is to them.
Canada is a special place with wonderful people, and I wish them luck this Olympics. Good luck! Bon chance!

RE: Bravo, Canada!
Lol thx for the compliment first))) And yes, Canada is cool, Russia and Canada have a lot of things in common, like mentality, weather and hockey lol) I always get along a bit too well with members from Canada on cc and ppl from Canada in real life, love them all) But no matter how much i like this country, sorry canadians, but the gold in hockey will be ours;)
RE: Bravo, Canada!
You just like canadians, the ceremony was mediocre at its best. The technology was not well handled. I don't know what could they had done if it wasn't for all the lighting effects. I have seen better ceremonies with great shows. Even the tap dancing choreography was a mess. My God, intimate ceremony? at a $1.354 billion cost? I dont want to know what the cost will be when the canadians make a world wide event. LOL.
RE: Bravo, Canada!
Please, dont tell me what i like okay? I do like canadians, but i also enjoyed the show. What matters for me is not how much they spent on the show, or what exactly they did, whats important is-if i like the whole picture or notand if i enjoy watching the action. I liked it. And critisizing the small details-dunno, just boring:)
RE: Bravo, Canada!
i have to agree with moni on this one.no matter how much i'd love to see the US or canada win the gold in mens hockey,i think russia will win it with the amazing talent that they have this year.
RE: Bravo, Canada!
I haven't followed the NHL closely this year.... But don't the Canadians have the better goaltending? If so, I'd give them the edge although seeing Malkin and Ovechkin could be interesting. (Hate Ovechkin, lol.)
RE: Bravo, Canada!
Ovechkin is the reason this American will root for the Russians :)))
Just give him back to us whole, that's all I ask...

RE: Bravo, Canada!
Are you one of the 3 real hockey fans in D.C. or just a frontrunner? You may be real or only seem real. :p
RE: Bravo, Canada!
good point.... IF some hot Russian women will join me by a nice fire, I will root for them too.... except for Ovechkin! (Okay, if we watch while in bed, I root for him too.)
RE: Bravo, Canada!
I admit I wasn't expecting much from an indoor show, but as it turned out, even with the little gliches, it was impressive.
I hope you do come to Canada...as I understand it, the visa is much easier to get than it used to be. You must come to Calgary though....and we'll do lunch ;))

RE: ur GF and this job
if he cant understand after ur explaining his pride is preventing him trying. . its oviously a deal breaker
RE: ur GF and this job
well my gf wouldnt mind if me was on here,, she in costa rica and me here in america,,as longs as me not putting me part inside a host here it ok she says. so if your bf has a problem with that, tell him give me a call and me explain this is for fun and money
RE: ur GF and this job
You have two problems:
1. You were not honest with him from the beginning. That will be difficult to forgive and even harder to forget if he does forgive you. You have undermined his ability to trust you and trust is a key to a relationship.
2. I don't think it would be easy for a guy that is not a member of a site to understand your job. I doubt I could ever have a relationship with someone from a site if I hadn't learned firsthand what it truly was about, and I doubt he will ever understand either. It is no different than a guy telling his gf that he goes to a site and telling her not to be jealous. It is not likely to work. It is hard enough to avoid jealously issues when both a host and a member are in a relationship and understand things... When only one person understands, it will be even worse.
Your only hope is to apologize for not telling him and say you were afraid of how he would react. Then you can explain what sites are about and why you are working on one. (I assume money is the answer.) Try to make him understand that you are just stripping or chatting or whatever... nothing too hard core... just like a stripper at a club. There is no touching or anything, and your heart is with him. Let him know many hosts have bfs (sorry members, it is true, lol), and are here just to pay for school, rent, et cetera. And let him know that if you had another job where you actually were with other men every day and getting to know them "in real", that in some ways that is a lot bigger threat than some stranger saying "hey baby.... let me see you strip." I would try to leave out the idea you have friends on the site since this may be too much for him to accept. Let him think it is just a bunch of guys you want nothing to do with, and you probably want to forget about ever meeting any friends you have made unless you are sure he believes you are just friends. I would postpone any such meetings for a long time, however.
Good luck.

RE: ur GF and this job
Sorry to tell you, but if you're serious about your BF, you don't belong in here. It's insincere to tell someone you love him, then spend hours flirting with guys for money. Time for a different job.
RE: ur GF and this job
Put yourself in his place. How would you react if he never told you his job is to strip for other women? It's a hard to understand. Some men dont mind, but I dont know if that's really love. I know I dont mind knowing my gfs strips, but I wouldn't like my gf chatting with another man for hours. Long relaxing chatting between a man and a woman can be a good start for a good friendly relation that can later lead to a platonic romance. Platonic romances are flawless fantasies and can sometime become our reality. On the other hand, it's shocking for a man to find out that his lover is an internet stripper and the thoughts that cross his head are not so good. Sorry, but I don't think you will have a 2nd chance with your bf. You should had told him "before" accepting this job. He must be heartbroken now... Perhaps love between you two is strong and he will try to forget. Who knows. Time will tell. Good Luck!
RE: ur GF and this job
He sounds a little insecure..and rightfully so...I would imagine you spend long hours giving attention to other men, and then go home tired. I think you have to ask yourself...am I proving to him that he means more to me than my members?
You just can't expect him to think of this as just another job.....its a very unique job, that can bring unique challenges to a relationship.
good luck

RE: ur GF and this job
I would not have a problem with it because it is only online and I would be sleeping with you in real life.
RE: ur GF and this job
Heh is right about ignoring most of member comments. Members will say they would not want their gf's working on here because in the back of our minds we wwant to believe all the flirting and sweet things you say are for real. It is unfortunate if you had lied to him about what you did and he didn't find out from you. That would upset me and I would always advise hosts to tell any bf they are serious about what they do. However I would not consider it unforgivable. However this is basically due to his insecurity. I am not sure how to help him understand your job. If you think you and he could handle it you could have him sit in the room off cam while you are on line so he can see what actually happens. There is a potential vicious circle in that the more you emphasise that you do not mean what you tell members on here the more he will get the impression you are good at deception.
RE: ur GF and this job ~ unhappy host
A good friend of mine, who happens to be a host, once asked me would I ever consider going out with a host? I told her the truth. And that was, I go out with someone who I have feelings for not because of their job. She asked me why would I not get jealous of all the men she would talk to as a host, implying that if I did not get jealous I did not really care. I replied, it has always been my philosophy that good relationships are built on trust and understanding with a smattering of compromise in between. To me what she would do in a chatroom with her members has nothing to do with me, as no matter how many fantasies and dreams members might have of her, at the end of the day it is I who gets to keep her happy in the real world.
Of course this may just be about confidence in oneself but to me it is just an honest approach to a complex issue.
So yes, it is a shame he reacted so badly and perhaps that just reflects a trust issue he has in you. It could be that you don't communicate as much as is needed and don't sufficiently know each other well enough to have blind faith in your partner. I don't think you are necessarily to blame but it is not my place to make you feel any more of any less guilty. Sometimes guys can just be totally inflexible and never see it from anyone elses' point of view but their own. I've never understood the attraction of these sorts of men but then again I am not a woman so perhaps there is something else I am missing.
Oh well....

RE: ur GF and this job
I met a host here. We chatted for 6 months. We met and fell in love and got married in our 2nd meeting. Then we met again 4 more times in 6 months while she got her visa. She got her visa, we lived like a happy couple the first 3 months. Of course, I worked and supported her while she was perfecting english at a school nearby. She never stopped chatting with "her online friends" she met on while she worked as a host. No problem, she had all my trust, besides i understood I was not home 10 hours each day from Mon-Fridays while I work and she was home all alone all this time. I put myself in her place and thought poor baby. I thought, we come a long way now and internet chatting can't hurt our relationship. Well, it became a problem when "one of her old online friends" decided to meet her. I asked her if I could come to what she definitely answered: I need to go alone. He is my friend and why can't you trust me? He is only a friend. I did not say anything else, she took a taxi and came back late at night drunk. I waited until she was sober next morning. She admitted having sex after some drinks and begged me to forgive her. I said: No way. She said: Fine, I have a real man that I can go to. She called "this friend" on my presence on speaker conference and her friend to what her friend said: Thanks for the great night we had, but I can't take you with me, sorry, but i have other plans. She cried and begged me it will never happen again, but "trust" was broken. She went back to her home country. So there you go, Trust is not about your self-confidence or own pride. It's just depends on who you are with and you never get to know it.
RE: ur GF and this job
trust can always be broken,by everyone.noone is perfect.but trust can be rebuilt if you have love, hope, love, honesty, love, forgiveness, love,
strength,love,understanding & love :--)

RE: ur GF and this job
no problem, i enjoy helping the less fortunate here and imparting my years of wisdom. Gets the chicks too.
RE: ur GF and this job
I can understand your reaction but the situation is totally different from one unhappy host. She is not planning on meeting members. To me the killer thing in your case was your wifes reaction after she begged forgiveness and you said "no". She may have said what she did out of pride but for her to say "Fine, I have a real man that I can go to." made even her request for forgiveness seem insincere.
RE: ur GF and this job
tell him the person on screen has a different name to the person he loves and the one and the other are two different people, like putting a mask on when you work.
Another thought for Valentines Day
Treat your honey to a romantic dinner by candle-light. That doesn't mean you don't have to take your sweetheart to a posh restaurant and spend a lotta bucks. Rather, you can arrange your own candle-lit dinner at home. Cook up a splendid dinner together. Even a simple pasta would work; buy dessert from the bakery in the grocery store. Set the table; create a romantic atmosphere with candles, sweet snacks and wine. Have soft romantic music playing in the background, and dim the lights so that it's mostly the candles lighting the room. Then dress up and "attend" the dinner walking up to the table hand in hand with your love. You'll be amazed how much more fun it gives to have a candle-lit dinner at home. Once dinner is over, dance slowly to your song. Then snuggle as you watch a romantic flick together.---then hope you get lucky and make love
Valentine Day Thoughts
What about some simple and useful tips to spend the most awaited day in a different way? Here are how you can spend a marvelous valentine’s day alone.
1. Wake up super early in the morning and start to clean up. What to clean up? Start by throwing away everything which reminds you about her or him, his or her photos, gifts etc.
2. Take a hot and long bath and wash away her or his memories. Yes it works. Stay as much time as you want in the bathroom.
3. What about a quick decoration for your house? Move some stuff here and there and open all windows.
4. Go to the market and buy loads of chocolates or meat. Do not forget the roses, just please yourself girls and several sports magazines men.
5. Who cares about how slim you are? The loser was a maniac of slim body, right? Just get in a fast food and buy anything you want to eat.
6. Spend the night eating loads of popcorn and watch some super romantic films.
7. Have a good cry. Do not forget your stock of tissues.
8. Still not feeling okay, right? Get the damn phone, dial her or his cursed number and swear at him or her, this will surely lighten up yourself. (Ps: Don’t forget to tell her how she s*ck in bed or him he got a rotten smell pe*is!

This Contest
Many hosts have always wanted to win on their own in past contests.
This contest it seems the difficult thing might be finding the members with complete halves.
Might be fun to take care of the other hosts that haven't been as fortunate in the past. Let the hosts that wanted to be on their own in the past, find out that without members support, they get nothing.
Just a thought.

RE: This Contest
LOL. The contest is something fun, I just got 22 pieces from the last vid I did and they were all doubles. Don't take it serious and have fun with it. I can understand that it gets frustrating to be in com chat and hear certain hosts complain about not winning but they forget to mention that they have made more money during the contest period. Just enjoy it for what it is, something silly that cc does to bring some fun to people.
RE: This Contest
I like how hosts I thought were nice, sweet people raise their price during the contest. I know that sometimes members like this under the theory that they can win faster (wonder how often that works, lol) but many hosts seem to do it on their own.
If it is all about fun, then a host should keep her price the same as always. On the other hand, I like when they raise their price... Not to win, but so I learn who is just a host to see for a show and who is someone to visit for a nice longgggggggg chat since she is worthy of my respect.

RE: This Contest
I don't disagree, but some hosts raise their prices so that both the viewer and the host get their pieces faster. That might be both party's objective, if that's how they are playing the game.
I'm just saying a higher price at contest time isn't necessarily a sign of ill intent. You could ask her to lower it, and maybe she will.

Snow Storms caused by Global Warming
Now those Global Warming nuts are saying all our Snow Storms here are caused by Global Warming.
ha ha ha ha ha ha ha thats very very funny one. Whats will you nuts in the global warming crowd think of next?!

good god, educate yourself a bit or you look like an idiot.
global warming isn't about looking out your window at the rest of the trailer park and seeing what the temperature happens to be today.

RE: Snow Storms caused by Global Warming
And what is it about? Climate Change yes. Naturally occurring yes. Part of the cyclical warming/cooling trends of mother earth yes. Global warming because of human activity. doubtful, inconclusive.
RE: Snow Storms caused by Global Warming
Well, the media & politicians tell us that the majority of scientists believe that man made global warming is undeniable fact. Are you suggesting that media & political types would lie to us? Surely not !!
imho the global warming scam is being used to modify our behavior(social control) & more importantly it is being used to modify & manipulate the behavior of developing countries, their politicians & their population.
Those who use political correctness to bully intimidate, manipulate & control people also seem to be very big on man made global warming.
Maybe I been spending too much time at David Icke's website. Ho Hum.
PS maybe I'm talking out of my ass. However Al Gore may also be taking out of his ass.

RE: Snow Storms caused by Global Warming
I don't know if global warming has anything to do with snow storms, but my understanding of things is that most scientists believe in global warming. That doesn't mean the oceans will start boiling in the next decade, but scientsts are saying we are getting to the point where it will soon be too late for any pollution and other restrictions to be effective to reverse the process.
Most leaders in most countries seem to accept the theory behind global warming. That doesn't mean they are right, but I would think a long time before calling people nuts when most of the evidence is on their side. I know you are talking about snow storms, but I think it is clear you thought these people were nuts before you heard anything about snow storms.
The real objection about global warming theories is that some countries and businesses think it will lead to unnecessary restrictions that will hurt economic growth. When I look at who objects to restrictions in the USA and who supports them, I think I will side with those that are not of the same make that lead to the global economic crisis. A lack of regulation as a result of a law passed in 2000 led to the whole banking crisis and housing crisis due to greed going unchecked. I have no idea who is right about global warming, but if I were to guess, a lack of regulation will continue to allow big business to pollute our atmosphere and lead to significant climate problems for future generations. I will trust "the nuts" over greedy, unethical corporations almost ever time. And the worst that will happen is we will have a cleaner environment even if global warming theories are wrong.

RE: Snow Storms caused by Global Warming
its a scam. global warming is now big business, as everyone pays extra for "green" products, energy and services.
China is the biggest CO2 polluter in the world, and if they don't buy into the global warming fanaticism, then nothing the rest of us do will matter much.

RE: Snow Storms caused by Global Warming
The earth has been here longer than us and will be here long after we are gone, it can take care of itself without help or interference from us. Halleluah for the planet, lol.
RE: Snow Storms caused by Global Warming
i prefer the theory that we have too many cows creating methane gas. therefor we must kill all cattle and have one final world bbq, after which we eat no beef
crisis solved........lol

Favorite female vampires in movies?
Since bloodsuckers are very popular worldwide right now, and specifically because I saw two great classics tonight, I was curious if the hosts here had any favorite movies involving lady vampires. I'm sure there are some obvious choices like THE HUNGER or LET THE RIGHT ONE IN, but I'd like to see if there are some that i've missed.
Me, the two I saw tonight were Roger Vadim's BLOOD AND ROSES, with Annette Vadim and Elsa Martinelli in one of the earliest interpretations of Le Fanu's CARMILLA (which has been the source for many movies to follow), and Richard Blackburn's LEMORA: A CHILD'S TALE OF THE SUPERNATURAL, with iconic performances from Lesley Gibb as Lemora and Cheryl "Rainbeaux" Smith as her innocent quarry. I have a particular attachment to the latter because, in tragic irony, I was a pallbearer for Ms. Smith upon her untimely demise in 2003. I also like VAMPYRES with Anulka and DAUGHTERS OF DARKNESS with Delphine Seyrig.
But what do the ladies here like?

RE: Favorite female vampires in movies?
Fair enough, it's not as if I actively seek out this genre myself. But when it's done well, I do like it.
RE: Favorite female vampires in movies?
I like that, except she never actually played a vampire; it was just a persona for her TV show in the '50's.
RE: Favorite female vampires in movies?
yes, love that movie - maybe no coincidence that the director was a woman
RE: Favorite female vampires in movies?
Good question. I don't think Barbara Steele has ever played a proper vampire, though she's played plenty of vengeful ghosts and possessed women. Ironically, in the '90's revival of "DARK SHADOWS," she played the doctor/assistant to vampire Barnabas Collins.
RE: Favorite female vampires in movies?
Without a doubt Kate Beckinale in the first two Underworld movies!
RE: Favorite female vampires in movies?
Blood Rayne , the movie was more of a B-movie on SciFi but Kristanna Loken is pretty hot.

RE: The Last Night
well this is my member name. I probably will not meet you if I haven't already. But I wish you well, and hope life will be good for you.
RE: want to discuss
The history of the world has been influenced most often by the opinon of only one person. Think of all the great men of the world and many started as a single lonely voice until their idea caught hold and changed the world.
RE: want to discuss
sure but only if that hundred really wants. if they just sit and wait nothing will change.
RE: Accept or Not? a member that i met here
A relationship established on lies is doomed to fail, indeed has already failed, because trust and love are the foundations of a solid relationship.
Do you really ask advice, or just want affirmation for a decision you have already made?

RE: Accept or Not? a member that i met here ~ failed host
I'll admit upfront I may be biased in this sense but hey, what the use in being an honest man if I can't rag on those that are not?!
Drop him like a ton of hot bricks. He is faithless, careless and conceited. He spared you none of the hurt he knew this would cause and toyed with your emotions, hopes and dreams not to mention stole a part of you life as well.
For someone to really care about you they need to demonstrate it in ways that are honest not impressive. I have friends for over 15 years whom I have never met but care about greatly and they know I do and would be willing to say so in a heartbeat. I am honest with them and so they have faith in me and I have faith in them and so it works.
I feel sorry you have been cheated and no words of comfort are every going to wipe away the pain but don't blame yourself for any of it. It is better to be a be honest with an open heart and run the risk of disappointment than it is to be cold and manipulative. At least with an open heart you have the chance to make two people happy, selfish hearts make no one happy.

RE: Accept or Not? a member that i met here ~ failed host
How come no host ever says that to me :(
RE: Accept or Not? a member that i met here
I would add, your "from" name implies that you think you have failed. not at all. It is your man who failed. He failed you when he failed to be honest. He failed you when he failed to love you enough to care about your feelings. He failed you when he failed to respect you enough to tell you about his real situation. He failed you when he led you down the path of promised love and faithfulness, while all the time cheating not only on his wife, but also you. You are not the one who failed. He is.
RE: Accept or Not? a member that i met here
Men are often afraid of admitting their previous failures. They assume that you might think if they had one bad marriage all of them will be bad. If he is divorced or legally separated (ask to see the legal document stating it) then that should be good enough to prove he is still not married. An annulment is a difficult thing to get and may take time. In the meantime if he is saying he is seeking an annulment then guess what he is still married and of course he didn't want you to know that. I believe you can get a legal separation while you are waiting for an annulment. That effectively states the parties are no long living as man and wife and for legal purposes are two separate entities. As for accepting the fact he kept it a secret. Ask him why. If he gives you a good answer then ask yourself is the anwer truthfull enough to overlook this and continue the relationship and drop the issue? If you bug him about this and hold it over his head then you two will be the next people getting an annulment.
RE: Accept or Not? a member that i met here
If you haven't dumped him yet, dump him now and run like hell away from him!!!! He will never change this behaviour and you'll always wonder if he speaks the truth. Which he probably won't. Find someone honest that deserves you.
