Just figured this out
As long as I've been a member here -- 7 or 8 years -- this is kind of embarrassing, but tonight it hit me like a ton of bricks falling off a truck going 80 miles an hour.
I've noticed over time that sometimes a host will list as Open Session and Private one-on-one session, and other times will list only as Open Session. I've always just assumed that it was because the host made a choice to offer 1-2-1 in addition to Open.
But tonight it dawned on me that when it just shows Open session, it means 1-2-1 is not available because another viewer is already in session with the host. If both options are there, the host is not busy with anyone in videochat.

I only know because a host told me. Many of the hosts here are excellent sources of information. I rely on the hosts mainly in Glamour and shy to keep me up to date on site procedures.

The old CC hosting program forced the host to fix both prices (open & 121) before being able to press the last button and open a new session. Many hosts put at that time very high 121 min. price not related to her open min. price and ask their viewers to choose 121 if he likes to see her nude.
3-4 years ago CC opted to have a logical relation between the 2 prices. I don't think you are a host. It is not possible for a host to "opt out" from offering a 121 session and only show open session in the way you say. Also the minimum price for 121 has always 20pct higher than a hosts open session price and the maximum 121 price has always been double the hosts open session price. However the absolute maximum price for open session is $5.00 and for 121 is $6.00

And it does not prevent other viewers on any of the other sites the host happens to be live on at the time. I've been in countless 121's over time that were exactly the same as open video.

He did not say that 121 always guarantees a nude show. He said that some hosts asked members to go 121 if the want to see her nude. If a host promises a member in open video that she will get nude if he goes 121 that normally guarantees it. If she does not get nude the member can complain to CC.

I know what CC FAQ's say. However in practice this only applies to the categories in which hosts are obliged to give a show in open session. In categories such as glamour and littleshy where a host is not obliged to give any show in open or 121 she is free to set conditions. The point is once a host commits to get naked in 121 she has to do this.

Yes you are correct that we have gotten used to the practice in softcore categories of having a host require 121 for a nude show. And in theory you are correct that if a host promised a nude show, she is obligated to do as she says. But theory is theory and the facts are the facts. I know what I've seen with my own eyes.and countless times a host has suggested 121 for "more" and that meant more talk and maybe her dressing in lingerie. Maybe you have seen different and I can not argue against what you have seen,, but I know what I saw or did not see. Words are cheap, seeing is believing. Hosts are very smart and they know that once you see the "goods" its on the the next host. So by not showing the "goods" , they keep you coming back chasing that impossible dream. Its human nature to want very badly what you can not have. So smart hosts keep waving that carrot in front of you, a carrot you will never see. It is a very successful strategy used by smart hosts over the years on cc. You can ask any softcore host you choose and each and everyone will tell you cc is the best. And their number one reason is that nudity is not required in softcore categories in addition to several hardcore categories such as pre recorded videos, dungeon and fetish.

The main thing is to get a specific commitment in open video. "Seeing more" is not enough. If you aske the host "do you get naked in 121" and she says yes you should seldom be disappointed.

You are correct. And more and more are choosing to show less. Nudity is becoming more scarce every day, except for a few places I know.

rules are the same, but different traditions. Glamour was created to limit the adult performance on non-adult section such as friends and long term. Soft core was the title. Glamour was considered as a step forward adult. Little shy was there too. non-adult hosts that like to appear topless or show some nude switch to Glamour differentiating themselves from the already logging on lil shy hosts. Glamour conserved its non-adult spirit , while lil shy keep running into hard core.

When glamour was created it was not soft core. It was not even an adult category. It was reclassified as adult softcore as many hosts there were giving adult shows.

All adult categories are essentially the same depending on the host. You can get an instant action performance from one host and another could refuse to do anything but chat. It runs the entire gamut. Some Glamour hosts will try and tell you they are limited by rules as to what they CAN do...and that is not true.

That is a very open question and depending what category a host is in would certainly determine her answer. Think you should ask more specifically for a category to get any kind of consensus from it. In Glam I like to chat, tease and flirt and excite you.

Christmas falls on an awkward day this year since its next Saturday.
And since many stores close early on Christmas eve (which will be Friday) that means with the work week starting, TODAY is really the last chance to squeeze any last minute shopping in for alot of people. So look on the bright side -- you might not win the contest, but maybe Santa will be extra nice to you with presents instead :)

by far the best cc game i ever played. was playing with my new friend elena. we were kickin ass and taking names! that freakin yeti didnt have a chance! 600 points, x3! 1500, x3! hell, yeah! it didnt even cross my mind that there was a hot ass woman lying seductively on her bed! didnt matter. i was out to win me some moola from cc. so what if my funds were depleting. this contest was mine! my name was moving up the rankings. 30 minutes to go! 15...10....5....all done! when it came time to placing the winners.....WTF! no where to be seen!!!

Yes well done cc for the best game yet, no more waiting ages for the 3 final pieces of a puzzle, in fact the game is so good they should start a new catagory, girls with games, kidding.
Now as we all know there is always a "but" and here is it, in joe's world i would limit it to one prize per host and viewer and that includes all your multiple accounts.
But on the whole as i said good game, glad cc didn't sit on their butts and just use the same old games.

are there any technical issues with the game? i mean pulling the slingshot? i am assuming left drag the fire and then let go? mine does not function at all. is there a particular operating system, browser, etc that is needed to play?

I thought that at first too but then realised I had more than one game pending and that's why I couldn't play straight away. So you have to first choose how many games you want to bet and then click on New Game. Then the sling works!

they told me that if i wanted to see the show i had to use the slingshot. i could not figure it out at that time so they said no show. i am only one viewer though, so they wont miss one viewer.

I ran into one with my car when I was in the Himalayas last winter. Was really weird experience, too. Did you know they bounce? Just like a rubber ball. Bad thing was, the Yeti was between my car and a stone wall, and when I hit him he bounced off the car, into the wall, bounced off the wall to the car, and it went on like that for about 10 minutes. Practically destroyed my car, but the Yeti just thanked me for the good time, and walked away, smoking a cigarette.

I no longer drink. I quit in September of 2009. My drinking went from being an occasional thing to a hobby to a full time job...so I quit. I found when I got drunk I did a lot more videos...however....during one video I did fall asleep. I forget the host...she knew I was hammered...but she had the decency to close the session after a minute or two of no response from me. I regret a few things in my life but one of the biggies is drinking...the money..the health..the wasted time being wasted or hung over. Don't want to be a buzz kill but for many of you young guys...in 40 years...you may be posting the same thing. So drink in moderation and merry christmas.

I guess we will never know for sure one way or the other. The credibility of posts in these forums is very suspect. But I have a feeling that if that has happened that those involved did so without any mention of it in these forums. Also I have feeling most viewers do not even come to this page and just go to the live browse page.

i have a relation with a host too....we r together already 3 and a half years and we will get married in 2012, so yes it happens even if its hard to have this type of relationship

I plan to meet the host I visit, it's hard because we're both in school. I'll either save up and buy the ticket someday, or travel abroad for a semester of classes. She welcomes the meeting too. I hope for the best, I'm not really talking about 'hooking up', though, she's definitely relationship material. And i know being jealous isn't good but i know what most guys here like to try to do with hosts. I hope she's not bored with just our talks.

Yes. I've met 8 hosts and "hooked up" with 6 of them over the years. I still communicate with one of them on a very regular basis and meet up with her about once a year when I'm in Europe (she's in Romania - works on another site). Based on my coversations with these hosts, I think a large percentage of hosts meet members, but not in big numbers. I think every host I've met in person had met at least one other member besides me (although not necessarily had sex with them). The host I still talk to a good bit has maybe met 4 members besides me over the years and slept with 3 of them. But because members outnumber hosts by a huge factor (more than 1,000 to 1), a very small percentage of members meet hosts. That's the nature of the math behind the business. Just my observations.

Everyone is arguing if hosts and guests could marry or date. My opinion: You can't control when true love hits. It's a special thing that just happens, usually when you least expect it and in funny ways or places. There will always be people who are sincere about their feelings or intentions, and unfortunately there will be liars and fakers too. There's good and bad people in the world, so the trick is to just find someone you can believe in.
As for me, I believe in a cute blond host. You know who you are! And you know I make you happier than any other guy! So I wasn't kidding in our last chat. Come to the States and marry me or at least try living with me for a bit. But let's give us a chance at happiness. If you do, I promise to love you forever and dedicate my life to making you happy. Because seeing your beautiful smile every day is what makes me happy!

Come to the USA is a nice sentiment but not an easy thing to do. She will need to apply for and receive a tourist visa. She has to prove she has compelling reasons to return to her country at the end of the 90 day visit (home, children, job, school, etc.). Applicants are screed very carefully and more are rejected than accepted. And it is costly. Do not...mention romance...or she will be rejected and required to get a fiancee visa...talk about fun. That could take a long long time. I know a few cute blondes here...including some who already came to the USA on the student summer program...they should have an easier time applying. Also you can send a generic letter inviting her and stating you will supply her with a place to stay, living expenses, transaportation and will guarantee she returns home at the end of the visit. Again ...friends only...no romance.
Good luck.... she has to leave her friends, family. culture and country...lot to ask...I know a bunch of guys who married foreign women and for the most part...they worked out very well....only problem is they have to visit their in-laws at least every couple of years....but wtf...

A man and a woman coming together from two countries would be taking a chance, but if they love each other it's really no different than dating a person locally. If you met someone in your home town and started a relationship, you have no assurances that it will work out. You can't tell the future. So you'd be starting the same way as them, by taking a chance. Going by your logic no one would ever date or marry a foreigner. You seem to be saying Americans should only date or marry Americans, Russians only Russians, and so on. There's nothing wrong with one person moving to join another. If they're in love, being together should be the most important thing of all.

Not at all.... A foreigner coming into this country faces many challenges and has minimal support. To expect a host to go through that might seem like a small sacrifice for a true love but in reality away from family and friends and the costs involved would be a huge sacrifice and if it went wrong then the costs to return would be huge also. What sacrifices or inconvenience is he willing to take for this relationship?

Far be it for me to sound like the lawyer I am, but I think you're presuming too much without knowing this couple or any facts of their situation. How can you say the host would only get minimal support? You don't know what arrangements CA Guy is willing to make so she will feel comfortable. All we know is that he's asking her to join him. I see no problem with that. Men ask women to join them all the time. I also don't agree with your statement that it would be a huge cost for her to return home. If she's traveling from overseas, it would be cheaper for CA Guy to buy her a round trip ticket rather than one way. That means she would always have a free ticket home to use as she wanted. In the spirit of Christmas, I hope they can make things work.

I apolgize for being sexist but what possible well paying job would an American moving to and living in Russia, for example, hope to get? Not being able to speak the language. Ignorant of customs and Russian life. Not having a friend or relative (other than the gf) to help him find and keep a job? Not to mention any animosity against Americans that would work to make him fail.
A man here who goes through the trouble of bring a girl to the US has a good job already, financial assets, family and friends to support him...etc. It makes more sense to have the girl move here than the member move there. That being said...the man should make sure the host can return home regularly to visit, at least once a year. Make sure she can call and talk to her family and friends on the phone (pretty easy with Vonage). Try and bring her culture to her in the USA...subscribing to Russian TV, Russian magazines and taking her to place where there are large concentrations of Russians and the stores and restaurants that suppor them.
It takes a lot of work to bring a foreign woman here. But it takes a lot more to keep her happy. Again sexist comment...but once she has children things get easier. I have many many friends who have gone through this. It can be done but ...again..not easy or cheap.
