I think there are a couple of things that are worth thought....#1 being do you look like your pictures or do you have photo shopped pics or outside on the beach, etc. Can be that if you do not look like your pics then they will leave. #2 There are many hosts that a nosey and want to know what their competition is doing. If they ask you to strip then she knows you do and leaves. She also might be there to hurt your rating so that she looks better or she is jealous. She also might have her bf checking about you and reporting back. Think about if a guy asks you to take off your clothes and you start right away why would he leave? No way but a girl would. #3 If your pics only show body parts and not face then they might be curious and yet you might not be who they thought you were.....There are also a lot of Studio Bosses that are snooping around.

Since it appears that no member has answered the question directed to members.... here goes....
1) it may be that the member is simply browsing. Sometimes before committing money to a videochat, the member just wants to have a look. To see if the host looks as good as her pictures. If a member is just browsing, he probably doesn't want to get involved in a conversation beyond basic hellos, because then he might feel obligated to do a private. Browsers are often just looking, shopping, getting ideas for future visits, "comparing the merchandise" in one chatroom with the "merchandise" in another chatroom, and deciding on best deal. Like when you go into a clothing store and the clerk says, "May I help you?" and you answer "Just looking," but really you are just looking for ideas or trying to find the best buys.
2) it may be that they are shy, first timers or inexperienced with videochat, and they freeze up and then exit. It happens
3) "Wife's home," or "Someone's here," or "The kids just walked in," are sometimes just excuses for wanting to leave without hurting the host's feelings... but sometimes the reasons are valid. Wives do come home, friends do come to visit, kids do walk in.... it happens (so don't assume they are just "excuses"... they may be legitimate reasons)
4) it could be that the member just doesn't feel a "connect" with the host. Looks isnt everything. Many factors go into making a successful videochat experience... expectations, personality, appearance, video quality, conversation skills (and language issues). Rather than say "I'm sorry, I just don't feel anything" it's easier to exit without saying anything at all.... the sooner the better. It may seem rude, but it's not intentional.

if the post has profile pics that show her in great lingerie, makeup, etc, and I log into her room and she looks awful, or the pics are years old or she has gained weight or is pregnant since the pics, then i just go. especially if she charges a high price. i don't feel the need to pay my money to explain to her why i am leaving. other reasons i leave right away are if she turns the light on and obviously just woke up, if i come in and she lights a cigarette right away, or i come in and her man has to get off the bed or the couch....

Either you were not to his liking in video....your look better or different in your pics than in your video....his wife or gf just pulled into the driveway...he decides for any number of reasons you are not going to get him off....he has a case of guilt, shyness or cheapness and decides to bail. Main thing...none of it is personal...nobody buys every tomato they pick up at the supermarket...it has to have the color, ripeness, firmness, juiciness, flavor, and price that will make his mouth water with no regrets.

BonBonxx has a loyal following if you like your blondes tiny, cute and young looking. Suprisingly she has a great body...perfect English...decent personality and sense of humor. question about jobs
After looking at an earlier thread about jobs I have a question for both members and hosts. How many of you would keep a job because of how much it pays regardless of how unhappy it makes you?
On a personal note, job satisfaction for me is extremely low. But I'm not sure if changing careers is worth losing all of the benefits im getting now. Then again, sometimes I feel physically sick after dealing with all the crap that comes with my job. Ugh! Decision, decisions!

i am kind of in the same situation. well, paid jobs are good, no matter if you feel good or bad. so i will not quit. but what i can do is to find a new one. when found i can quit the old one. thats it.

In the past I had a job that was making me extremely unhappy and eventually I got sick because of it (I am serious). However since it was paid pretty well by my country's standards and I had other benefits too I simply couldn't make myself quit even though every time I saw the office building I felt unwell. Also, it was my first job and I was scared I would not find another if I quit. Anyway during "hard times" this company fired a number of people including me and when I found out I had lost my job.... I felt HAPPY. I found another pretty soon and all I can say is we only leave once and life is too short to keep doing things you don't want to do. When the door closes, look around, there might be another opening up just for you.
The ratings debate
I know this topic gets talked about often in this forum, but one point I have not seen is listing the number of votes cast for a particular host. What I mean is, if I see a host rated 5 stars but only based on 3 votes, I would tend to favor another host rated at 4 stars but based on 300 votes instead of 3. I think it is a more fair system to all.

I agree with you. And I think members should be able to leave public comments along with a rating that can't be deleted (like they can be in a host's forums).

The problem with leaving comments and your name is exactly the problem you find on the other sites that allow this. Members don't rate honestly if the host can see who is leaving what rating. Hosts get offended if a member doesn't rate them 5 stars, so the members do this. The whole rating system becomes meaningless, because 90% of the hosts are 5 stars.

If I could fall in love I wouldn't be here. The fact is I'm afraid I will never feel that again. I can tell you what I go for though. I like a girl with a certain amount of innocence who appears to be considerate and actually care. If she looks too deliberately pretty or inerested in material things I get turned off. For this reason I might choose girls who are a little less outwardly pretty and more have a character about their features which gets passed over in this over commercialized society.

I admire your work ethic and goals. At the end of the day for a physician or any person in health care you can always come back and tell yourself that your job is about helping other people. That is a wonderful thing. I do not say this to diminish others whose goal is to make lots of money. For example one of my favorite people on earth is an uncle who sells automobiles.
But keep in mind. at least in the US, doctors have pretty high rates of alcoholism, divorce and suicide when compared to other careers. It is pretty high stress.
Like everything in life, it is a mixed bag.

This site has 2 very popular categories for hosts who are shy and need to feel comfortable doing what they do. my guess is 95% of the complaints we read in this forum are not about hosts in IA not performing as expected, but hosts in Little Shy and Glamour not doing hardcore performance. Yes, you are completely correct there are hosts in the hardcore categories not doing what the category requires. But the starting complaint was not about that. It was about hosts not being extreme enough in the original poster's opinion. Well, that "extreme" is not required, and does not define hardcore. It is but one variation of it.
