indeed well said hades , we are more converned with how we look in todays societies example today look around...how many people need help in society , dont help cos you want to look good, help them cos its part of the inner core of you calling out to help.

very true sadly society is indoctrinated to be brainwashed to act a certain way like unwritten grey line rules which we hopelessly follow. we just think about money job and work and rinse and repeat , or tap away like stupid people on our smartphones letting time pass by.

so many live in ignorence hades not much can be done people are too stuck in there own bubble of life and forget to be real....some of us are awakened to a sense of being concious of shit that goes on many of us fear to say when shit matters...cos we think its a danger, having an opinion is not good in todays society and being different in thinking is bad too in the majority sense, so we stay tust , as in quiet in swedish terms.

Change happens and Is inevitable. Somebody said to me recently, the best things happen to those who make the best of what happens.
In fairness to Monika, sometimes getting professional help is the rational and best approach. But at least you recognize it's damn hard to do this on your own; it definitely helps to have somebody on your side.

Saying Goodbye
