RE: Sport life :)
when I was real young love baseball all the way through junior high school, then pick up the sport hockey during high school and some college, then got a little older starting to get out of shape then went back to pond/ice hockey pick-up games ==;love the sport and hope to keep on playing to I get where I can't. Good change of question here in the forum AmLisa, thanks for sharing and yes it is interesting to see what host and members do away from cc.
RE: Sport life :)
Very nice of you, AmLisa1 to launch this topic and also to remind us about sport. Although I am 170 cm and 46 kg, sometimes I feel the need to define my muscles and endurance. I am a lazy, but once a week I go to fitness, then I do 45 minutes of TRX and Yoga occasionally. Being skinny, results are seen immediately, and that motivates me and makes me forget the exhausting time spent in the gym. LOL! Also I like to dance when I'm online, and it keeps me in shape.
BTW, has anyone tried spinning?

RE: Sport life :)
Love spinning (or cycling), its perfect when one tries to get rid of some extra kg, but also its super exhausting, and not everyone can keep it up. Gotta have a good stamina for that. I also love outdoor cycling, but more for fun than for staying is shape.
I go to gym, I excersice with a trainer for 1.5 years now and i see huge difference with the times when i was doing it on my own. Also i use to do some crossfit once a week (not for muscles but more like an intense cardio), loved it. Right now im on a 1 month break but i feel like i have had enough rest and its time to get back to my usual sport routine:) Sport is very important not only for looking good, but even more for feeling good and getting rid of the negative energy. Plus u get to know new people and maybe some of them will become ur friends for life, u never know:)

RE: Sport life :)
Thank you, Monika! Yes, I heard, spinning it's quite challenging. It is good that you can handle with it.That means that the results are fabulous and worth the effort :) Stay fit and healthy!
I like Pub Golf - less boring then real golf
Rules are 9 hole or 18 hole - different pub per hole
One pint in each - score is determined by how many times you take to drink each pint - ie. down it all in one go, thats a hole in one.
Only allowed 2 pit stops, any more is a penalty shot Lowest score wins
If scores are tied - playoff at extra holes until winner found
Quality game - Perfect round is possible, though I can only do this over 9 holes...Try it, it's fun

RE: Sport life :)
Not familiar with the qi gong routine; do you have a link? And what form of taiji quan do you practice? The five Tibetan rites circuit is very nice... that's a good workout you have :))))
RE: Sport life :)
I do 24form tai chi, and here is the link for the rest

RE: Sport life :)
Swimming twice a week, gym 3 times a week (mostly Pilates, squats, crunches) and I love riding my bicycle. At my (rapidly advancing) age you need to work harder to stay in shape but I just enjoy it, it relaxes me.
thanks again girls
Thanks to all the girls who sent me emails while i was away. I come back to find a overwhelming number of heart warming emails from the CC girls. The last time i was away it was the same. I come back to find many emails, so thanks again CC girls.
Holiday destinations
Hi guys! Summer is wonderful and I wonder which would be the best holiday destination. Of course I mean a civilized and safe destination with no suspected bombs or war.
Where you will make your vacation this summer?

RE: Holiday destinations
Sounds interesting! Italy maybe it is ok, but France is very "hot" now. I love the adrenaline, but not when I'm running from bombs and angry football fans ! :P
RE: Holiday destinations
Wonderful subject as I am going for the first time in Scotland soon and would like to see people from CC, girls as well.
You can CC-mail me, I would be very pleased to meet you.

RE: Holiday destinations
It will be a summit of the CC hosts there? Meet new people is very nice. I would have wanted to have the opportunity to travel there.

RE: Holiday destinations
Im pretty sure nowdays there is no such a "safe" place on this planet. Doesnt matter where u go there is always a potential threat of this or that. So my advice is dont think about these things, just go wherever ur heart is telling u to go:) Thats what i always do:)
RE: Holiday destinations
yes, seems, it is such national conscience. But they have other dangers - earthquakes, tsunami, hurricanes.
RE: Holiday destinations
dont forget radiation. and whats going on around okinawa now.

Exactly. You can get hurt anywhere. Not seeing a new place feels like you're not living.

What's the appeal?
Interested to hear your thoughts on this. What is the appeal of Kim Kardashian? She has an ass the size of Jupiter yet some seem to think she is so hot. Is the "standard" for the female form changing?
RE: What's the appeal?
My sense is that the thing she is really good at is marketing herself. I remember the old days when Madonna was highly successful at it and Paris Hilton had her day. The ability to keep yourself the center of media attention is her real secret..not her ass, her makeup or her love life. IMHO.
RE: What's the appeal?
its call social media....someone like Kim can be one of the most successful people in the country. Kim, a near-perfect human embodiment of the values we’ve been taught to aspire to, has beautiful clothes and sprawling mansions. She drives overpriced cars and spends an inordinate amount of time on her physical appearance. She documents her lovely face and closely monitored body for public consumption in real time. And when you add up the clothes and the houses and the face and the body, she seems to have no excess time or energy to expend on anything outside of herself. So she is so full of it and a lot of people are appeal to that, but from my two-cents worth, I do think she does have a beautiful face, but the ass, I agree I think it is to big, but why should she care what I think, she has it all for now, but time and years will catch up with her.
RE: What's the appeal?
And so in her quest for outer beauty, you question if there's any inner beauty to be found.
But that's a judgement, and I am on the outside looking in, so what do I know? I just choose not to pay much attention.

RE: What's the appeal?
Just saw it, tnx Sean. She seems similar to UK's Katie Price aka Jordan who will do anything to keep herself in the press.
RE: What's the appeal?
I think that it's fucking weird that we're all conditioned to care about certain select strangers for absolutely no reason whatsoever, and I think it's fucking weird to think about anyone trying to intentionally alter and shape a basic biological impulse like sexual attraction as if it were some kind of fashion trend.
That said, I don't mind her big fat ass, and I don't mind why I don't mind.
I'm Zen like that.

FONT CHANGE?
Anyone else notice the font change in chat? This is so annoying. It is difficult to read. If CC made the changes, why? What was wrong with the previous font? Or maybe it's my system?
It may be time...
It may be time for me to move on from here by the end of the coming week.I have made friends, enemies, and in between.I've had some good times and some bad.Fell in love, had my heart broken, but it may be time to move on.I'm not sure because life is getting in the way and I don't have that much time for things such as this site.Anyone that wants to keep in touch off of here is free to do so and if you don't know how to get in touch with me off of here and want to,email me here and I will give you that information.I will decide by the end of this coming week if I will leave. Thanks to all that have been my friend here and to all the others, good luck and take care.

RE: France 2 - Romania 1
So, only 2 or 3 out of 11 players on the French national team are actually French?
RE: France 2 - Romania 1
Maybe applies to many teams when immigrants get naturalization, like England for example.
RE: France 2 - Romania 1
It's nothing new, the Czech team of 76, which won the competition, more than half of their team which started were in fact Slovakian.
RE: I love skinny girl with small tits...
Try TastyRaissa. Though her tits are not quite as small as they used to be.
RE: hello guys and girls! what plans on summer? anybody go on Euro2016? where you will have vacation?
Hey ) you have good plans!
RE: hello guys and girls! what plans on summer? anybody go on Euro2016? where you will have vacation?
I'd love to vacation in Europe and catch a few matches of Euro2016, but unfortunately a goodly portion of the tournament takes place during a portion of the year when a certain people like to do things at massive public events that might cause grievous harm to me and my person. So, regretfully, I'll likely limit my vacationing to what portions of Middle America remain free of the blessings of diversity that Europe is experiencing now.
Depending on how things play out on June 23, I may just chance a visit to the UK to celebrate its continued existence though.
