If the guy is taking you into a closed session then I can understand his frustration if you are staying active on other sites or chatting with others. However if it is an open session then just tell him that others require your attention as well. If he is only talking in text chat then tell him you are also watching a movie. Of course if he reads the forums he will see what you said. lol

I am not a boy but if you allow I will answer. I think the explanation that you have some things to do when you do not have video chats is rather comprehensive. If you explained it and some of your visitors still continue not to understand it , seems, either they have mental problems or they simple do not respect your requests and rules. And the words like - I spent $ so now you MUST..." I find insulting at all. So the conclusion is - I do not see a sense to be nice to people who are not nice to you. If only you like this masochism, maybe :):)

I agree, as long as you are explaining what your desires are. Not every host and member can match perfectly for it to be enjoyable for both. I just think that some where along the line one of you is not explaining properly or perhaps the member simply does not care.

If these regulars don't understand that how they're behaving is both selfish and disrespectful, then they're not only rude, they're retarded. Either way, if they're only spending a small amount of time with you in video chat, then I fail to see how they're really worth your time and attention. Don't coddle them and don't worry about offending their sensitive little feelings - do them the favor of treating them like the men they ought to be and just tell them how you feel directly and without bullshit.

Here and on other sites, I have seen hosts saying same complaint. And not a small few of them, too! It is a constant problem on those sites which offer free chat. And I suppose even worse on those sites that offer free video. One thing I have never seen, however, is a host putting on her profile: "Please be respectful and limit your free time to just 5 minutes." I personally would not find that offensive, and it would serve as a reminder that the host has other things to do, other members to serve, and is here to earn not to waste time. Or better yet, how about, "Please limit your free chat time to the amount of time you have spent in pay chat." or even better: "For every minute of your time in private videochat, you will earn a minute of my attention in free chat."

If a member rarely goes to video he has no right to complain when a host gives attention to others. This is a job for them and the member should realize that even if there is a friendship with the host the paying customer always comes first. A simple "I can't talk I am busy now" should suffice.

Of course you can always change price by a case by case basis if needed. Example if someone asks for something you might not normally do but would for extra pay. Anyways that is my view for your category, I view different categories different prices then factor in the person. As some are more popular than others and sometimes you might need to rethink pricing. Supply and demand baby!
