The balance of your available gift funds appears at the top of the gift box.
At any time you can add more gift funds by clicking the "Add Funds" button at the top of the gift box.
When adding new gift funds you can either choose one of the amounts shown or you can enter your desired amount.
To add new gift funds you can select your default payment card, or you can add a new card directly in the gift box.
Your payment card will be charged when you click on the "Purchase Funds" button.
Depending on the amount of your gift funds, the gifts available to you will be highlighted.
Unavailable gifts will be greyed out, but you can at any time add more gift funds to your gift account to make these available.
You can send up to 3 gifts to a chathost at one time, and you can send the same gift up to 99 times.
Click on any highlighted gift to add it to the package to be sent to the chathost. When you’re ready to send the package, click on the "Send Gift to Chathost" button.
You can remove any gift from the package before sending it by clicking on the gift in the package. Remember, if you have added the same gift multiple times you will need to click on it multiple times to remove each one.
The chathost will receive an immediate notification of the receipt of the gift from you.
Clicking on the X at the top left of the gift box will close the gift box window, and your balance of gift funds will be retained for you to use in the future with this or any other chathost.
You can always review the gifts you’ve sent on the Session Statistics page in the Viewer Services area of the site.
You can review the gift funds you have purchased on your payment card on the Credit Card Statement page in the Viewer Services area of the site.
