I never complain of the members who didn't say "good bye" to me, or "thanks". Every person is free to say it or not. Guys are here for fun not to give some promises and thay can stay as long as thay want. i know some of them come in my vid when thay are at work or when thair wifes busy and thay don't like to be catched watching mt erotic show :) so i can allways understand them. Are jobs tough to get in eastern Europe? Ex-host here and left the job for one year. After 1 year working crappy office hours and spending at least 9 hours a day in front of the computer (wich is a lot more then i used to spend while chathosting) I still make half of what I used to earn in here (and I didnt earn a lot comparing to other hosts). My social life is a lot better I agree but still...i am not very excited about my work (after two university diplomas I am still an ofice assistant) and the pay sucks. I come home tired and all I want is to go to bed and watch a movie or smthg. Things were a lot better when I was a host/student...the money were good (not great thou) but the responsability was almost zero...and i had tones of fun and orgasms:D. I do have high hopes for the future though and I wouldnt go back and work as a host again even if I enjoyed it a lot.

I also work in an office, crappy 7.30 hours every day. The sites double my wage and in them I spent less than half the time i spend at work lol. To have a normal job, collegues, socializing doesn't mean u have to give up the extra cash from here :)

Think about school, sports (figure skating!) and job performance evaluations.
Some will give out perfect scores for the best performance they have seen and even for other excellent performances!
Others say there is no such thing as a perfect score and will give a high score to the very best performance followed by lower scores for other performances that are nearly as excellent!
This has been around all my life and I don't think it is going away soon.
Sometimes it would be nice if we were all on the same page! ;)

Soon she drifts off to sleep... the thunder gets louder and louder...
She wakes up to what seems to be a deep voice,,, saying " Get out of my house ""
and a old man s ghost face appears floating over her !!!
She screams... and runs for the door,,,, the door is locked,,, and will not open..... she screams loudly,, but the thunder is LOUDER... now petrified the girl runs accross the room,, and decides to hide in a closet...
she slams the closet door shut and curls up in the corner,, crying and shaking.... outside the door she hears creaking noises,, wind and strange words...
soon the floor under her starts to make creeking noises,, but it is pitch dark in the closet and she can't till what is making the noise...
SUDDENLY there is a LOUD bang and she is falling... the rotten floor boards broke and she is falling into the old basement...
Falling and screaming at the top of her lungs....
She reaches the bottom and falls into a couple feet of water, and mold... is totally dark... she keeps screaming and running in circles... trying to find a stair well or window,,, anything...
Now wishing she had just kept walking home !!!!!!
Her body now is so tense !!!! The slightest touch of anything sends chills and a little pain all through her.
Finally after about an hour she finds a stair way,,, OOHHH maybe it is a way out... she climbs up the stairs,,, but suddenly Karen feels that she is NOT alone..
chills run up her spine as she feels some one , or some thing is watching her...
Karen begins to feel strange itchy feelings on her feet and legs... she starts to scream again,, and run up the stairs,, but the itchies are worse now.. and biting... what can it be ?????????????????????
The lightning flashes really bright now,,, and Karen now sees that the stair way that she thought would lead her to a safe escape from the water filled basement is covered with HUNDREDS OF BIG RATS !!!!
all biting and chewing on her small feet... she kicks and screams but this only excites them to bite more fiercely..... she falls down through the open stairs.. to the basement floor,,, another scream,,,, evan louder than the others as she feels FLESH now,,, flesh of others that have wondered into the basement and did NOT MAKE IT OUT!!!!!!

The lightning flashes really bright now,,, and Karen now sees that the stair way that she thought would lead her to a safe escape from the water filled basement is covered with HUNDREDS OF BIG RATS !!!!
all biting and chewing on her small feet... she kicks and screams but this only excites them to bite more fiercely..... she falls down through the open stairs.. to the basement floor,,, another scream,,,, evan louder than the others as she feels FLESH now,,, flesh of others that have wondered into the basement and did NOT MAKE IT OUT!!!!!!

there is an old joke that is similar...
A man had been visiting his regular doctor for years because he suffered from terrible, excrutiating headaches, but the doctor was unable to find the cause. Finally during one of visits, the doctor, completely frustrated from being unable to discover the source of the headaches, admitted defeat and suggested the man visit a neurologist who specialized in headaches. The man agreed and scheduled an appointment for as soon as possible. A few days later the man visits the specialist at the local hospital and under goes a series of ellaborate tests. After the tests were completed the specialist reviews all the results and sits down with the man to give him his diagnosis.
Specialist: "Sir, I hate to have to tell you this, but you have a pinched nerve in your testicles which is causing these headaches. The only way to get rid of these headaches is to have your testicles removed. The surgeon performs the procedure to remove the man's testicles and a few hours later the man awakes headache free for the first time in many years. The next day the surgeon examines the man and says that he can leave the hospital.
The man is happy and smiling as he walks out of the hospital. It's a beautiful sunny day, the birds are singing, the flowers are blooming... so the guy decides to walk the short distance home. On his way home he sees a taylor's shop and thinks to himself it would be great to celebrate the beginning of his new headache-free life by treating himself to a new suit. So the man goes into the taylor's shop and orders a new suit. The taylor takes several measurements and then asks the man if he would like some new underwear to go with his new suit. The man agrees it is a good idea. The taylor turns to his assistant and says " we'll also need a pair of size 36 underwear for this gentleman"
overhearing this, the man says to the taylor " Sir, you have made a mistake in your measurements, i have been a perfect size 34 for years"
the taylor replies," oh no Sir you are a size 36 for sure. A size 34 would pinch your balls against your body and give you terrible headaches." :)

I went to a seminair once and they asked us to raise our hands if we worked with average or below average co-worker. I would guess 95% of the 200 attending raised their hands. They then asked how many in attendance think "they" are average or below average workers, not one had was raised. Just goes to show many folks think they are beter than they really are.

While I agree that it maybe is unfair the facts are that the members are the customers and as such provide the money for both you and cc and upsetting your customers is never a good idea in any business. Obviously that does not mean that members should treat hosts with no respect. I appreciate that without you girls cc could also not function. There are also members that would wear their one star as a "badge of honour"

agree INYF.i'm big enough & ugly enough to make my own mistakes.reading a negative post about a host is more likely to make me visit her so i can decide.i think the host rating is a good idea,but as you said it's not good to piss off the buyers.so don't make it available to members,just a guide for hosts what to expect.
